阅读说明:本技术 一种以多孔石墨为核的空心碳化硅粉的制备方法 (Preparation method of hollow silicon carbide powder taking porous graphite as core ) 是由 罗建华 王健 景大帅 于 2019-04-14 设计创作,主要内容包括:根据本发明方法,先用本公司的高膨胀倍率的膨胀石墨粉,然后再用蔗糖或酚醛树脂与氧化硅粉配方制备成含有氧化硅粉包膜的多孔石墨粉;再进行硅粉液化浸渍多孔石墨进行反应烧结,使硅液与热解碳反应生成碳化硅包壳;用硝酸与氢氟酸按5∶3的比例或者氯化除去多余的硅;干燥成粉或者磨碎成粉,就得到一种内核是多孔石墨的空心碳化硅粉了,再经球形化整形,也可制备成球形的空心碳化硅微珠。通过以上的描述表现在1)高膨胀倍率的膨胀石墨颗粒为核2)然后再用蔗糖或酚醛树脂与氧化硅粉制得的含有氧化硅粉包膜的多孔石墨粉;3)再进行硅粉液化浸渍多孔石墨进行反应烧结,使硅液与热解碳反应生成碳化硅包壳;4)用硝酸与氢氟酸按5∶3的比例或者氯化除去多余的硅。(According to the method, the expanded graphite powder with high expansion ratio of the company is firstly used, and then the porous graphite powder containing the silicon oxide coating is prepared by using the formula of cane sugar or phenolic resin and silicon oxide powder; then, liquefying the silicon powder, impregnating the porous graphite, and performing reactive sintering to enable the silicon liquid and pyrolytic carbon to react to generate silicon carbide cladding; removing excessive silicon by using nitric acid and hydrofluoric acid according to the ratio of 5: 3 or chlorination; drying or grinding into powder to obtain a hollow silicon carbide powder with porous graphite as core, and then performing sphericization and shaping to obtain spherical hollow silicon carbide microbeads. The expression is shown in 1) the expanded graphite particles with high expansion ratio are taken as the core 2) and then the porous graphite powder containing the silicon oxide powder coating is prepared by using sucrose or phenolic resin and silicon oxide powder; 3) then, liquefying the silicon powder, impregnating the porous graphite, and performing reactive sintering to enable the silicon liquid and pyrolytic carbon to react to generate silicon carbide cladding; 4) excess silicon is removed by nitric acid and hydrofluoric acid in a ratio of 5: 3 or chlorination.)
