Technical Field

The invention relates to the field of plate processing, in particular to an extension cutting device for a plate cutting groove.

Background

In the prior art, in the actual production process of a plurality of plates, a strip-shaped blank is firstly cut, a linear cutting tool is adopted to firstly cut the strip-shaped blank into a plurality of unit plate-shaped blanks along the vertical direction, and gaps cut by linear cutting equipment are formed among the plurality of unit plate-shaped blanks. After the linear cutting equipment finishes cutting, hammering the joint of the unit plate-shaped blank and the blank bottom in a manual mode, then tearing off the fracture position of the joint of the unit plate-shaped blank and the blank bottom by two operators through a clamp, so as to realize separation of the unit plate-shaped blank and the blank bottom.

Although a method for cutting a plate by directly hammering the plate is adopted in the plate cutting process, the method has large impact force, not only is easy to cause damage of a component unit when an LCD panel or an OLED substrate is cut, but also dust caused in the striking process is far diffused, so that the pollution to the component is serious, and even the component can be scrapped. In addition, noise and dust pollution are seriously harmful to the health of workers.

Disclosure of Invention

In view of the above disadvantages of the prior art, an object of the present invention is to provide an extension cutting device for a plate cutting groove, which is used to solve the problems that the labor load of workers without a hammering device is large, and the plate is easily damaged and polluted by using the hammering device in the cutting process of the prior plate.

To achieve the above and other related objects, the present invention provides an extension cutting device for a plate material cutting groove, comprising:

the cutting groove processing part is used for forming a straight cutting groove on a plate to be processed, is arranged on a cross beam and can reciprocate along the extending direction of the straight cutting groove to be formed under the action of a cutting driving device;

the cutting table is arranged below the cutting groove processing part;

the fixed table top is arranged on the cutting table on one side of the linear cutting groove;

the movable table top is arranged on the cutting table on the other side of the linear cutting groove;

the first plate fixing part is arranged on the fixed table top and can be used for adsorbing and fixing a plate on one side of the linear cutting groove;

the second plate fixing part is arranged on the movable table top and can be used for adsorbing and fixing a plate on the other side of the linear cutting groove;

the rotary driving device drives the movable table top to rotate; the rotary driving device drives the movable table top to rotate by taking a rotating shaft parallel to the linear cutting groove line as a center, and one side of the movable table top, which is far away from the linear cutting groove, can rotate downwards;

the lifting device synchronously acts with the rotary driving device to drive the movable table top to move downwards;

the translation driving part and the rotation driving device and the lifting device simultaneously act to drive the movable table top to move along the horizontal direction which is vertically far away from the linear cutting groove;

after the linear cutting groove is formed, the rotary driving device and the lifting device can simultaneously act on the force applied to the linear cutting groove so as to break the plate along the linear cutting groove.

Rotary drive in one example of the present invention, the lifting device comprises:

the linear driving device comprises a first linear driving device, a second linear driving device and a controller;

the first linear driving device and the second linear driving device are arranged on one side, close to the linear cutting groove, of the movable table top and are respectively located on two sides of the extending direction of the linear cutting groove;

the controller is respectively electrically connected with the control systems of the first linear driving device and the second linear driving device, and can control one end of the linear cutting groove to be higher than the other end when the first linear driving device and the second linear driving device descend, so that the crack of the linear cutting groove is transmitted along the extension direction of the linear cutting groove.

In an example of the present invention, the lifting device further includes:

the third linear driving device and the fourth linear driving device are arranged on one side, away from the linear cutting groove, of the movable table top;

and the third linear driving device and the fourth linear driving device are respectively arranged at two sides of the extension direction of the linear cutting groove and are respectively electrically connected with the controller.

In an example of the present invention, two sides of one end of the movable table near the linear cutting groove are fixedly connected with coaxial shaft bodies, the shaft bodies at two sides are respectively rotatably installed at a first moving end of the first linear driving device and a second moving end of the second linear driving device, a body of the rotary driving device is installed at the first moving end or the second moving end, and a driving shaft is coaxially and fixedly connected with the shaft bodies.

In an example of the invention, guide rails are arranged on two sides of the movable table top, the guide rails extend along a horizontal direction perpendicular to the linear cutting groove, and sliding frames are mounted on the guide rails on the two sides; the fixed ends of the first linear driving device, the second linear driving device, the third linear driving device and the fourth linear driving device are respectively arranged on the sliding frame, and the linear moving end is rotatably connected with the movable table top;

the plate cutting groove extending and cutting device further comprises: a translation driving section that can drive the carriage to reciprocate along the guide rail.

