A motor vehicle door (2) having a door handle (2) which is designed to be fixed and flush with the door skin (4) and which has a push button (15) for actuating a locking device (5) of the motor vehicle door (1), characterized in that the door handle (2) comprises a connection piece (6) formed by the door skin (4).

2. The motor vehicle door according to claim 1, characterized in that the connecting piece defines at least two grip openings (11, 12) in the door outer skin (4).

3. The motor vehicle door according to claim 2, characterized in that the grip opening (11, 12) is stamped out of the door outer skin (4).

4. The motor vehicle door according to claim 2 or 3, characterized in that the grip openings (11, 12) are connected by a grip space and/or a through-space (10) which is arranged in the motor vehicle door below the connecting piece (6).

5. The motor vehicle door as claimed in claim 4, characterized in that the grip space and/or the through-space (10) is configured u-shaped, viewed in cross section of the connecting piece (6).

6. The motor vehicle door according to claim 4 or 5, characterized in that the gripping space and/or the through-space (10) in the motor vehicle door (2) is defined by a housing (14).

7. The motor vehicle door according to claim 6, characterized in that the outer shell (14) consists of a plastic material.

8. The motor vehicle door according to one of the preceding claims, characterized in that a push button (15) for operating the locking device (5) of the motor vehicle door (2) is mounted internally on the connecting piece (6).

9. Motor vehicle door according to one of the preceding claims, characterized in that the connecting piece (6) is internally reinforced.

10. Vehicle outer skin (4), in particular a connecting piece (6), a housing (14), a push button (15) and/or a reinforcing structure (16), for a motor vehicle door (2) according to one of the preceding claims.

Technical Field

The invention relates to a motor vehicle door having a door handle which is designed to be fixed and flush with the door outer skin and which has a push button for actuating a locking/closing device of the motor vehicle door.

Background

A flush handle system is known from german patent publication DE 102013212083a1, which comprises: a motor vehicle door defining an interior side and an exterior side and having an exterior side, wherein a portion of the exterior side defines a surface profile; a handle open at the side, having a pocket shaped cavity formed in the vehicle, whereby a user can insert his fingers into the pocket and pull the door open; a sensor mounted on the door alongside the pocket at a location in the portion of the outer side surface defining the surface contour, wherein the sensor is selected from the group consisting of a proximity sensor and a contact sensor. From german patent publication DE 102008010488a1, a motor vehicle body for a motor vehicle is known, which comprises: a front door with a first door handle recess and a rear door with a second door handle recess, wherein a first touch-sensitive sensor for opening the front door is arranged in the first door handle recess and/or a second touch-sensitive sensor for opening the rear door is arranged in the second door handle recess. From german patent publication DE102015101733a1 a motor vehicle door handle assembly with a sensor device for detecting an actuation is known, which has a handle, wherein on a side of the handle that can be grasped from behind an actuating element is arranged, which can be actuated by a user when grasping the handle from behind, wherein the actuating element protrudes from an inner cavity of the handle through a wall of the handle and beyond an outer contour of the handle by way of a recess in the handle.

Disclosure of Invention

The object of the invention is to improve a motor vehicle door with a door handle, which is designed fixedly and flush with the outer skin surface of the door, and which has a push button for actuating a locking/closing device of the motor vehicle door, functionally and/or in terms of manufacturing technology.

In a motor vehicle door having a door handle which is fixedly and flush with the outer skin surface of the door and which has a push button for actuating a locking device of the motor vehicle door, the object is achieved by: the door handle includes a connecting member (stem) formed by the door skin. The connecting element is connected integrally to the door skin and can be produced simply and inexpensively in terms of production technology. Furthermore, a door handle with an original design can be realized in a simple manner by means of the connecting piece.

A preferred embodiment of the motor vehicle door is characterized in that the connecting piece defines at least two grip openings in the door outer skin. Preferably, the connecting piece defines exactly two grip openings in the door outer skin. Advantageously, the connecting element has an elongated rectangular configuration. These grip openings likewise have a substantially elongated rectangular configuration, wherein advantageously the configuration of the elongated rectangle for displaying the grip openings is embodied rounded at the ends. Alternatively or additionally, the elongated rectangle of the display gripping opening may be embodied as tapering at the end.

A further preferred embodiment of the motor vehicle door is characterized in that the grip openings are stamped and formed from the door outer skin. Preferably, the door skin is formed from sheet metal. Through the stamping process, through-holes in the exterior skin of the door, which are shown as grip openings, can be realized in a simple manner.

