2. The method as claimed in claim 1, wherein the baking temperature is 130-150 ℃ and the baking time is 25-40s in the step of baking the fiber board.

3. The method for producing a mat according to claim 2, wherein the amount of the glue contained in the double-sided glue-containing fiber sheet is 15 to 25g/m2

4. The method for producing a mat according to claim 1, wherein said step of subjecting said double-sided adhesive-containing fiber sheet to press treatment to produce said mat comprises:

5. The method for manufacturing a gasket according to any one of claims 1 to 4, wherein the filler is one or more of titanium dioxide, talc, graphite and oxidized starch.

6. The method for preparing a gasket according to claim 5, wherein the mesh size of the filler is 5000-8000 mesh.

7. The method of manufacturing a gasket according to any one of claims 1 to 4, wherein the coupling agent is one of a silane coupling agent or a titanate coupling agent.

8. The method for producing a gasket according to any one of claims 1 to 4, wherein the melamine resin has a solid content of 60 to 90%.

The base plate is characterized by comprising a fiber plate and adhesive layers arranged on the upper surface and the lower surface of the fiber plate, wherein the adhesive layers comprise 85-95 parts by weight of melamine resin, 5-15 parts by weight of filler and 0.5-2 parts by weight of coupling agent.

Technical Field

The invention relates to the field of base plates, in particular to a base plate and a preparation method thereof.

Background

The backing plate is a material which is arranged below a board to be processed when a printed circuit board (PCB for short) is mechanically drilled so as to meet the requirements of the processing technology. The main effects of the backing plate are as follows: 1. reducing burrs at the drilling hole of the base material; 2. the drilling machine has the advantages that the drilling machine can perform drilling processing on the PCB, and the table board of the drilling machine is protected; 3. the temperature of the drill bit is reduced, and the abrasion of the drill bit is reduced; 4. cleaning part of drilling dirt on the drill bit; 5. the positioning effect is exerted to a certain extent, and the drilling precision is improved.

Most of the currently used base plates are prepared by high-temperature hot pressing of bleached wood pulp paper or kraft paper impregnated phenolic resin or urea resin and other resins, and the base plates have hard surfaces, are large in abrasion to a drill point and are not beneficial to improving the control of drilling precision; and the existing backing plate has complicated preparation process and longer pressing time, which is not beneficial to improving the production efficiency.

Accordingly, the prior art is yet to be improved and developed.

Disclosure of Invention

In view of the defects of the prior art, the invention aims to provide a backing plate and a preparation method thereof, and aims to solve the problems that the existing backing plate is hard in surface, has large abrasion on a drill point and is not beneficial to improving the drilling precision control, and the existing backing plate is long in preparation time and is not beneficial to improving the production efficiency.

The technical scheme of the invention is as follows:

a method for manufacturing a gasket, comprising the steps of:

mixing 85-95 parts by weight of melamine resin, 5-15 parts by weight of filler and 0.5-2 parts by weight of coupling agent to prepare an adhesive;

after the fiberboard is immersed in the adhesive, baking the fiberboard to obtain a double-sided adhesive-containing fiberboard;

and pressing the double-sided glue-containing fiber board to obtain the base plate.

The preparation method of the backing plate comprises the step of baking the fiberboard, wherein the baking temperature is 130-150 ℃, and the baking time is 25-40 s.

The preparation method of the backing plate comprises the step of preparing the backing plate, wherein the glue content of the double-sided glue-containing fiber plate is 15-25g/m2

The present invention provides a backing plate and a method for manufacturing the same, and the present invention is further described in detail below in order to make the objects, technical solutions, and effects of the present invention clearer and clearer. It should be understood that the specific embodiments described herein are merely illustrative of the invention and are not intended to limit the invention.

As used herein, the singular forms "a", "an", "the" and "the" are intended to include the plural forms as well, unless the context clearly indicates otherwise. Referring to fig. 1, fig. 1 illustrates a method for manufacturing a backing plate according to the present invention, which includes the following steps:

s10, mixing 85-95 parts by weight of melamine resin, 5-15 parts by weight of filler and 0.5-2 parts by weight of coupling agent to prepare an adhesive;

s20, soaking the fiberboard in the adhesive, and baking the fiberboard to obtain a double-sided adhesive-containing fiberboard;

and S30, performing pressing treatment on the double-sided adhesive-containing fiber board to obtain the backing board.

In particular, the adhesives coated in the existing mats generally include a resin and a filler, and the filler generally accounts for more than 20% of the total weight of the adhesive, because in the existing mats, the resin mainly plays a role of adhesion, and the filler plays a main role in order to improve the whiteness of the coating, the hiding effect and reduce the cost, while too much filler affects the hardness of the mat surface and the performance of the resin. In the embodiment, the adhesive comprises, by weight, 85-95 parts of melamine resin, 5-15 parts of filler and 0.5-2 parts of coupling agent, wherein the melamine resin is a main material, and the filler is an auxiliary material; in this embodiment, the main component of the melamine formaldehyde resin is melamine formaldehyde resin, which has moderate hardness after curing, extremely short curing time, and can be cured in a few seconds after removing a proper amount of solvent, thereby facilitating rapid curing and forming.

