In this embodiment, as shown in fig. 1 and 3, the positioning shaft stirring member 423 is approximately L-shaped, a buffering member 80 is disposed at an included angle of the positioning shaft stirring member 423 that is approximately L-shaped, the buffering member 80 is hinged to the positioning shaft stirring member 423 through a pin, and when the rotor notch positioning shaft 41 moves linearly toward one side of the rotor rotation positioning sleeve 20 under the elastic force of the compression spring 424, the gravity of the buffering member 80 and the frictional resistance at the hinged position of the positioning shaft stirring member can buffer the impact force of the positioning shaft protrusion 411 abutting against the rotor on the rotor rotation positioning sleeve 20.

In this embodiment, as shown in fig. 1, the buffering element 80 is a regular cylinder, when the positioning shaft shifting element 423 is pushed to the highest position on the alignment pushing element 50, the bottom of the buffering element 80 and the bottom of the positioning shaft shifting element 423 are located on the same plane, at this time, the buffering element 80 is located at the highest position, and preparation is made for buffering the impact force of the positioning shaft protrusion 411 abutting against the rotor on the rotor rotation positioning sleeve 20 in the next step, when the rotor notch positioning shaft 41 moves linearly towards the side close to the rotor rotation positioning sleeve 20 under the elastic force of the compression spring 424, the gravity of the buffering element 80 and the friction resistance at the hinge joint with the positioning shaft shifting element 423 can buffer the impact force of the positioning shaft protrusion 411 abutting against the rotor 100 on the rotor rotation positioning sleeve 20, so as to greatly reduce the damage to the rotor punching sheet extension 102.

By adopting the technical scheme, the specific working process is as follows:

1. on the automatic rotor production line, a mechanical clamping jaw places the rotor 100 on the rotor rotation positioning sleeve 20, a magnet block on the rotor rotation positioning sleeve attracts and positions the rotor 100, after a cylinder sensor positioned in the rotor rotation positioning sleeve 20 senses the rotor 100, a driving cylinder drives the alignment pushing piece 50 to descend, when the alignment pushing piece 50 descends, the rotor notch positioning shaft 41 linearly moves towards one side close to the rotor rotation positioning sleeve 20 under the elastic force action of the compression spring 424 and enables the positioning shaft convex part 411 of the rotor notch positioning shaft 41 to abut against the rotor punching sheet 102 on the rotor rotation positioning sleeve to extend, at this time, the motor starts to continuously rotate, the rotor rotation positioning sleeve drives the rotor to rotate, and until the rotor notch 101 rotates to the position of the positioning shaft convex part 411 of the rotor notch positioning shaft, the positioning shaft convex part 411 of the rotor notch positioning shaft can be pushed between the rotor notches 101; the upper part of the fixed frame 421 is provided with a U-shaped limiting piece 4211 for limiting the upper end part of the positioning shaft toggle piece 423, a motor sensor 4212 is arranged in a clamping groove of the U-shaped limiting piece 4211, when the positioning shaft convex part 411 of the rotor notch positioning shaft is jacked between the rotor notches, the upper end part of the positioning shaft toggle piece 423 returns to the clamping groove of the U-shaped limiting piece 4211 and touches the motor sensor 4212, the motor sensor 4212 sends a stop signal to the motor, if the positioning shaft toggle piece 423 is not sensed by the motor sensor 4212, the motor continuously rotates until the positioning shaft convex part 411 is clamped in the column notch 101, and thus the rotor notch positioning shaft is formed for accurately positioning the rotor notch;

2. after the accurate positioning of the rotor notch 101 is completed, the rotor 100 is taken down from the rotor rotation positioning sleeve by a mechanical clamping jaw, at the moment, the cylinder sensor can drive the alignment pushing piece 50 to rise to push the positioning shaft shifting piece 423, and when the alignment pushing piece 50 pushes the positioning shaft shifting piece 423, the upper end of the positioning shaft shifting piece 423 takes a tangent contact point as a fulcrum to achieve the lever type movement effect; the positioning shaft shifting piece 423 and the other end of the rotor notch positioning shaft 41 limit the positioning shaft shifting piece 423 to drive the rotor notch positioning shaft 41 to horizontally and linearly move along the positioning shaft mounting seat 422 through the limiting pin shaft 43 and the horizontal limiting chute 4221, so that the positioning shaft shifting piece 423 and the rotor notch positioning shaft are combined, and the upper part of the positioning shaft shifting piece 423 drives the rotor notch positioning shaft 41 to linearly move towards one side far away from the rotor rotation positioning sleeve;

3. when the mechanical clamping jaws place the rotor 100 on the rotor rotation positioning sleeve 20, the cylinder sensor drives the alignment pushing piece 50 to descend again, and the steps are repeated, so that the rotor 100 is accurately positioned.

The motor rotor automatic production line has the advantages of reasonable structure, simple installation, convenient use, free alignment of the motor rotor, stable and safe positioning, simple and clear structure and capability of meeting the application on the motor rotor automatic production line.
