Background

The construction of modern buildings, glass exterior walls or glass windows are very common. But this presents a problem of difficulty in cleaning.

The invention has the function of cleaning the glass surface like the common window cleaning robot in the prior art. The method specifically comprises the steps that negative pressure is generated through an adsorption device, so that the whole window cleaning robot is adsorbed on the surface of glass, and then a walking system is driven to walk in a specific track through an algorithm of a control unit, so that the whole glass is cleaned. Of course, it is not distinguished whether the window cleaning robot is rechargeable or powered, and if the window cleaning robot is rechargeable, a storage battery should be installed. There are also some necessary devices such as: safety rope etc. can realize wiping glass function like: edge detection, automatic path calculation, automatic return to the origin after cleaning, etc., are all irrelevant to the technical key points of the present invention, and are not described herein again.

The technical focus of the present invention is on the window wiping frame assembly 2. The algorithm of the control unit may perform a window frame wipe, typically before wiping the glass. The window cleaning robot is close to the window frame firstly, the window cleaning robot can do the operation by using the existing four-side sensing device, then one side of the window cleaning frame component 2 is aligned with the window frame, the telescopic motor 3 is controlled to rotate, and the driving connecting rod 5 is driven to swing through the driving shaft 4. Because the driving connecting rod 5, the driven connecting rod 6 and the substrate are a parallelogram rod group, when the driving connecting rod 5 swings, the substrate can be extended outwards in a translational manner. In the process of translational extension, the substrate is firstly lifted and then extended and lowered. The telescoping of the base plate can accommodate both height and reach adjustments.

Preferably, the base plate comprises a cover plate 8, a slide rail 9 and a bottom plate 10; the slide rails 9 are fixedly arranged on two sides of the bottom surface of the cover plate 8, the bottom plate 10 is connected in a sliding and detachable mode through the slide rails 9, and the wiping cotton 7 is fixedly bonded on the bottom surface of the bottom plate 10. The bottom plate 10 can be assembled and disassembled in a sliding way, so that the wiping cotton 7 can be freely disassembled and cleaned for maintenance.

In order to match the above operation, it is preferable that a distance measuring radar 11 is further installed on the edge of the cover plate 8, and the distance measuring radar 11 is connected to the control unit. A pressure switch is also arranged between the bottom plate 10 and the wiping cotton 7 and is connected with the control unit. The pressure switches are preferably provided in at least two, distributed on the inside and outside of the base plate 10.

When the window cleaning robot approaches and aligns the window frame with the window cleaning frame assembly 2, the ranging radar 11 can detect obstacles outside the window frame, such as a civil engineering wall and the like. According to the result of four sides induction system and range radar 11 feedback, can calculate the thickness of window frame:

1) if the calculated thickness is zero, it indicates that the obstacle measured by the distance measuring radar 11 is the window frame itself, i.e. the height of the window frame is too high and exceeds the wiping height of the window frame wiping assembly 2, the window frame wiping assembly 2 will not work, and the window frame wiping will be automatically abandoned.

2) If the range radar 11 does not give a feedback result, it indicates that there is no obstacle outside the window frame. Then the walking system will control window cleaning robot to adjust the distance and calibrate based on the window frame position sensed by the four-side sensing device, and then drive the telescopic motor 3 to extend the substrate. The cotton 7 to be wiped is pressed on the surface of the window frame, and the pressure switch feeds back a sensing signal. The window frame can be cleaned by the walking system along the window frame to realize cleaning.

3) If the result of the calculation is positive, the thickness and the specific position of the window frame are determined. Similarly to the case of 2), the distance calibration is performed, and the substrate is extended so that the wiping cotton 7 is pressed against the surface of the window frame. Except that the distance calibration is algorithmically adjusted based not only on the position of the sash, but also on the position of the outside obstacle.

The wiping cotton 7 is relatively thick and soft, and can be adapted and adjusted according to window frames with different heights, so that the working difficulty of the window frame wiping component 2 is greatly reduced.

Preferably, the edge of the housing 1 is provided with a containing cavity for containing the window wiping frame assembly 2, the telescopic motor 3, the driving shaft 4, the driving connecting rod 5, the driven connecting rod 6 and the wiping cotton 7 are contained in the containing cavity, and the substrate is matched with the top and the outer side surface of the containing cavity, so that the top and the outer side surface of the containing cavity are completely shielded by the substrate when the window wiping frame assembly 2 is contained.

Furthermore, a waterproof cover 12 is preferably arranged outside the telescopic motor 3 and the driving shaft 4 to shield the telescopic motor 3 and other components, so as to better protect the telescopic motor from external pollution and prevent short circuit of electric components caused by moisture carried by the wiping cotton 7.

The window cleaning robot with the window cleaning frame function provided by the invention can clean a window frame while cleaning glass, has a more comprehensive cleaning effect, and avoids pollution caused by dust reentering a room. The using method is completely the same as that of a common window wiping robot, and the window wiping frame assembly 2 can be stored without occupying too much space. The window wiping frame component 2 can automatically adjust the height and the extending distance to adapt to the size of a window frame. The wiping cotton 7 can be detached for cleaning, and the maintenance is simple and convenient.
