FIG. 1 is a flow chart of a method of manufacturing the pallet of the present invention;

FIG. 2 is a schematic cross-sectional view of the pallet of the present invention.

The invention provides a tray, the edge height of the tray is higher than the height of the middle area, and the cross-sectional structure of the tray is shown in figure 2.

The tray is composed of a plate 1 and a coating film 2 at least covering the upper surface of the plate 1, wherein the plate 1 is made of a wood material, and the coating film 2 is a hydrophobic and oleophobic film. Wooden board 1 has guaranteed the intensity of tray itself, and the hydrophobic oleophobic membrane that covers on board 1 guarantees that this board 1 has better hydrophobic oleophobic effect when using. Therefore, the plate 1 has the advantages of high strength, easy cleaning, environmental protection and safety when in use.

Specifically, poplar can be selected to process the plate 1. In order to ensure the environmental protection of the plate 1, the film 2 is a food-grade film, such as PLA film-coated paper.

As an alternative embodiment, the thickness of the sheet 1 is not less than 0.8 mm. Generally, the thickness of the plate 1 is about 0.8mm to 2.0 mm.

As an alternative embodiment, in order to make the film 2 and the plate 1 better combined, the plate 1 and the film 2 are attached together under the action of a film coating machine.

Since the lower surface and other portions of the tray may be exposed to oil and water during use, the lower surface and the peripheral side of the tray may be covered with the coating film 2 in consideration of the cleaning problem.

The processing method of the tray is shown in figure 1, and comprises the following specific steps:

(1) wood processing: cutting and slicing the complete wood to obtain a sheet 1;

(2) film coating treatment: coating the upper surface of the plate 1 at high temperature, or simultaneously coating the upper surface and the lower surface of the plate 1, wherein the selected coating 2 is a hydrophobic and oleophobic membrane;

(3) die cutting and processing: cutting the material obtained by the step (2) to obtain a tray blank;

(4) hot-press molding: and (4) putting the tray blank obtained by the treatment in the step (3) into a mould of a hot press for hot pressing to obtain the tray.

It should be noted that, when the sheet material 1 is subjected to the die cutting process, the sheet material 1 with an irregular shape may be cut into a shape required by the subsequent process, and at this time, at least one tray blank, generally four tray blanks, meeting the requirements may be processed from one sheet material 1.

As an alternative embodiment, the treatment temperature of the step (2) is 160-200 ℃.

As an optional implementation mode, the die of the hot press in the step (4) needs to be preheated, the preheating temperature is 110-140 ℃, and the preheating time is 10-15 min.

As an optional embodiment, after preheating is completed, the tray is pressed in the mold for 18-25 s.

An upper die and a lower die are installed on the hot press, the upper die and the lower die are preheated to required temperatures, then the tray blank is placed into a die forming cavity, the upper die and the lower die are moved to corresponding positions, and the tray blank is subjected to hot pressing treatment. The tray parison is deformed at high temperature.

In order to maintain the shape of the tray, as an optional embodiment, the tray processed in the step (4) is further subjected to drying and shaping treatment at 25-35 ℃, and the water content of the finally obtained tray is within 10%.
