Technical Field
The invention relates to the field of infants, in particular to a lateral locking buckle.
Background
With the continuous development of economy and the continuous progress of science and technology, the infant carrier provides abundant material consumers for the life of people, and is one of a plurality of material consumers.
It is known to use, in infant carriers, a webbing that cannot be detached; in order to assemble and disassemble different braided belts at any time, the buckle can not be detached.
At present, for a traditional buckle, the traditional buckle comprises a male buckle, a female buckle and a button, wherein the male buckle and the female buckle are mutually buckled and fixed, the button is used for mutually unlocking the male buckle and the female buckle, the button is positioned on the front side of the male buckle or the female buckle or on the back side of the male buckle or the female buckle, and the exposed area of the button is large, so that the button is positioned at a very obvious position, people can conveniently and quickly find the button, and the button can be pressed and operated conveniently; however, just as the buttons are in a very conspicuous location, it is very easy for an infant seated on the infant carrier to find the buttons and subconsciously touch them, thereby increasing the risk of accidental release. Meanwhile, the button can be unlocked by applying pressure to the button, and the button is in an obvious position in a large area. Therefore, the chance that the button is accidentally scratched by an external object is increased, and the risk of accidental unlocking is further increased.
Therefore, there is a need for a lateral lock release buckle that prevents accidental lock release to overcome the above-mentioned drawbacks.
Disclosure of Invention
The invention aims to provide a lateral lock release buckle for preventing accidental lock release.
In order to achieve the above object, the lateral lock release buckle of the present invention includes a male buckle, a female buckle, and a lock release operation member, one of the male buckle and the female buckle has a locking portion, the other of the male buckle and the female buckle has an opposite insertion lock portion for engaging with the locking portion, the male buckle and the female buckle are inserted in opposite directions to each other in a direction close to each other so that the locking portion is locked with the opposite insertion lock portion, the lock release operation member is embedded in the male buckle or the female buckle where the locking portion is located and arranged in association with the locking portion, the lock release operation member is further exposed on a side wall of the male buckle or the female buckle where the locking portion is located and slides in a lateral direction of the male buckle or the female buckle where the locking portion is located, and the lock release operation member selectively interlocks the locking portion with the opposite insertion lock release portion in a lateral.
Preferably, the mating portion is located on a front surface of the male buckle or the female buckle, and a mating direction of the male buckle and the female buckle is staggered with a sliding direction of the lock release operation member.
Preferably, the locking portion is an elastic structure, and the lock releasing operation member is linked with the locking portion to elastically deform along the lateral direction of the male buckle or the female buckle where the locking portion is located so as to release the lock of the insertion lock portion.
Preferably, the locking part comprises a spring arm and a lock head used for being locked with the opposite insertion matching locking part, the lock head is connected with the spring arm, and the spring arm always has a tendency of driving the lock head and the opposite insertion matching locking part to be locked with each other; the unlocking operation piece selectively links the elastic arm to elastically deform so as to unlock the lock head and the opposite insertion lock part.
Preferably, the lock release operation member has an interlocking inclined surface inclined with respect to a sliding direction of the lock release operation member, and the interlocking inclined surface selectively interlocks the elastic arm to elastically deform in a lateral sliding process of the lock release operation member.
Preferably, the interlocking inclined surface is gradually opened relative to a center line of the lock release operation member along a sliding direction in which the lock release operation member slides away from the lock portion.
Preferably, the locking portion further includes a linking post connected to the elastic arm, the linking inclined surface extends toward the linking post and cooperates with the linking post, and the linking inclined surface pushes the linking post to drive the elastic arm to elastically deform during the process of the lock releasing sliding of the lock releasing operation member.
Preferably, the lock release operation member has an interlocking rib extending toward the interlocking column and abutting against the interlocking column, the interlocking inclined surface is formed on a side wall of the interlocking rib abutting against the interlocking column, and the side wall of the interlocking column abuts against the interlocking inclined surface of the interlocking rib in press fit.

Compared with the prior art, the lateral unlocking buckle has the advantages that the unlocking operation piece is embedded in the male buckle or the female buckle where the locking part is located, the unlocking operation piece is exposed out of the side wall of the male buckle or the female buckle where the locking part is located and slides along the lateral direction of the male buckle or the female buckle where the locking part is located, an operator can only carry out unlocking operation on the unlocking operation piece from the lateral direction of the buckle, the buckle can not be unlocked by pressing the buckle in the forward direction, compared with the traditional buckle, the risk of unlocking caused by scratching of the front side of an external object is prevented, and the risk of accidental unlocking caused by pressing of an infant in an curiosity is prevented, so that the lateral unlocking buckle has the advantages of being not easy to scratch and effectively preventing accidental unlocking.
