The implementation scenario is specifically as follows: after the hollow core rod 5 and the polishing rod 7 are assembled in a butt joint mode, the control box 2 controls the fixed clamping assembly to further clamp and fix the hollow core rod 5, and particularly, after the control box 2 controls the second motor 34 to be started, the driving screw 35 drives the gears 36 on two sides of the control box to rotate clockwise and anticlockwise, so that the first connecting rod 37 and the second connecting rod 38 are hinged between the outer portions of the two gears 36 and the base plate 33 respectively to swing towards the hollow core rod 5, the vertical plate 40 connected with the positioning rod 39 connected with the first connecting rod 37 and the second connecting rod 38 is close to the outer side wall of the hollow core rod 7, the two vertical plates 40 are matched with each other to clamp, position and fix the hollow core rod 7, and in the polishing process of the polishing rod 7, the vacuum adsorption and fixation of the sucking disc 28 are matched, the structural swing of the hollow core rod 5 is effectively reduced, and the structural stability of the polishing process is, the polishing effect is improved, the interface bonding is better after the epoxy resin is poured into the polished inner wall of the hollow core rod 7, and the internal insulation performance of the product is effectively improved.

The working principle is as follows:

referring to the attached drawings 1-6 of the specification, a hollow core rod 5 is fed from one side of a supporting seat 14, a compressed air flow generated by an air compressor 27 enables a suction disc 23 to be attracted with the outer surface of the hollow core rod 5, meanwhile, a control box 2 controls a linear motor 3 to drive a sliding seat 8 to approach to a polishing rod 7, so that the hollow core rod 5 on the supporting seat 14 is inserted with the polishing rod 5, a push rod motor 20 is started, two clamping rods 24 rotate to a certain angle towards a base block 21, the front end of each clamping rod 24 is clamped with the end of the polishing rod 7, then, a driving unit drives a main shaft 6 to drive the polishing rod 7 to rotate, the polishing rod 7 polishes the inner wall of the hollow core rod 5, after the hollow core rod 5 is polished, the control box 2 controls an air cylinder 11 to pull a cross beam 12 downwards to enable the supporting plate 1 to rotate with a transverse plate 8, and one end of the supporting plate 10 far, after the control box 2 controls the air compressor 27 to be closed, the hollow core rod 5 falls down from the inclined end of the supporting plate 10 under the action of gravity, so as to realize blanking; whole equipment of polishing is fixed effectual to hollow plug, and the centre gripping that realizes polishing stick 7 and hollow plug 5 automatically is fixed, and automatic operation flow around polishing such as material loading, fixed, unloading, convenient operation, degree of mechanization is high, is favorable to polishing efficiency's increase substantially.

Referring to the attached fig. 1, 2 and 7 of the specification, after the control box 2 controls the second motor 34 to start, the driving screw 35 drives the gears 36 on both sides thereof, one rotates clockwise and the other rotates counterclockwise, so that the first connecting rod 37 and the second connecting rod 38 respectively hinged between the outer parts of the two gears 36 and the base plate 33 swing towards the hollow core rod 5, the vertical plate 40 connected with the positioning rod 39 connected with the first connecting rod 37 and the second connecting rod 38 is close to the outer side wall of the hollow core rod 7, the two vertical plates 40 are mutually matched to clamp, position and fix the hollow core rod 7, in the process of polishing the polishing rod 7, the structure shaking of the hollow core rod 5 is effectively reduced by matching with the vacuum adsorption and fixation of the sucking disc 28, the stable structure in the polishing process is ensured, the polishing effect is improved, the interface bonding after the epoxy resin is poured into the polished inner wall of the hollow core rod 7 is better, and the internal insulation performance of the product is effectively improved.
