the evaporators and the heat exchange bodies are arranged alternately, the evaporators are connected in series or in parallel, and the heat exchange bodies are connected in series or in parallel or are respectively used for different liquid beverages.

The invention relates to a compression type refrigeration water dispenser.

Background

In the prior art, a refrigeration water dispenser comprises a machine shell, a base, a water receiving tray arranged at the front lower part of the machine shell, a compressor, a condenser, an evaporator, a water tank, a heat dissipation fan, a temperature controller and an operation circuit board, wherein the base is embedded into the lower end of the machine shell, and the machine shell is fixedly connected with the base; the heat radiation fan is opposite to the condenser, and the evaporator is positioned in the water tank. There are problems in that: the evaporator is immersed in the water tank, so that the problem of drinking water safety exists, and the drinking water can be polluted when the evaporator is used for a long time.

Disclosure of Invention

The purpose of the invention is: provides a refrigeration water dispenser which has the characteristics of safety, reliability and high refrigeration efficiency.

the evaporator comprises a cylinder body part which is wound by a pipe body and is provided with an upper opening and a lower opening, a refrigerant liquid inlet pipe and a refrigerant liquid outlet pipe,

also comprises a water inlet electromagnetic valve, a water outlet nozzle, a heat exchange body and die-cast aluminum,

the heat exchange body comprises a heat exchange cylindrical part with an upper opening and a lower opening which are formed by winding a pipe body, a water inlet interface pipe and a water outlet interface pipe,

the cylinder body part of the evaporator is positioned in the heat exchange cylinder body part of the heat exchange body or the heat exchange cylinder body part is positioned in the cylinder body part, the evaporator and the heat exchange body are embedded in die-cast aluminum to form a refrigeration water device, a refrigerant liquid inlet pipe and a refrigerant liquid outlet pipe respectively extend out of the top of the die-cast aluminum, and a water inlet interface pipe and a water outlet interface pipe respectively extend out of the top of the die-cast aluminum; the water inlet electromagnetic valve, the heat exchange body, the water outlet electromagnetic valve and the water outlet nozzle are communicated in sequence; the operation circuit board is arranged at the front top of the control cavity, and the water outlet nozzle is arranged on the bottom plate of the control cavity and is opposite to the water receiving plate.

Detailed Description

The invention is further described below with reference to the accompanying drawings.

As shown in fig. 1, a refrigeration water dispenser comprises a casing 1, a base 2, a water pan 3 arranged at the front lower part of the casing, a compressor (not shown in the figure), a condenser 4, an evaporator 5, a heat radiation fan 6, a temperature controller 7 and an operation circuit board 8, wherein the base 2 is embedded into the lower end of the casing 1, and the casing 1 is fixedly connected with the base 2; the heat radiation fan 6 is opposite to the condenser 4;

the front upper part of the machine shell 1 extends forwards to form a control cavity 1A, an air inlet hole 1B is formed in a side wall plate of the machine shell 1, and an air outlet hole 1C is formed in a rear wall plate;

as shown in fig. 5, the evaporator 5 includes a cylindrical body portion with an upper opening and a lower opening formed by winding a pipe body, a refrigerant inlet pipe and a refrigerant outlet pipe,

also comprises a water inlet electromagnetic valve (not shown in the figure), a water outlet electromagnetic valve 9, a water outlet nozzle 10, a heat exchange body 11 and die-casting aluminum 12,

the heat exchange body 11 comprises a heat exchange cylindrical part with an upper opening and a lower opening which are formed by winding a pipe body, a water inlet interface tube and a water outlet interface tube,

the cylinder body part of the evaporator 5 is positioned in the heat exchange cylinder body part of the heat exchange body 11 or the heat exchange cylinder body part is positioned in the cylinder body part, the evaporator 5 and the heat exchange body 6 are pre-embedded in die-cast aluminum 12 to form a refrigerating water device, a refrigerant liquid inlet pipe and a refrigerant liquid outlet pipe respectively extend out of the top of the die-cast aluminum 12, and a water inlet interface pipe and a water outlet interface pipe respectively extend out of the top of the die-cast aluminum 12; the water inlet electromagnetic valve, the heat exchange body 11, the water outlet electromagnetic valve 9 and the water outlet nozzle 10 are communicated in sequence; the operation circuit board 8 is arranged at the front top of the control cavity 1A, and the water outlet nozzle 10 is arranged on the bottom plate of the control cavity 1A and is opposite to the water receiving tray 3. The water receiving tray 3 is used for storing water which drips and leaks, and the water receiving tray 3 is detachably matched with the machine shell 1.

The temperature controller 7 is attached to the die-cast aluminum 12. And a die cavity 121 is arranged on the die-casting aluminum 12.

As a further improvement of the invention: the heat exchanger also comprises a water pump 13, wherein the water pump 13 is arranged on a pipeline between the water inlet electromagnetic valve and the heat exchanger 11.

Also included are a front mount 14 and a rear mount 15,

a front seat frame 14 and a rear seat frame 15 are respectively arranged at the front part and the rear part of the base 2, the refrigerating water device is arranged on the front seat frame 14, the condenser 4 is arranged on the rear seat frame 15, and the compressor is arranged on the base 2 at the lower part of one side of the rear seat frame 15;

the water pump 13 is provided in the front seat frame 14.

As shown in fig. 5, there are one evaporator 5 and two heat exchangers 11; the evaporator 5 is arranged between the heat exchanging bodies 11, and in the state shown in fig. 5, the heat exchanging bodies 11 can be connected in series, in parallel or two heat exchanging bodies 11 can be respectively used for different liquid beverages.

The number of the evaporators 5 can be more than two, the number of the heat exchange bodies 11 can be two, the evaporators 5 and the heat exchange bodies 11 are arranged alternately, the evaporators 5 are connected in series or in parallel, and the heat exchange bodies 11 are connected in series or in parallel or are used for different liquid beverages.
