Background

Most of the existing cast-in-place piles are cylindrical, a steel reinforcement cage generally needs to be built when the cylindrical columns are built, then the cast-in-place piles are wrapped and fixed through two semicircular templates and then the templates are removed after casting forming is carried out. In order to facilitate the removal of the template, a layer of release agent is generally required to be uniformly coated on the inner side surface of the template, and as the template is special in shape and the inner side surface is a curved surface, a brush roll or a rag is generally manually used for coating during coating, and the brush roll or the rag is generally required to be firstly cleaned before coating, so that dust adhered to the upper part is cleaned; the work efficiency is reduced, and the uniformity of smearing is difficult to ensure.

Although devices for smearing on the inner side wall of the pipeline exist in the market at present, the template of the cylindrical pile is generally composed of two halves before the template is erected, and the template is not in a complete pipeline shape, so that some smearing devices for the pipeline are not suitable for smearing the inner side surface of the template, and a device special for smearing the inner side surface of the circular template of the template is needed at present.

Aiming at the situation, in order to solve the problems in the prior art, the invention aims to provide a rapid smearing device for a cast-in-place pile template, which can effectively solve the problem that a release agent on the inner side surface of a semicircular template is not convenient to smear.

The invention realizes the swing of the cross shaft and the automatic extrusion of the release agent by pushing the whole device and utilizing the wheels to transmit power, thereby simplifying the operation and improving the efficiency.

The following describes in further detail embodiments of the present invention with reference to the accompanying drawings.

As shown in fig. 1 to 6, the present invention includes a housing 1 placed in a front-back direction, a front-back direction sleeve 2 is respectively arranged on the front side and the back side of the housing 1, the sleeve 2 is communicated with the inside of the housing 1, a rotatable rotating shaft 3 is inserted into the sleeve 2, two connecting rods 4 capable of swinging are respectively arranged at the front end and the back end of the rotating shaft 3, a wheel 5 is arranged at the lower end of each connecting rod 4, and the rotating shafts 3 can be driven to rotate by the rotation of a plurality of wheels 5;

a box 11 is arranged in the shell 1, a disc-shaped cavity 12 is arranged at the lower part of the box 11, and a filter screen 13 is arranged between the box 11 and the cavity 12; a disc 14 is eccentrically arranged in the cavity 12, a plurality of radial baffles 15 are uniformly distributed on the disc 14, and the baffles 15 can reciprocate along the radial direction of the disc 14 and reset outwards; a plurality of hollow pipes 16 are uniformly distributed in the middle of the bottom of the shell 1, the outer ends of the hollow pipes 16 are provided with spray heads, and the bottom of the cavity 12 is communicated with each hollow pipe 16 through a plurality of pipelines; the rotation of the disc 14 causes the liquid in the cassette 11 to flow through the tubing into each hollow tube 16 and out the spray head.

In order to enable the wheels 5 to rotate to drive the rotating shaft 3 to rotate, a belt pulley is fixed on each wheel 5, a belt pulley is also installed at the end part of the rotating shaft 3, and the belt pulley on each wheel 5 and the belt pulley at the end part of the rotating shaft 3 are in transmission through a belt.

In order to enable the rotating shaft 3 to rotate to drive the two transverse shafts 6 to synchronously and reversely rotate, a first bevel gear 17 is sleeved on the rotating shaft 3, a short shaft 18 which is in the same direction as the transverse shafts 6 is installed inside the shell 1, a second bevel gear 19 meshed with the first bevel gear 17 is installed on the short shaft 18, an incomplete gear 20 is sleeved on the short shaft 18, a gear meshed with the incomplete gear 20 is sleeved on the transverse shaft 6 on the left side, and a reset torsion spring 21 is connected between one transverse shaft 6 and the shell 1; the rotating shaft 3 is sleeved with a third bevel gear 22 which rotates relative to the rotating shaft 3 through a bearing, and the left and right transverse shafts 6 are sleeved with fourth bevel gears 23 which are meshed with the third bevel gear 22.

In order to realize that the transverse shaft 6 rotates to drive the disc 14 to rotate, the transverse shaft 6 and the disc 14 are linked through a belt and a belt pulley.

For better positioning and supporting the whole device, a rotatable pulley 24 is sleeved on each of the front sleeve 2 and the rear sleeve 2, and the pulley 24 can be clamped on the edge of the template.

In order to better realize the matching of the scraping plate 8 and the smearing plate 10, each scraping plate 8 and each smearing plate 10 consist of a front part and a rear part, a connecting shaft is connected between the front part and the rear part, and the lower end of the support rod 7 is sleeved on the connecting shaft; meanwhile, the scraping plate 8 is made of hard rubber, and the smearing plate 10 is made of soft sponge.

In order to better realize the contact between the spray head and the inner side surface of the template, the spray head consists of a cylinder 25 and a ball 26 positioned in the cylinder 25, the cylinder 25 is sleeved at the lower end of the hollow pipe 16, and a pressure spring is connected between the spray head and the hollow pipe 16.

