Background

The stainless steel plate is coated with plastic film when leaving the factory, so as to prevent the surface of the stainless steel plate from being scratched. Glue on the back of the plastic film can remain on the surface of the stainless steel plate due to high temperature and deformation in the stamping forming process. The existing adhesive remover can not remove the residual transfer adhesive on the surface of steel, so that the appearance is seriously unqualified or the adhesive force is poor after the subsequent coating. So at present factories use wiping of organic solvents for removal.

However, most of organic solvents used in the degumming process are low-flash-point organic solvents, although the cleaning effect is guaranteed, the low-flash-point organic solvents have the problems of high volatility, high smell and high toxicity, the flash point is low, the fire hazard is caused, the smell and the toxicity harm the health of workers, and the product has weak oil removal and degreasing capabilities; in order to improve the oil removing and degreasing capability, an active agent is added into the formula, and a large amount of solubilizer needs to be added into the formula for the stability of the formula after the active agent is added, so that the large amount of solubilizer is added, the medicament residue is large, and the water film is incomplete. In addition, in order to solve the problem that the low-flash-point organic solvent is easy to volatilize, the problem can be solved by adding a volatilization inhibitor into the formula, but the oil and glue removing capability of the glue removing agent system is reduced after the volatilization inhibitor is added. Meanwhile, the existing degumming agents are single agents, so that the degumming agent is not flexible in use and cannot be suitable for various actual working conditions, and the formula stability (solubilization stability) is greatly limited when additives are required to be added into the formula according to different working conditions.
