7. The formula of any one of claims 1 to 4, wherein the skimmed milk powder is skimmed goat milk powder and/or skimmed cow milk powder; the whole milk powder is whole goat milk powder and/or whole milk powder.

8. The method for preparing the formula milk powder of any one of claims 1 to 7, which is characterized by comprising the following steps:

(a) respectively pulverizing semen Cassiae and Poria to obtain semen Cassiae powder and Poria powder;

(b) uniformly mixing skim milk powder, haematococcus pluvialis powder, inulin, xylitol, maltodextrin, cassia seed powder, poria cocos powder, alpha-linolenic acid, organic selenium and whole milk powder to obtain a mixture;

(c) sterilizing the mixture, then adding the compound microorganism, mixing uniformly, and bagging to obtain the formula milk powder.

9. The preparation method according to claim 8, wherein the mesh size of the cassia seed powder and the poria cocos powder is 200-300 meshes.

10. The method according to claim 9, wherein the sterilization means is ultra-high pressure sterilization.

Technical Field

The following examples are only for illustrating the technical solutions of the present invention more clearly, and therefore are only examples, and the protection scope of the present invention is not limited thereby.

It is to be noted that, unless otherwise specified, technical or scientific terms used herein shall have the ordinary meaning as understood by those skilled in the art to which the invention pertains.

Example 1

Formula milk powder for preventing hyperlipidemia, hyperglycemia and hypertension

The formula milk powder for preventing hyperlipidemia, hyperglycemia and hypertension comprises the following components in parts by weight:

80 parts of skimmed milk powder, 10 parts of haematococcus pluvialis powder, 15 parts of inulin, 4 parts of compound microorganisms, 10 parts of xylitol, 10 parts of maltodextrin, 3 parts of semen cassiae, 4 parts of poria cocos, 1 part of alpha-linolenic acid and 0.5 part of organic selenium;

each part of the compound microorganism comprises:

5 parts of lactobacillus plantarum, 10 parts of lactic acid bacteria and 10 parts of lactobacillus rhamnosus.

Second, preparation method

The preparation method of the formula milk powder for preventing hyperlipidemia, hyperglycemia and hypertension comprises the following steps:

The comparative example is a formula milk powder for preventing hyperlipidemia, hyperglycemia and hypertension, which is basically the same as the formula milk powder in example 5 except that haematococcus pluvialis powder is replaced by inulin with the same fraction.

The above formula was prepared in the same manner as in example 5.

Comparative example 2

The comparative example is a formula milk powder for preventing hyperlipidemia, hyperglycemia and hypertension, and the formula milk powder is basically the same as the formula milk powder in example 5, except that lactobacillus plantarum is replaced by lactobacillus rhamnosus with the same fraction.

The above formula was prepared in the same manner as in example 5.

Examples of the experiments

Respectively obtaining formula milk powder prepared in examples 1-5 and comparative examples 1-2;

240 volunteers are characterized, each volunteer has symptoms of dizziness, headache and palpitation caused by hypertension, under the condition that the volunteers are unconscious, the volunteers are randomly divided into 8 groups of 30 people each, wherein the 1 st to 7 th groups respectively eat the formula milk powder prepared in the examples 1 to 5 and the comparative examples 1 to 2 in sequence, the 8 th group takes the same amount of placebo (skim milk powder), and simultaneously, each volunteer normally takes half-reduced felodipine tablet antihypertensive drugs every day;

the amount of the formula milk powder and the placebo taken by each volunteer is 1 bag per day, each bag is 25g, the milk powder and the placebo are taken with warm boiled water at 40-45 ℃, the administration lasts for 1 month, the blood pressure of each volunteer is measured and counted in the morning every day during the administration period, and whether uncomfortable symptoms appear every day is counted;

and (4) judging the standard:

(1) the effect is shown: the blood pressure is not more than 1 time; the discomfort symptom is less than or equal to 1 time;

(2) the method has the following advantages: the blood pressure is not more than 3 times and not less than 2 times; the discomfort symptom is less than or equal to 3 times and more than or equal to 2 times;

(3) and (4) invalidation: the blood pressure is higher than or equal to 4 times or the discomfort symptom is higher than or equal to 4 times.

According to the evaluation criteria, each volunteer was evaluated, and the evaluation results are shown in table 1:

As can be seen from Table 1:

each of the examples and the control example was able to significantly lower blood pressure compared to the placebo group; compared with the milk powder of the control example, the milk powder of the embodiment of the application has more excellent blood pressure reducing effect and can better improve related diseases caused by hypertension.
