The embodiment of the invention has the beneficial effects that:

heavy garbage such as iron scrap is thrown in through the top or the middle part of garbage channel 2, and through garbage channel 2 that the slope set up, the speed that reduces heavy garbage such as iron scrap and falls has guaranteed the security when the lower extreme meets heavy garbage such as iron scrap and gets, and a joint section of thick bamboo sets up garbage channel 2 on gap bridge 1, has improved garbage channel 2's security, and then has realized the safe of throwing in of heavy garbage such as iron scrap.
