1. A support device for a forklift, comprising:

the fixed supporting leg comprises a fixed supporting part parallel to a horizontal plane and a sliding rail fixedly connected with the fixed supporting part vertically, the fixed supporting part comprises two fixed supporting rods which are parallel to each other and perpendicular to the sliding rail, the sliding rail comprises a first sliding rail and a second sliding rail, and the second sliding rail can slide along the first sliding rail; the first slide rail comprises two first guide rails which are parallel to each other, and the second slide rail comprises two second guide rails which are parallel to each other;

the sliding support leg is connected with the second sliding rail in a sliding manner, the sliding support leg comprises a sliding support part and a sliding part fixedly connected with the sliding support part vertically, the sliding part is connected with the second sliding rail in a sliding manner, and the sliding support part comprises two sliding support rods which are parallel to each other and vertical to the sliding rails; the sliding support part and the fixed support part are positioned on the same side of the sliding rail;

and the hydraulic rod is arranged between the two first guide rails and is parallel to the first guide rails, and the hydraulic rod drives the second slide rail to slide along the first slide rail in a telescopic manner.

The supporting device for the forklift as recited in claim 1, wherein a rotatable rotating block is provided at a predetermined height of each of the two first guide rails; the bottom ends of the two second guide rails are respectively fixed with a lug; when the second slide rail slides upwards and the lug slides to the preset height, the lug is in contact with the rotating block and drives the rotating block to rotate until the lug is separated from the rotating block, and when the second slide rail slides downwards and the lug slides to the preset height, the lug is in contact with the rotating block and drives the rotating block to rotate towards the other direction until the lug is separated from the rotating block.

7. The supporting device for forklift according to claim 1, wherein two sliding blocks are fixed to the sliding support, a plurality of pulleys are provided between each sliding block and one of the second sliding rails, and the sliding blocks can slide along the second sliding rails.

8. The supporting device for forklift according to claim 7, wherein at least one reinforcing block is provided between the two sliding blocks, and the reinforcing block is perpendicular to the sliding blocks and the sliding supporting portion.

The supporting device for the forklift according to claim 1, further comprising a control assembly disposed at a bottom end of the sliding rail and on a side away from the fixed supporting portion, wherein the control assembly is configured to control sliding of the second sliding rail relative to the first sliding rail and sliding of the sliding supporting foot relative to the second sliding rail.

Background

The forklift is an industrial carrying vehicle, is generally suitable for short-distance transportation operation, and is widely applied to circulation centers and distribution centers of stations, airports, wharfs, goods yards, warehouses and the like. However, in daily use scenes, the forklift often needs to pass through difficult places such as narrow slopes, rollover accidents of the forklift are easy to occur, when the forklift passes through some uneven roads, chassis of the forklift is easy to scratch by the convex roads and cannot pass through the chassis, and the stability and the passing performance of the forklift need to be improved.

The existing Chinese patent publication No. CN107215821A discloses a forklift supporting device, which comprises a bottom plate connected with a forklift main body, wherein rollers are respectively arranged on two sides of the bottom plate, a first slide rail and a hydraulic oil cylinder are also arranged on the bottom plate, a piston rod of the hydraulic oil cylinder is connected with a first slide block, and the first slide block is matched with the first slide rail; the first sliding block is hinged with the connecting rod; the forklift supporting device further comprises a first foot rest connecting pipe hinged to one side of the bottom plate, and a sliding groove and a second sliding block matched with the sliding groove are arranged on the first foot rest connecting pipe; the second sliding block is connected with a foot rest extending connecting rod, the other end of the foot rest extending out of the connecting rod is connected with a foot rest hinge through a first hinge shaft, and the other end of the foot rest hinge is connected with a foot pad; the forklift supporting device further comprises a second foot stool connecting pipe, one end of the second foot stool connecting pipe is hinged to the bottom plate, and the other end of the second foot stool connecting pipe is hinged to the second sliding block; the connecting rod is hinged with the second foot stool connecting pipe. The technical scheme adopted by the invention for solving the technical problems is that the supporting device for the forklift comprises:

the fixed supporting leg comprises a fixed supporting part parallel to a horizontal plane and a sliding rail fixedly connected with the fixed supporting part vertically, the fixed supporting part comprises two fixed supporting rods which are parallel to each other and perpendicular to the sliding rail, the sliding rail comprises a first sliding rail and a second sliding rail, and the second sliding rail can slide along the first sliding rail; the first slide rail comprises two first guide rails which are parallel to each other, and the second slide rail comprises two second guide rails which are parallel to each other;

the sliding support leg is connected with the second sliding rail in a sliding manner, the sliding support leg comprises a sliding support part and a sliding part fixedly connected with the sliding support part vertically, the sliding part is connected with the second sliding rail in a sliding manner, and the sliding support part comprises two sliding support rods which are parallel to each other and vertical to the sliding rails; the sliding support part and the fixed support part are positioned on the same side of the sliding rail;

and the hydraulic rod is arranged between the two first guide rails and is parallel to the first guide rails, and the hydraulic rod drives the second slide rail to slide along the first slide rail in a telescopic manner.

Preferably, a rotatable rotating block is respectively arranged at preset heights of the two first guide rails; the bottom ends of the two second guide rails are respectively fixed with a lug; when the second slide rail slides upwards and the lug slides to the preset height, the lug is in contact with the rotating block and drives the rotating block to rotate until the lug is separated from the rotating block, and when the second slide rail slides downwards and the lug slides to the preset height, the lug is in contact with the rotating block and drives the rotating block to rotate towards the other direction until the lug is separated from the rotating block.

Preferably, two fixed sleeves are respectively fixed at the bottom ends of the first guide rails, the lower end of each fixed sleeve is connected with a wheel, a lifting rod penetrates through the fixed sleeves and can slide up and down relative to the slide rail, and the lifting rod can lift or lower the slide rail relative to the up-down movement of the slide rail.

Preferably, a hinge rod is further arranged between the rotating block and the lifting rod, one end of the hinge rod is hinged with the rotating block, and the other end of the hinge rod is hinged with the lifting rod; when the rotating block rotates, the lifting rod can be driven to move up and down relative to the sliding rail so as to lift or lower the sliding rail.

Preferably, two limiting columns are arranged on each of the two first guide rails and are respectively used for limiting the rotation of the rotating block in two opposite directions.

Preferably, one end of each fixed support rod, which is far away from the slide rail, is provided with a wheel set, and the wheel set protrudes out of the surface of the fixed support rod; and one end of each sliding support rod, which is far away from the sliding rail, is provided with a through hole for allowing a wheel set.

Preferably, the sliding support part is fixedly connected with two sliding blocks, each sliding block is respectively provided with a plurality of pulleys between the second sliding rail, and the sliding blocks can slide along the second sliding rails.

Preferably, at least one reinforcing block is arranged between the two sliding blocks, and the reinforcing block is perpendicular to the sliding blocks and the sliding support part.

Preferably, the sliding support device further comprises a control assembly, the control assembly is arranged at the bottom end of the sliding rail and is positioned at one side far away from the fixed support part, and the control assembly is used for controlling the sliding of the second sliding rail relative to the first sliding rail and the sliding of the sliding support foot relative to the second sliding rail.

Compared with the prior art, the invention has at least the following beneficial effects:

1. when the forklift passes through a certain turning slope or a road with a larger slope, the wheels can be contacted with the ground, and the possibility of side turning of the forklift can be greatly reduced by the stress of the wheels; when the forklift passes through some rugged road surfaces, the whole forklift can be lifted by applying a downward force to the wheels, so that the ground clearance of the chassis is higher, the chassis is not scratched or blocked by the rugged road surfaces during passing, and the passing performance of the forklift is improved.

2. When the second slide rail rises to exceed the safe height, the lifting rod locks the wheels, and when the second slide rail falls to the safe height, the lifting rod unlocks the wheels. The safety of the driving process is ensured, and the occurrence of accidents is avoided.

3. When the second slide rail rises to the preset height, the alarm can be alarmed through the rotating block, an operator is reminded that the second slide rail exceeds the safe height, and when the second slide rail falls to the safe height range, the alarm can be relieved. Reminding the operator whether the rising height is within the safe height range, ensuring the operation safety and reducing the occurrence of accidents.