In an example of the present invention, the board fixing portion includes a suction device and a plurality of suction holes distributed on the table top and penetrating through an upper plane of the table top, a closed chamber is disposed inside the table top, a lower portion of each suction hole is communicated with the closed chamber, and a suction port of the suction device is communicated with the closed chamber.

In an example of the present invention, a first reinforced adsorption groove is disposed on one side of the movable table surface facing the linear cutting groove, the reinforced adsorption groove extends along the direction in which the linear cutting groove extends, a second reinforced adsorption groove is disposed on one side of the fixed table surface facing away from the linear cutting groove, the reinforced adsorption groove extends along the direction in which the linear cutting groove extends, and a communication hole communicated with the sealed chamber is disposed at the bottom of the reinforced adsorption groove.

In an example of the invention, a chamfer is arranged on the edge line of the upper part of the reinforced adsorption groove, and the included angle between the chamfer surface and the table top is 15-30 degrees.

In an example of the present invention, the plate cutting groove extending and cutting device further includes a chopping knife portion disposed above the linear cutting groove;

the chopping knife part comprises a chopping knife lifting device and a chopping knife,

the lifting end of the chopping knife lifting device vertically extends downwards;

the chopping knife is arranged at the lifting end,

and the lower blade of the chopping knife is obliquely arranged along the extending direction of the linear cutting groove.

In an example of the present invention, the sheet cutting slot extending and cutting apparatus further includes a chopping knife transverse driving apparatus, and the chopping knife lifting apparatus is installed above the cutting table and can move along the extending direction of the linear cutting slot, so as to drive the cutting edge of the chopping knife to cut the sheet along the straight line.

As described above, in the plate material cutting groove extending and cutting apparatus according to the present invention, when a plate material is cut, a linear cutting groove is formed in the plate material by the cutting groove processing portion, and then a bending force and a shearing force are applied to the linear cutting groove portion of the plate material by the synchronous operation of the rotation driving apparatus and the lifting apparatus, so that the plate material is broken along the linear cutting groove. The device can reduce the labor load of operators, and the device realizes the cutting and separation of the plates by adopting a breaking mode, reduces the damage to the plates in the cutting process and can reduce the dust diffusion.

As shown in fig. 1 to 10, the present invention provides a plate cutting groove extending and cutting apparatus, including:

the cutting groove processing part 100 is used for forming a straight cutting groove 31 on the plate 3 to be processed, and the cutting groove processing part 100 is installed on the first cross beam 110 and can reciprocate along the extending direction of the straight cutting groove 31 to be formed under the action of the cutting driving device;

a cutting table disposed below the cutting groove processing part 100;

a fixed table 210 arranged on a cutting table at one side of the linear cutting groove 31;

a movable table 220 arranged on the cutting table on the other side of the linear cutting groove 31;

a first plate fixing part which is arranged on the fixing table 210 and can be used for adsorbing and fixing the plate 3 at one side of the linear cutting groove 31;

a second plate fixing part which is arranged on the movable table-board 220 and can be used for adsorbing and fixing the plate 3 on the other side of the linear cutting groove 31;

the rotary driving device 300 can drive the movable table 220 to rotate; the rotary driving device 300 drives the movable table 220 to rotate around a rotating shaft parallel to the line of the linear cutting groove 31, and can make one side of the movable table 220 departing from the linear cutting groove 31 rotate downwards;

The invention relates to a plate cutting groove extending and cutting device, which generates a straight cutting groove 31 on a plate 3 through a cutting groove processing part 100 when the plate 3 is cut, and applies bending force and shearing force to the straight cutting groove 31 part of the plate 3 through the synchronous action of a rotary driving device 300, a lifting device 400 and a translation driving part, thereby breaking the plate 3 along the straight cutting groove 31. The device can reduce the labor load of operators, and the device realizes the cutting and separation of the plate 3 by adopting a breaking mode, thereby reducing the damage to the plate 3 in the cutting process and reducing the dust diffusion. The cutting groove processing part 100 of the present invention may be a cutting device capable of performing linear cutting to form a cutting groove, such as a laser cutting device, a cutting head with a diamond-like tool, and a linear cutting device, in an embodiment of the present invention, laser irradiation is used to process the linear cutting groove 31, a laser emitter is movably mounted on a beam above the cutting table and reciprocates along the beam under the action of a cutting driving device, and it should be noted that the cutting driving device of the present invention may be any driving structure capable of driving a cutting tool to reciprocate, a piston-like driving device such as a hydraulic cylinder, an air cylinder, etc., a screw rod driving assembly, or a combination of a gear, a rack, and a motor.