The existing backing plate is complex in formula, more additives are used, the production cost is increased, the existing backing plate is rolled by a rubber roller in the coating process, then an anilox roller is flattened and cured, only one side of a base material is coated in the curing process, the other side of the base material needs to be subjected to the above process again, the preparation time is increased, and the curing time required for completely curing the two sides is 20-60 min. The backing plate is prepared by adopting the adhesive formed by melamine resin and filler, the adhesive is low in viscosity and suitable for impregnation, the resin can be uniformly dispersed on the fiberboard, the raw materials are simple and convenient to prepare, two processes of impregnation and pressing are adopted in the backing plate preparation process, the pressing can keep the temperature and the pressure constant, the total time of the curing process for preparing the backing plate by adopting the embodiment is not more than 50s, the operation is simple, the time is saved, and the production efficiency is improved.

In some embodiments, after the fiber board is immersed in the adhesive, the fiber board is subjected to baking treatment at the temperature of 130-150 ℃ for 25-40s, so as to obtain the double-sided adhesive-containing fiber board. In the embodiment, because the melamine resin in the adhesive has a high content, in order to save the curing time of the next step of the adhesive, the solvent in the melamine resin needs to be removed in advance. In the embodiment, the solvent in the melamine resin can be sufficiently removed by baking the fiberboard impregnated with the adhesive at the temperature of 130-150 ℃ for 25-40s, so that the next curing time is saved, and the production efficiency of the cushion plate is improved.

In some embodiments, in order to meet the requirements of different PCB drilling holes, the embodiment prefers that the glue content in the double-sided glue-containing fiber board is 15-25g/m2

Because the adhesive on the fiber board is subjected to baking treatment, the adhesive can be quickly cured by pressing for 5-10s at the temperature of 160-190 ℃ and under the pressure of 10-13Mpa, so that the production efficiency of the backing plate is effectively improved. The quick pressing backing plate manufactured by the embodiment has good drilling performance, and also has the performance of reducing the abrasion of the drill point and lubricating the drill point, and meanwhile, the material used by the backing plate is an environment-friendly material, so that the processing of the backing plate at the later stage and the protection of the environment are facilitated.

In some embodiments, the filler is one or more of titanium dioxide, talc, graphite, and oxidized starch, but is not limited thereto.

In some embodiments, the mesh size of the filler is 5000-; if the mesh number of the filler is too large, the filler is easy to sink to the bottom of the adhesive, and the hole position precision of the filler is influenced for the drilling performance.

In some embodiments, the coupling agent is one of a silane coupling agent or a titanate coupling agent, but is not limited thereto. The coupling agent is used for improving the dispersibility of the filler in the melamine resin, improving the dispersibility of the filler and preventing the filler from settling.

In some embodiments, the melamine resin has a solids content of 60 to 90%. In the embodiment, if the solid content of the melamine resin is too high, the penetration of the resin into the fiber board and the thickness control on the surface of the fiber board are affected, and if the solid content of the melamine resin is too low, the solvent with too much solid content is easy to penetrate into the fiber board in a large amount and is difficult to remove, the thickness control is affected, and the processing time is prolonged.

In some embodiments, the fiberboard has a unit density of greater than 1000g/m2And has uniform thickness.

In some embodiments, the backing plate is prepared by the above preparation method of the present invention, and specifically, the backing plate comprises a fiber plate and adhesive layers arranged on the upper surface and the lower surface of the fiber plate, wherein the adhesive layers comprise, by weight, 85 to 95 parts of melamine resin, 5 to 15 parts of filler and 0.5 to 2 parts of coupling agent. The lubricating property of the surface layer of the base plate can be improved by adding the filler into the adhesive, so that the chip removal problem during drilling of the drill point in the drilling process can be improved, and meanwhile, the wire winding can be inhibited and the abrasion of the drill point can be reduced.

The method for producing a gasket according to the invention is further illustrated by the following specific examples:

a. adding 90 parts of melamine resin, 5 parts of titanium dioxide and 0.5 part of phthalate ester coupling agent into a reaction kettle, and mechanically stirring and uniformly mixing at room temperature to obtain the melamine titanium dioxide adhesive.

b. The density is 1200g/m2The wood fiber board is dipped in a Meinaiming titanium dioxide adhesive, is baked for 30s at the temperature of 140 ℃, the solvent in the adhesive is removed, and the glue content is 20g/m2A double-sided bakelite fiber board;
