the top of the mounting plate 2 is provided with a supporting and discharging assembly 6 which can support the reinforcing steel bars in the winding process, so that the laminating property between the reinforcing steel bars in the winding process is ensured.

The adjustable winding assembly 3 comprises a mounting cylinder 301, a limiting spring 302, a moving rod 303, a mounting frame 304, a moving electric push rod 305, a driving motor 306, a rotating shaft 307, a driving cylinder 308, a driving bevel gear 309, a rotating blade 310, an insertion hole 311, a driving bevel gear 312, a winding screw 313, a moving groove 314, a moving block 315, a winding roller 316, a fixing ring 317, a pressing plate 318, a switch fixing plate 319 and a first control switch 320;

The working principle and the using process of the invention are as follows: when the worker winds the reinforcing steel bar, the worker penetrates the reinforcing steel bar between the traction wheel 508 and the adjusting wheel 511, the adjusting spring 509 is stretched, the traction wheel 508 and the adjusting wheel 511 clamp the reinforcing steel bar, the problem that the reinforcing steel bar shakes in the winding process is avoided, then the worker fixes the position of the adjusting wheel 511 by rotating the limiting screw 512, when the worker winds the reinforcing steel bar, the worker turns on the traction motor 505 to drive the traction screw 506 to rotate, the traction block 507 is driven to move by the rotation of the traction screw 506, the traction wheel 508 and the adjusting wheel 511 are driven to move, the reinforcing steel bar is driven to move, the continuous winding of the reinforcing steel bar is ensured, the outer diameter of the reinforcing steel bar roll is increased along with the winding of the reinforcing steel bar, the reinforcing steel bar is driven to move upwards, the traction block 507 is driven to move at the moment, and the traction block 507 is driven to move by the movement of the traction block 507, the extension spring 503 is extended to drive the extension plate 504 to move in the fixed cylinder 502, so that the reinforcing steel bar can move conveniently, and the phenomenon that the reinforcing steel bar is bent in the winding process is avoided.

The operator first starts the electric push rod 305 to drive the motor 306 to move, the driving motor 306 moves to drive the rotating shaft 307 to move and drive the driving cylinder 308 to move, so that the driving cylinder 308 is clamped into the insertion hole 311, then, the rotating blade 310 is driven to rotate by the rotation of the driving barrel 308, and then, the worker clamps the steel bar at one end of the winding roller 316, turns on the driving motor 306 to drive the rotating shaft 307 to rotate, and further drives the rotating blade 310 to rotate, and by the rotation of the rotating blade 310, the reinforcing steel bar is rolled, and as the reinforcing steel bar is rolled, the weight of the rolling roller 316 is heavier, and the take-up roller 316 is moved downward, so that the restraining spring 302 is compressed, the moving rod 303 is moved in the mounting cylinder 301, and then drive the pressure board 318 to move, after the pressure board 318 contacts with the first control switch 320, make to drive the motor 306 to close, and then stop rolling the reinforcing bar.

When the driving motor 306 is turned off, the pushing motor 408 is turned on to drive the driving screw rod 409 to rotate, the lead screw 409 is driven to rotate, the push rod 411 is driven to move, the steel wire is pushed to move, the wire is threaded through the limiting hole 413 such that one end of the wire is inside the bead roll and one end is outside the bead roll, such that after one end of the wire is inside the corresponding hole 415, and after the pushing rod 411 contacts the second control switch 412, the pushing motor 408 is turned off, the rotating motor 416 is turned on, the corresponding plate 414 is driven to rotate, one end of the steel wire is wound by the rotation of the corresponding plate 414, so that the steel wire binds the steel bar roll, after the bundling is finished, the pushing rod 411 is reset, at this time, the steel wire rope in the placing frame 407 moves due to the self weight, so that the steel wire rope moves to the bottom end of the placing frame 407 and is convenient for bundling the steel bars rolled next time.

In the winding process, the reinforcing steel bar roll is in contact with the supporting plate 605 at the moment, and in the falling process of the reinforcing steel bar roll, the supporting column 603 moves in the moving cylinder 601 at the moment, so that the supporting spring 602 is compressed, the reinforcing steel bar roll can be further supported, the compactness between the reinforcing steel bar and the reinforcing steel bar is ensured, and the problem of loosening of the reinforcing steel bar is avoided;

then, the driving motor 306 is turned on again to drive the driving bevel gear 309 to rotate, the driving bevel gear 309 is driven to rotate by the rotation of the driving bevel gear 309, the winding screw 313 is driven to rotate by the rotation of the driving bevel gear 312, and the moving block 315 and the winding roller 316 are further driven to move, so that the winding roller 316 is separated from the inner side of the steel bar coil, the steel bar falls on the supporting plate 605, and then the worker turns on the electric telescopic rod 606 to drive the arc rod 607 to move, so that after the arc rod 607 contacts with the supporting plate 605, the supporting plate 605 is pushed to rotate, so that the steel bar on the supporting plate 605 slides, in the process of sliding the steel bar, the limiting plate 406 is pushed to move, and further the sliding block is driven to move in the sliding groove 401, the reset spring 402 is compressed, so that the steel bar coil can be conveniently unloaded without manual unloading, and the unloading difficulty of the steel bar coil 403 is reduced.
