Background

At present, in the related manufacturing industries of a large amount of used and consumed lubricating oil such as fasteners, hardware products, stainless steel and the like, the lubricating oil is scrapped and replaced due to the fact that a large amount of impurities such as coating agents, wire drawing powder, dust, metal chips and the like are mixed after the lubricating oil is used for a short time. Enterprises not only increase the purchase cost of new oil, but also have little treatment cost of waste lubricating oil and environmental protection pressure.

During the use process of the lubricating oil, particularly in the machine equipment using the oil in an open state, a specific process flow and the like, a large amount of various impurities can be easily mixed into the lubricating oil, part of the impurity particles are tiny and fine, and the lubricating oil is suspended in the oil liquid in a natural state and is mixed together without separation. The oil quality is deteriorated in a short time, and the oil can not be used and must be replaced.

FIG. 1 is a process diagram of a method for purifying waste lubricating oil according to the present invention.

Detailed Description

The technical solutions of the present invention will be described clearly and completely with reference to the following embodiments of the present invention, and it should be understood that the described embodiments are only a part of the embodiments of the present invention, and not all of the embodiments. All other embodiments, which can be obtained by a person skilled in the art without any inventive step based on the embodiments of the present invention, belong to the scope of the present invention.

Referring to fig. 1, the present invention provides a method for purifying waste lubricating oil, comprising the following steps:

and S001, adding an adsorbent into the dirty and waste lubricating oil, and uniformly stirring to obtain a first mixture.

And S002, filtering the first mixture by using a filtering assembly, filtering to remove impurities, and collecting filtrate to obtain pure lubricating oil. The filter assembly comprises a filter membrane and an adsorbent filter layer, and the adsorbent filter layer is arranged on the filter membrane.

During the use process of the lubricating oil, a large amount of impurities with different sizes can be added, wherein the impurities comprise mechanical impurities, water, oxygen-containing compounds, metal salts and the like. The invention filters and purifies the similar lubricating oil, so that the lubricating oil can be put into industrial use again. After the adsorbent is added into the filtered dirty and waste lubricating oil, the adsorbent can fully adsorb impurities by utilizing the porous structure and the good permeability of the adsorbent, so that the phenomenon that fine impurities are hardened into a film in the filtering process is effectively avoided, and the dirty and waste lubricating oil is interrupted in the filtering process and can not be continued is prevented. In the filter component, the adsorbent filter layer can effectively block fine impurities from entering pores of the filter membrane, so that the filter membrane is prevented from being blocked and protected. After the filtration in the steps, clean lubricating oil can be obtained. The content of the adsorbent added into the lubricating oil is determined according to

In the present invention, the adsorbent filter layer is preferably prepared by the following method:

a001, adding the adsorbent into a solvent, and uniformly stirring to obtain a second mixture;

and A002, filtering the second mixture by using the filter membrane, and forming an adsorbent filtering layer on the filter membrane after the second mixture passes through the filter membrane.

The solvent and the adsorbent are stirred uniformly and then pass through the filter membrane, and the filtration is repeated until the adsorbent forms a filter layer with the thickness of 3-5mm on the filter membrane, and the filter layer of the adsorbent can adsorb fine impurities in the dirty and waste lubricating oil by utilizing the porous structure and strong adsorbability of the filter layer of the adsorbent, so that the impurities are prevented from entering pores of the filter membrane to cause blockage. When the filtering of the adsorbent filtering layer is not smooth due to the fact that more impurities are adsorbed, the adsorbent filtering layer with the impurities can be removed, the filtering step of the second mixture is repeated, and a new adsorbent filtering layer is formed.

In the present invention, the second mixture is preferably heated to 90 ℃ to 99 ℃ before the second mixture is filtered with the filter membrane.

Heating before filtration is performed to improve the fluidity and permeability of the lubricating oil.

In the present invention, the solvent is preferably purified water or purified lubricating oil.

The solvent and the adsorbent are mixed and stirred uniformly so as to ensure that the adsorbent is uniformly distributed on the filter membrane to form a uniform adsorbent filter layer. Pure water or pure lubricating oil is used as a solvent, and the pure water or the pure lubricating oil flows into the filtered pure lubricating oil in the filtering process on the premise of not replacing a container, so that the pure lubricating oil can be obtained only by a dewatering process in the later stage.

In the invention, in the step of filtering the first mixture by using the filter assembly and the step of filtering the second mixture by using the filter membrane, the filtering is preferably filter pressing.

For some lubricating oil with larger viscosity or more impurity content, the filtering effect can be greatly improved by adopting a filter pressing mode in the filtering process, and the pressure is set to be 6-8 kg by combining related equipment, so that the operation is simpler.

In the present invention, 1 kg of the adsorbent is used to prepare 2 to 3 square meters of the adsorbent filter layer.

The thickness of the adsorbent filtering layer is 3-5 mm.

In the present invention, the adsorbent is preferably diatomaceous earth.

The diatomite can adsorb smaller impurity particles by utilizing the porous structure and good adsorbability of the diatomite, so that small particle impurities in the waste lubricating oil are prevented from being formed into a film to influence the filtering effect.

In the invention, the filter membrane is preferably filter cloth with the aperture range of 400-.

In the present invention, the first mixture is preferably heated to 90 ℃ to 100 ℃ before being filtered by the filter assembly.

Heating before filtration is performed to improve the fluidity and permeability of the lubricating oil.

In the present invention, the stirring system is preferably an air aeration type stirring system.

In the present invention, when the dirty and used lubricating oil contains water in a mass fraction of 5% or less, the following steps are preferred:

before the first mixture is filtered by a filter assembly, the first mixture is heated to 95-100 ℃, and water in the dirty and waste lubricating oil is evaporated completely by using an air aeration mode.

In the present invention, when the dirty and used lubricating oil contains water in a mass fraction of 5% or less, the following steps are preferred:

and precipitating and cooling the pure lubricating oil obtained after filtration, taking the lubricating oil on the upper layer after the oil and the water are separated, heating the lubricating oil to 95-100 ℃, and evaporating the water in the lubricating oil completely by using an air aeration mode to obtain the clean oil.

In the above steps, the air aeration type stirring method means that air is continuously input into the first mixture, the mixture is fully stirred by using air bubbles, and the air bubbles can take away a certain amount of water under the heating condition, and the heating can also improve the fluidity and the permeability of the lubricating oil. When the water content is less than 5%, the air aeration type stirring mode can directly remove water from the unfiltered dirty and waste lubricating oil, and when the water content is higher (less than 5%), the water content is higher, the lubricating oil can be stood for 2-6 hours to naturally layer the lubricating oil, at the moment, the water in the lower layer is removed, the residual lubricating oil is heated to 100 ℃, and meanwhile, the air aeration type stirring mode is utilized to roll and stir the oil, so that a small amount of water in the oil can be completely evaporated, and the pure lubricating oil is obtained.

In the invention, 50 g-125 g of the adsorbent is added to each liter of the waste lubricating oil in the first mixture.

Generally, one liter of waste lubricating oil of a factory contains 150 g to 250 g of impurities, and repeated tests prove that 50 g to 125 g of the adsorbent can exactly purify the impurities without residues.

The steps S001-S002 and A001-A002 can be operated by a novel oil stain solid-liquid separation device disclosed in patent application No. ZL 201520896514. X.