In order to enable the scraper 8 and the coating plate 10 to better press the inner side surface of the template, the support rod 7 is sleeved with a tension spring 28, and the transverse shaft 6 is provided with a compression bolt 29 capable of compressing the support rod 7.

In order to better adapt to the templates with different heights, a telescopic rod 30 is connected between the two connecting rods 4 positioned on the same side, the two telescopic ends are hinged to the two connecting rods 4 respectively, a pressure spring is sleeved on the telescopic rod 30, and the pressure spring enables the telescopic rod 30 to have an extension trend.

For the convenience of pushing, a handrail 31 is installed above the housing 1.

When the mould release agent is used, firstly, the mould release agent is filled in the box 11, the mould release agent is generally sticky, and under the action of gravity, the mould release agent can enter the cavity 12 along the filter screen 13 between the box 11 and the cavity 12; because the semicircular templates are generally placed with the arc surfaces facing downwards, the inner side surfaces of the templates face upwards; when the smearing is needed, firstly, the scraping plates 8 and the smearing plates 10 at the end parts of the two supporting rods 7 are rotated; the scraper 8 facing one side of the advancing direction faces downwards, and the smearing plate 10 on the other side faces downwards (when moving from left to right in the attached drawings 1-3, the scraper 8 on the right side faces downwards, and the smearing plate 10 on the left side faces downwards); the entire device is then placed inside the formwork, see fig. 1-3, with the front and rear sleeves 2 having the pulleys 24 clamped on the edges of the two sides of the semicircular formwork, and then the handle 31 is held by hand and the entire box 11 is pressed down, so that the wheels 5 are in full contact with the ground, and the scraper 8 and the applicator plate 10 can also be in full contact with the inner side of the formwork, while the plurality of nozzles at the ends of the hollow tubes 16 can also be pressed against the inner side of the formwork.

In the initial position, the squeegee 8 and the applicator plate 10 are on opposite sides of the stencil and are aligned with the edges of the stencil, with the two struts 7 forming an angle of 170 degrees (depending on the width of the squeegee 8 and the applicator plate 10).

Because the whole device is translated from left to right, and the end part of the right supporting rod 7 is provided with the scraper 8, when the scraper 8 moves, the scraper 8 on the right side can scrape the inner side surface of the template, so that dust or sundries adhered to the surface can be scraped off, and the left smearing plate 10 can be smeared conveniently; realizing the mutual matching movement; at the same time, since the spray head is in the middle of the housing 1, i.e. between the right-hand scraper 8 and the left-hand applicator plate 10, the movements of both are not disturbed. When the device needs to move from right to left, the smearing plate 10 at the end of the right-side supporting rod 7 can be downward, and the scraper 8 at the end of the left-side supporting rod 7 can be downward, so that the scraping from right to left can be realized, and the principle is consistent with the process.

In the process that the scraping plate 8 and the smearing plate 10 synchronously and reversely swing, the transverse shaft 6 can also reciprocate, and the transverse shaft 6 on the left side and the disc 14 are linked through a belt and a belt pulley, so that the disc 14 can also reciprocate; referring to fig. 6, since the plurality of radial baffles 15 are installed on the disc 14, the baffles 15 can extend and contract, and the interval between the disc 14 and the cavity 12 is sequentially reduced from top to bottom, during the rotation of the disc 14, the baffles 15 drive the release agent to move downwards, and the space of the release agent is gradually reduced, so as to extrude the release agent, and the release agent is extruded into the hollow pipe 16 through the plurality of pipelines and enters the spray head along the hollow pipe 16; because the end of the spray head is provided with the balls 26, the release agent can be coated on the inner side surface of the template along with the rolling of the balls 26, and because the hollow pipes 16 are provided with a plurality of hollow pipes and face different angles, the uniform coating can be realized, and after the release agent flows into the inner side surface of the template, the inner side surface of the template can be uniformly coated with a layer of release agent under the repeated scraping action of the coating plate 10.

Because the cross shaft 6 is reciprocating rotation in this device, consequently scraper blade 8 and daub board 10 are reciprocating swing, have guaranteed that scraper blade 8 and daub board 10 all swing in the inside of template, can not break away from the template and move, have realized the perfect adaptation to semi-circular template, have avoided excessive swing, and the swing is not enough, and is with strong points.

This device does not need extra power supply, through promoting whole device, utilizes wheel 5 to carry out power transmission, has realized the swing of cross axle 6 to and the automation of release agent is extruded, mutually supports between a plurality of moving parts, has accomplished whole process jointly.

The device realizes the reverse synchronous movement of the scraper 8 and the smearing plate 10 by the common matching of a plurality of bevel gears, the incomplete gear 20, the reset torsion spring 21 and the like, balances the stress and avoids the inclination.
