In order to solve the noise interference between two bunks caused by passengers on a sleeper, according to the sound-proof bunks for railway vehicles provided by the invention, one of the first transverse sound-proof partition wall 1-1 and the second transverse sound-proof partition wall 1-2 adopts a hollow interlayer sound-proof partition wall 13, and the other adopts a composite sound-proof partition wall 14; as shown in fig. 12 and 13, the hollow sandwich sound-insulating partition wall 13 includes a pair of composite sound-insulating partition walls 14 arranged in parallel, and a sound-absorbing material 10 and an air layer 17 provided between the pair of composite sound-insulating partition walls 14, and a sound-insulating vibration-damping paint 26 is provided on the inner side of the composite sound-insulating partition walls 14; adopt cavity intermediate layer sound insulation next door 13 to cut off the sound bridge or adopt compound sound insulation next door 14 separation sound bridge, effectively promote the volume of giving sound insulation about 8 ~ 10dB, avoid louing, solve the noise interference between two packages that the passenger probably arouses on the sleeping berth.

Further, as shown in fig. 13, the composite sound-insulating partition 14 includes a partition panel 18 and a back plate 20 which are disposed to face each other, a pair of partition sound-insulating layers 19 which are respectively attached to inner surfaces of the partition panel 18 and the back plate 20, and a sound-absorbing core 21 which is filled in the pair of partition sound-insulating layers 19, and can increase partition sound-insulating amount by 4 to 5dB, and effectively realize sound absorption and noise reduction.

According to the sound insulation compartment of the railway vehicle provided by the invention, as shown in fig. 6, the T-shaped sound insulation beam 9 comprises a second mounting beam 30, a perforated sound absorption plate 25 enclosing a mounting space with the second mounting beam 30 and a sound absorption material 10 filled in the mounting space, wherein a sound insulation and vibration reduction coating 26 is arranged between the sound absorption material 10 and the periphery of the mounting space, specifically, the second mounting beam 30 is configured into a rectangular frame body with an opening at one side, the perforated sound absorption plate 25 is arranged at the opening side of the rectangular frame body, thereby enclosing into the installation space for filling the sound absorbing material 10, the whole structure has good sound insulation effect, for the convenience of installation, the side of the second installation beam 30 departing from the opening is provided with the L-shaped connecting beam 34, the vertical section of the L-shaped connecting beam 34 is fixed with the side of the second installation beam 30 departing from the opening, the horizontal section of the L-shaped connecting beam 34 is approximately flush with the plane of the second installation beam 30, the reliability of the connection of the T-shaped soundproof beams 9 with the longitudinal soundproof partitions 2 can be further enhanced by the L-shaped connecting beams 34.

As shown in fig. 7, in order to solve a weak link of sound insulation at a joint between a compartment partition wall and a top plate 5, according to the sound insulation compartment of a railway vehicle provided by the invention, joints of the sound insulation and sound absorption top plate 5, a first transverse sound insulation partition wall 1-1, a second transverse sound insulation partition wall 1-2 and a longitudinal sound insulation partition wall 2 are connected through a sound absorption and sound insulation beam 12, so that the similar sound insulation amount sealing of the periphery is realized, and the crosstalk of two compartments and the transmission of outside noise to the inside of the compartment are effectively blocked.

Further, referring to fig. 8, the sound absorption and insulation beam 12 includes an L-shaped mounting beam 35 and an L-shaped perforated sound absorption plate 25, the L-shaped perforated sound absorption plate 25 and the L-shaped mounting beam 35 are butted to form a square-shaped filling space, sound absorption materials 10 are filled in the filling space, and sound insulation and vibration reduction coatings 26 are respectively disposed between the L-shaped mounting beam 35 and the top plate 5 and between the L-shaped mounting beam 35 and the sound absorption materials 10 to form a composite sound absorption and insulation structure, so that effective sound absorption, noise reduction and sound insulation are realized. Effectively reduce the noise of the outside of the vehicle and transmit into the compartment, and simultaneously reduce the noise caused by the vibration of the top plate 5.

According to the sound insulation compartment of the railway vehicle, as shown in fig. 1, a composite sound insulation door 15 is hinged on a second transverse sound insulation partition wall 1-2, and as shown in fig. 9 and 10, a door frame sealing structure 16 is arranged between the composite sound insulation door 15 and a door frame 28 as well as between the composite sound insulation door and a door sill 27; in other words, the composite soundproof door 15 and the second transverse soundproof wall 1-2 achieve effective sealing between the door and the box compartment wall by the door frame sealing structure 16, the doorsill 27, and the door frame 28. The door frame sealing structure 16 is made of sealing rubber strips, is embedded on a door frame 28 or a threshold 27 section bar, and the section, the wall thickness and the hardness of the rubber strips are key control parameters for realizing effective sealing and are selected according to actual requirements.

Specifically, as shown in fig. 11, composite soundproof door 15 includes a pair of door panels 31, a core 33 provided between the pair of door panels 31, substrates 29 attached to opposite sides of core 33, and a door soundproof layer 32 formed between substrate 29 and door panel 31, core 33 being a sound absorbing core, and door panel 31 as a whole being of a sound absorbing structure, and increasing partition wall soundproof amount by 4 to 5 dB.

The invention further provides a railway vehicle which comprises the railway vehicle sound insulation compartment. The problem of sleeping train unit probably have the sound of speaking, passenger turn over on the sleeping berth etc. to adjacent inter-packet noise interference is solved, realize providing comfortable, silence environment of taking a bus for the passenger.

Finally, it should be noted that: the above examples are only intended to illustrate the technical solution of the present invention, but not to limit it; although the present invention has been described in detail with reference to the foregoing embodiments, it will be understood by those of ordinary skill in the art that: the technical solutions described in the foregoing embodiments may still be modified, or some technical features may be equivalently replaced; and such modifications or substitutions do not depart from the spirit and scope of the corresponding technical solutions of the embodiments of the present invention.