In the present invention, a sufficient gap is reserved between the fixed table 210 and the movable table 220 to ensure the interference between the movable table 220 and the fixed table 210 when the movable table 220 rotates under the action of the rotation driving device 300, and in order to ensure the accuracy of the bending position, as shown in fig. 9, in an embodiment of the present invention, an inclined surface 223 is disposed at the lower portion of the movable table 220 near one side of the linear cutting groove 31.

It should be noted that the specific structure of the lifting device 400 of the present invention is not limited as long as the lifting device can lift the movable table 220 during the rotation of the movable table 220. In an embodiment of the present invention, the lifting device 400 includes: a first linear driving device 410, a second linear driving device 420 and a controller; the first linear driving device 410 and the second linear driving device 420 are installed on one side of the movable table 220 close to the linear cutting groove 31 and are respectively located on two sides of the extending direction of the linear cutting groove 31; the controller is electrically connected to the control systems of the first linear driving device 410 and the second linear driving device 420, and can control one end of the linear cutting groove 31 to be higher than the other end when the first linear driving device 410 and the second linear driving device 420 descend, so that the crack of the linear cutting groove 31 is transmitted from the higher end of the linear cutting groove 31 to the lower end of the linear cutting groove 31 along the linear extension.

The installation manner of the movable table 220 deviating from the linear cutting groove 31 in the present invention may be any suitable structure capable of realizing the rotation and the descending of the movable table 220, and in an embodiment of the present invention, the lifting device 400 further includes: a third linear driving device 430 and a fourth linear driving device 440 which are arranged on the side of the movable table top 220, which faces away from the linear cutting groove 31; the third linear driving device 430 and the fourth linear driving device 440 are respectively located at two sides of the extension direction of the linear cutting groove 31, and are electrically connected with the controller respectively. The controller can simultaneously control the actions of the four linear driving devices. The four linear driving devices may be any suitable devices capable of realizing linear driving, such as hydraulic cylinders, pneumatic cylinders, a combination of a driving screw assembly and a motor, and in an example of the present invention, the first linear driving device 410, the second linear driving device 420, the third linear driving device 430, and the fourth linear driving device 440 are all hydraulic cylinders.

In the present invention, the rotation driving manner of the movable table 220 by the rotation driving device 300 may not be limited, as long as it is satisfied that one side of the movable table 220 departing from the linear cutting groove 31 rotates downward in the rotation process, in an embodiment of the present invention, two sides of one end of the movable table 220 close to the linear cutting groove 31 are fixedly connected with coaxial shafts, the shafts at two sides are respectively rotatably installed at the first moving end of the first linear driving device 410 and the second moving end of the second linear driving device 420, the body of the rotation driving device 300 is installed at the first moving end or the second moving end, and the driving shaft is coaxially and fixedly connected with the shafts.

The translation driving part 500 in the present invention may be any suitable structure capable of driving the movable table 220 to move along the horizontal direction vertically away from the linear cutting groove 31, in an example of the present invention, guide rails are disposed on two sides of the movable table 220, the guide rails extend along the horizontal direction perpendicular to the linear cutting groove 31, and the guide rails on two sides are both mounted with a sliding frame 530; the fixed ends of the first linear driving device 410, the second linear driving device 420, the third linear driving device 430 and the fourth linear driving device 440 are respectively installed on the sliding frame 530, and the linear moving end is rotatably connected with the movable table 220; the translation driving part 500 drives the carriage 530 to reciprocate along the guide rail. The translation driving unit 500 may be any driving structure capable of driving the carriage 530 to reciprocate, and may be a piston driving device such as a hydraulic cylinder or an air cylinder, a screw driving assembly, or a combination of a gear, a rack, and a motor.

As shown in fig. 6 to 8, in an example of the present invention, the first plate fixing portion includes a suction device (not shown) and a plurality of first suction holes 211 distributed on the fixing table 210 and penetrating through an upper plane of the fixing table 210, a first sealed chamber 214 is disposed inside the fixing table 210, a lower portion of the first suction hole 211 communicates with the first sealed chamber 214, and a suction port of the suction device communicates with the first sealed chamber. The suction device is any suitable device capable of realizing vacuum pumping to enable the plate 3 to be adsorbed on the adsorption hole. The arrangement of the closed chamber can make each adsorption force more uniform.

