As an embodiment of the present invention, the flexible rod 651 is provided with a flexible bladder 652; a second through hole 653 is formed in the outer wall of the flexible bag 652; the second through hole 653 is in communication with the interior of the flexible bladder 652; the flexible bladder 652 can recover to its original shape after being squeezed; when the oil pump works, the mechanical oil in the groove 62 and the cavity channel 65 can be sprayed out along the other end of the cavity channel 65 after being extruded, the spraying effect is limited, and the mechanical oil is adhered to the inner wall of the cavity channel 65, so that the utilization rate of the mechanical oil is influenced; therefore, in the process of spraying the mechanical oil along the other end of the channel 65 by extrusion, the flexible bag 652 is extruded by the movement of the mechanical oil due to the flexible bag 652 arranged on the flexible rod 651, and the gas in the flexible bag 652 is discharged along the second through hole 653 after the flexible bag 652 is extruded due to the second through hole 653 arranged on the outer wall of the flexible bag 652 and the second through hole 653 communicated with the inside of the flexible bag 652, so that the gas impacts the inner wall of the channel 65, and the mechanical oil on the inner wall of the channel 65 is discharged along the other end of the channel 65 under the impact of the gas flow; according to the invention, the mechanical oil moves along the cavity 65 under the action of pressure and is matched with the compressed gas discharged from the flexible bag 652, so that the mechanical oil in the cavity 65 is discharged from the other end of the cavity 65 under the double actions of liquid pressure and air flow, the utilization rate of the mechanical oil is improved, and the application effect of the recoil starter is further improved.

As an embodiment of the present invention, an inclined hole 53 is provided on an outer wall of the lead block 5; the inclined hole 53 is communicated with the rectangular cavity 52; the hole of the inclined hole 53 is in threaded connection with a screw 54; the bottom of the screw 54 is fixedly connected with a stirring rod 55; one end of the stirring rod 55 is in contact with the roller 6, and the stirring rod 55 is made of an elastic material; when the oil pump works, new mechanical oil needs to be injected after the mechanical oil in the rectangular cavity 52 is used up, the process is complicated, and meanwhile, the mechanical oil in the rectangular cavity 52 can be precipitated after standing for a long time, so that the lubricating effect of the mechanical oil is influenced; therefore, in the invention, the outer wall of the lead block 5 is provided with the inclined hole 53, the hole opening of the inclined hole 53 is in threaded connection with the screw 54, so that a worker injects the mechanical oil along the inclined hole 53, the inclined hole 53 is communicated with the rectangular cavity 52, the mechanical oil is injected into the rectangular cavity 52 through the inclined hole 53, the screw 54 is screwed on the hole opening of the inclined hole 53, the bottom of the screw 54 is fixedly connected with the stirring rod 55, one end of the stirring rod 55 is in contact with the roller 6, so that when the rewinding rope 2 drives the roller 6 to rotate, the roller 6 collides with the stirring rod 55, the stirring generates vibration through the collision, and the stirring rod 55 is made of an elastic material, so that the mechanical oil is stirred after the vibration of the stirring rod 55, and the mechanical oil is enabled to flow under the action of the stirring rod 55; according to the invention, the rope 551 drives the roller 6 to rotate to be matched with the stirring rod 55 to generate vibration due to impact, so that the mechanical oil in the rectangular cavity 52 flows under the action of the stirring rod 55, the activity among the mechanical oil particles is ensured, the lubricating effect of the mechanical oil is further improved, and the practicability of the rewinding starter is improved.
