Compared with the prior art, the invention has the advantages that: the transmission mechanism of the multi-directional conveying device can realize at least 180-degree steering, thereby realizing multi-angle reversing and transmission and having stronger function.

The multidirectional conveying device is convenient to be directly matched with a conveying line, and intelligent classification of the traditional conveying line is realized.

The multi-directional conveying device provided by the invention has the advantages that the self rotation angle is sensed by the two position sensors on the telescopic cylinder, so that the intelligent control is convenient to realize, and the accurate control on the conveying direction of the conveying device is realized.

In order to make the objects, technical solutions and advantages of the present invention more apparent, the technical solutions of the present invention will be further described below.

As shown in fig. 1, the present invention provides a multi-directional conveying device, which comprises a supporting table 1, a steering mechanism and a transmission mechanism;

the transmission mechanism is arranged on the supporting table, a rotating shaft 2 is arranged at the bottom of the transmission mechanism, and the rotating shaft 2 penetrates through the supporting table 1 to be connected with the steering mechanism in a transmission mode.

In this embodiment, as shown in fig. 3, the steering mechanism includes a shaft rotating support 3, a telescopic cylinder 4 and a universal joint 5, a piston rod end of the telescopic cylinder 4 is movably connected with one end of the universal joint 5 through a pin shaft, the other end of the universal joint 5 is movably connected with the shaft rotating support 3 through a pin shaft, and the shaft rotating support 3 is sleeved on the rotating shaft 2.

In the embodiment, the tail part of the telescopic cylinder 4 is movably connected with the cylinder universal support 6 through a pin shaft, and the pin shaft freely rotates at multiple angles relative to the cylinder universal support 6; as shown in fig. 2, the cylinder gimbal 6 is fixed to the support table 1.

In the present embodiment, as shown in fig. 3, two position sensors 7 are provided on the telescopic cylinder 4.

In the present embodiment, the transport mechanism includes a support frame 8, a roller shaft 9, and a drive motor 10;

the two roll shafts 9 are arranged on the support frame 8 in parallel, the two roll shafts 9 can rotate around the axes of the two roll shafts 9, and a conveying belt 12 is arranged between the two roll shafts 9;

the driving motor 10 is arranged on the supporting frame 8, and a driving shaft of the driving motor 10 is in driving connection with the roller shaft 9 through a synchronous belt 11.

In this embodiment, adjustable feet are provided at the feet of the supporting table 1.

In the embodiment, the working principle of the invention is that when an article is conveyed to the conveying belt 12 of the conveying mechanism through the conveying line, the telescopic cylinder 4 outputs work, the rotating shaft 2 is driven to rotate through the extension and retraction of the piston rod, so that the whole conveying mechanism is driven to rotate, the size of the rotating angle can be sensed and controlled through the relative positions of the two position sensors 7 on the telescopic cylinder 4, after the rotating angle is determined, the driving motor 10 rotates, the roller shaft 9 is driven to rotate through the synchronous belt, so that the conveying belt 12 is driven to work, and the reversing conveying work of the article is realized.