In an example of the present invention, the second plate fixing portion includes a suction device (not shown) and a plurality of second suction holes 222 distributed on the movable table 220 and penetrating through an upper plane of the movable table 220, a second sealed chamber 224 is disposed inside the movable table 220, a lower portion of the second suction hole 222 is communicated with the second sealed chamber 224, and a suction port of the suction device is communicated with the second sealed chamber. The suction device is any suitable device capable of realizing vacuum pumping to enable the plate 3 to be adsorbed on the adsorption hole. The arrangement of the closed chamber can make each adsorption force more uniform.

Considering that the plate 3 adsorbed on the movable table 220 is relatively stressed during the rotation or movement of the movable table 220, in order to prevent the plate 3 from being displaced during the breaking process, in an example of the present invention, a second reinforced adsorption groove 221 is provided on a side of the movable table 220 facing the linear cutting groove 31, and the second reinforced adsorption groove 221 is adjacent to the linear cutting groove 31 and extends in a direction in which the linear cutting groove 31 extends. Meanwhile, in order to prevent the plate 3 from tilting when the plate 3 is broken or torn and separated by using the linear cutting groove 31 as a boundary, in an embodiment of the present invention, a first reinforced adsorption groove 212 is disposed on one side of the fixed table 210 away from the linear cutting groove 31, the first reinforced adsorption groove 212 extends along the direction in which the linear cutting groove 31 extends, and communication holes 2211 communicated with the sealed chamber are disposed at the bottoms of the two reinforced adsorption grooves.

In order to realize quick adsorption and increase adsorption force, in an embodiment of the present invention, a chamfer is disposed on an upper side line of the first reinforced adsorption groove 212 and the second reinforced adsorption groove 221, and an included angle between the chamfer and the table top is 15-30 °. This angular range is advantageous for guiding the air flow rapidly into the suction groove.

Considering that when the LCD panel or the OLED substrate is cut, a narrow blank frame exists at the edge of the panel or the substrate, and such a narrow frame is not easily absorbed by the table top, in an example of the present invention, the plate material cutting groove extending and cutting apparatus further includes a chopping knife portion 600 disposed above the linear cutting groove 31; the chopping knife part 600 comprises a chopping knife lifting device 620 and a chopping knife 610, wherein the lifting end of the chopping knife lifting device 620 vertically extends downwards; the chopping knife 610 is installed at the lifting end, and the lower blade 611 of the chopping knife 610 is obliquely arranged along the extending direction of the linear cutting groove 31. When the frame is cut, cracks of the linear cutting grooves 31 can be sequentially transferred from one end to the other end of the linear cutting grooves 31 by the chopper 610, so that the frame is separated from the substrate.

If the width of the chopping block 610 corresponds to the width of the sheet material 3, the chopping and separating of the sheet material 3 can be realized by the up-and-down linear movement of the chopping block 610, but as shown in fig. 10, in an embodiment of the present invention, the width of the chopping block 610 is relatively narrow, the sheet material cutting groove extending and cutting apparatus further includes a transverse driving device (not shown) of the chopping block 610, and the chopping block lifting device 620 is installed above the cutting table and can move along the extending direction of the linear cutting groove 31, so as to drive the cutting edge 611 of the chopping block 610 to cut the sheet material 3 along the straight line. The lateral driving mechanism of the chopper 610 can be any suitable linear driving mechanism that can drive the knife rest of the chopper 610 to move along the second beam 601.

In summary, according to the present invention, when a plate is cut, a linear cutting groove is formed on the plate by the cutting groove processing portion, and then a combined pressure of bending force, shearing force, tension force, etc. is applied to the linear cutting groove of the plate by the synchronous action of the rotation driving device and the lifting device, so that the plate is more easily broken along the linear cutting groove. In addition, the descending displacement of the first linear driving device and the second linear driving device is different, so that the movable table top is inclined along the extending direction of the linear cutting groove, cracks are transmitted along the cutting groove line in sequence, and the cutting can be performed more easily. The device can reduce the labor load of operators, and the device realizes the cutting and separation of the plates by adopting a breaking mode, reduces the damage to the plates in the cutting process and can reduce the dust diffusion. In addition, the movable table top and the fixed table top of the plate cutting groove extending and cutting device are both provided with reinforced adsorption grooves, and the reinforced adsorption grooves provide stronger adsorption force for the breakage of the plates, so that the plate cutting groove extending and cutting device has high utilization value and use significance.
