s4, taking out the section bar: after the pearl wool is attached to the side wall of the section bar, the locking plate 54 of the pulling body 58 is pulled upwards manually to shrink so that the locking insertion block 57 moves to the upper side face of the placing plate 5, the locking action of the pearl wool and the placing plate 5 is released, then the control cylinder 3 shrinks to an initial position, the rolling wheel 62 can compact the pearl wool attached to the outer side face of the section bar, the pearl wool is closely adhered to the section bar, and finally the section bar is taken out.

The right side face of the inner end of the expanding support frame 65 is provided with a roller groove, a sliding roller 67 is arranged in the roller groove of the expanding support frame 65, the outer end of the expanding support frame 65 is of an arc-shaped structure, when the pearl cotton is adhered to the outer side face of the section bar by the rolling wheel 62, the front end and the rear end of the pearl cotton move inwards, and the sliding roller 67 can increase the moving smoothness of the pearl cotton.

The outer end of the expanding frame 65 is provided with a guide plate 11, the outer side surface of the right end of the guide plate 11 is connected with the inner end of an adjusting bolt 12, the middle part of the adjusting bolt 12 is connected with a guide support plate 13 in a thread fit mode, the guide support plate 13 is arranged on the top of the outer end of the bottom plate 1, the upper end and the lower end of the outer side surface of the guide plate 11 are both provided with a limit pillar 14, the outer end of the limit pillar 14 passes through the guide support plate 13, the position of the guide plate 11 can be adjusted through the rotation of the adjusting bolt 12, so that the guide plate 11 can drive the front and back positions of the expanding frame 65 to be adjusted, therefore, when the pearl cotton sticking operation is carried out on the section bars with different sizes, the expanding frame 65 can be adjusted in position according to the length of the pearl cotton, and the problem that the sticking position of the end of the pearl cotton is deviated due to the fact that the front end and the rear end of the pearl cotton are separated from the expanding frame 65 too early is solved, and the sticking effect of the pearl cotton is poor.
