Background

In a factory, bottle blanks are packaged by a manipulator which is sucked by a sucking disc to be conveyed to a packaging box in a row. In the process of carrying, the bottle embryo must arrange into the array one by one to the manipulator can accurately the actuation. Since the bottle blanks are conveyed by the conveyor belt, the bottle blanks need to be arranged one by one.

Generally, a circle of flanges are arranged outside the opening of the bottle blank, and the existence of the flanges is easy to cause the bottle blank to move in the vertical direction due to extrusion in the arrangement process, so that the bottle blanks are easy to misplace, and the problem that the bottle blanks fall off in the transportation process due to the fact that the suction of the sucking disc is not aligned to the position is easy to occur.

The Chinese patent application 201810313968.8 discloses a bottle embryo monitoring entrance guard mechanism and a bottle embryo packaging production line containing the mechanism, which adopts two suspension rails 6, utilizes the flange of the bottle embryo to be suspended on the suspension rails 6, and depends on the mutual extrusion of the bottle embryos 6 to complete the arrangement, and simultaneously adopts a group of positioning conical heads 5 to be inserted into each embryo opening of the bottle embryos in a row so as to position the bottle embryos and provide acting force for each bottle embryo to resist the suction of each sucker.

The existing arranging mechanism has the problems that bottle blanks need to be transferred to a hanging rail from a conveying belt in conveying, positioning conical heads need to be inserted into the bottle blanks from blank openings, the distance between the bottle blanks is adjusted to ensure that the bottle blanks have accurate distance, the steps and the links are complicated, and the arranging efficiency is low.

The bottle blank arranging method, the bottle blank arranging mechanism and the bottle blank arranging, transporting and packaging method can be suitable for arranging bottle blanks of various specifications because the right clamping seat can move left and right, and avoid the need of configuring different arranging mechanisms specially for the bottle blanks of different specifications, which is beneficial to reducing equipment of factories and saving cost.

The bottle blank arranging method, the bottle blank arranging mechanism and the bottle blank arranging, conveying and packaging method limit the bottle blank flanges, and utilize mutual extrusion of the bottle blanks in conveying of the conveying belt to realize the neatness of arrangement.

According to the arranging, carrying and packaging method for the bottle blanks, the rotation of the rotating wheel can be used for driving the bottle blanks to enter the first conveying belt from the second conveying belt, the rotating wheel stops rotating and can be prevented from continuing conveying of the bottle blanks behind by means of friction with the bottle blanks, the first conveying belt and the second conveying belt can work simultaneously, and in addition, due to the adoption of the transition plate, the simultaneous work of the first conveying belt and the second conveying belt is easier to coordinate.

According to the arranging, transporting and packaging method for the bottle blanks, before transportation, the bottle blanks are sucked by the suckers on the mechanical arm, and the flanges of the bottle blanks can be separated from the left clamping seat by moving, so that the separation and transportation of the bottle blanks cannot be hindered by the arrangement of the left clamping seat.

Detailed Description

The production line adopting the arranging, conveying and packaging method of the bottle blanks is detailed below with reference to the attached drawings:

referring to fig. 1 to 4, the sorting mechanism D includes a first conveyor belt 1 for conveying the bottle blanks, a left cassette 2 is installed on the left side of the first conveyor belt 1, the left cassette 2 is higher than a flange 31 of the bottle blanks 3, the flange 31 of the bottle blanks 3 enters the left cassette 2 and the bottle blanks 3 cannot move in the up-down direction, a right cassette 4 capable of moving left and right is installed on the right side of the first conveyor belt 1, the right cassette 4 is higher than the flange 31 of the bottle blanks 3, the flange 31 of the bottle blanks 3 enters the right cassette 4 and the bottle blanks 3 cannot move in the up-down direction, the right cassette 4 is driven by a cylinder 5 to move left and right, a stay bar 6 is fixed on the right cassette 4 and can move along with the right cassette 4, and the stay bar 6 just contacts with each bottle blank 3 when the flange 31 of the bottle blank 3 enters the right cassette 4.

Referring to fig. 1 to 4, a transverse conveyor belt a, a second conveyor belt B, a transition mechanism C and a finishing mechanism D are sequentially arranged on the bottle blank finishing, conveying and packaging production line, the transition mechanism C is arranged between the second conveyor belt B and the first conveyor belt 1 of the finishing mechanism D, wherein a rotating wheel 9 driven by a motor 8 is arranged at the tail end of the second conveyor belt 7, the bottle blanks 3 can be driven to enter the transition mechanism C from the conveyor belt 7 by the rotation of the rotating wheel 9, in addition, a guide wheel 11 driven by a motor 10 is arranged between the transverse conveyor belt a and the second conveyor belt B, and the bottle blanks 3 can be stirred to rotate into the second conveyor belt B from the transverse conveyor belt a by the rotation of the guide wheel 11.

A specific sorting, carrying and packaging method of the production line is introduced as follows:

(60) the bottle blanks 3 are brought into a second conveyor belt B from a corner by a guide wheel 11;

(70) conveying the bottle blanks 3 by adopting a second conveying belt B;

(80) the motor 8 drives the rotating wheel 9 to rotate, and the rotating wheel 9 drives the bottle blanks 3 to enter the transition plate C from the second conveyor belt B;

(90) allowing the bottle blank 3 to stand on the transition plate C and to advance by pressing them against each other;

(100) conveying the bottle blanks 3 by using a first conveyor belt 1;

(110) the flange 31 of the bottle blank 3 is limited by the left clamping seat 2, so that the bottle blank 3 can not move up and down;

(120) the right clamping seat 4 capable of moving left and right is adopted to move from right to left, and the flange 31 of the bottle blank 3 is limited by the right clamping seat 4, so that the bottle blank 3 cannot move up and down;

(130) the bottle blanks 3 are arranged in a row by utilizing the extrusion among the bottle blanks 3;

(140) acting on each bottle blank 3 in a row from right to left by utilizing a support rod 6 capable of moving left and right;

(150) respectively acting each sucker on each bottle blank 3 by adopting each sucker on the manipulator, and respectively sucking each sucker on each bottle blank 3;

(160) the support rod 6 and the right clamping seat 4 move from left to right to leave each bottle blank 3;

(170) each bottle blank 3 is driven by each sucking disc on the manipulator to move from left to right, and each bottle blank 3 is separated from the left clamping seat 2;

(180) each sucker on the manipulator drives each bottle blank 3 to move upwards;

(190) each bottle blank 3 is driven by each sucking disc on the manipulator to be transported into a packing box;

(200) and releasing the suction of each bottle blank 3 by each sucking disc on the manipulator.

Therefore, the bottle blanks can be conveyed, arranged, transported and packaged, and the aim of the invention is achieved.