A further preferred embodiment of the motor vehicle door is characterized in that the gripping openings are connected by a gripping space and/or a through-space which is arranged in the motor vehicle door below the connecting piece. The gripping space and/or the through-space may enable gripping and reaching through by the fingers of a hand. Thus, the connector can be handled in a similar manner to a conventional door handle.

A further preferred embodiment of the motor vehicle door is characterized in that the grip space and/or the through-space are/is configured u-shaped, viewed in a cross section through the connecting piece. Advantageously, the configuration of the through-space is embodied in a u-shape, so that a person can grip or reach through with the fingers of a hand. The size and configuration of the gripping space and/or the through-space substantially corresponds with the curved fingers of the hand with sufficient clearance.

A further preferred embodiment of the motor vehicle door is characterized in that the gripping space and/or the through-space in the motor vehicle door is/are defined by a housing. Advantageously, the housing is rounded so that a person can hold and/or reach through it with his/her hands without hindrance.

A further preferred embodiment of the motor vehicle door is characterized in that the housing is composed of a plastic material. The housing, which is preferably one-piece, can be produced particularly inexpensively (for example in an injection molding process).

A further preferred embodiment of the motor vehicle door is characterized in that a push button for actuating a locking device of the motor vehicle door is mounted internally on the connecting piece. This aspect provides the following advantages: the keys for actuating the locking device of the motor vehicle door are not visible or hardly visible from the outside. Furthermore, the keys are thus protected from dirt and/or from the ingress of rain. Advantageously, the push button is embodied in such a way and is mounted on the inside on the connection piece in such a way that it automatically comes into contact more or less quickly and simply with the fingers of the hand when a person grasps or reaches into the grasping space and/or the through-space with the fingers of the hand.

A further preferred embodiment of the motor vehicle door is characterized in that the connecting element is reinforced on the inside. For this purpose, a reinforcing structure is advantageously mounted internally at the connection piece. Advantageously, the reinforcing structure is made of a plastic material. The reinforcement structure is particularly advantageously combined with a key for actuating a locking device of a motor vehicle door. Advantageously, the reinforcing structure has a rounded configuration which can be simply held around by the fingers of a hand.

The invention further relates to a vehicle outer skin, in particular a connecting element, a housing, a push button and/or a reinforcing structure, for the motor vehicle door described above. The parts mentioned are capable of being operated separately.

The invention also relates to a motor vehicle having a motor vehicle door as described above, if necessary.

Detailed description of the invention

Fig. 1 shows a part of a motor vehicle 1 having a motor vehicle door 2. The motor vehicle door 2 is equipped with a door handle 3, which is designed to be fixed and flush with the door skin 4. The door outer skin 4 is composed of a sheet material and may also be referred to as a door outer panel.

The locking device 5 of the motor vehicle door 2 is indicated by a square above the door handle 3. The locking device 5 is embodied in the same or similar manner as in a conventional motor vehicle door.

The door handle 3 includes a connector 6. The connecting piece 6 extends in the horizontal direction. The horizontal direction corresponds to the vehicle longitudinal direction. The vehicle longitudinal direction is also referred to as the x-direction.

The connecting piece 6 defines two through holes 7, 8 in the door skin 4. The through- holes 7, 8 can be easily realized in terms of manufacturing technology, for example by stamping from a sheet material, which is shown as the door outer skin 4. The through holes 7, 8 form gripping openings 11, 12 in the door outer skin.

In fig. 2 a view of a section along the line II-II in fig. 1 is shown. As can be seen in the sectional illustration, the grip openings 11, 12 can be brought into a grip space and/or through-space 10 in the motor vehicle door 2 above and below the connecting piece 6.

The grip space and/or the through-space 10 in the motor vehicle door 2 is defined by a housing 14. In the grip and/or through-space 10, a push button 15 for actuating the locking device (5 in fig. 1) is mounted on the connecting element 6. The keys 15 are not mounted directly on the connecting element 6 but on a reinforcing structure 16 which is in turn mounted internally on the connecting element 6.

As can be seen in fig. 2, the reinforcement structure 16 is embodied in the following manner and is arranged in the housing 14 so that a substantially u-shaped gripping space and/or through-space 10 is obtained, into which a person can grip with his fingers. Advantageously, the connection 6 with the reinforcing structure 16 is implemented similarly to a conventional door handle of a motor vehicle.
