And for grapes which can not be subjected to stem removal by friction, the grapes extend out of the charging barrel 2 through the through hole 3. At this point, the grape stalks remain inside the barrel 2.

The grapes extending out of the charging barrel 2 are subjected to stalk removal by the sweeping brush 4 under the action of the sweeping brush 4.

The grapes after stem removal enter the collecting box 7 under the action of self gravity.

The diameter of the flexible filaments should not be too small to avoid damaging the grapes. The performance of the material placing barrel 2 is optimized.

The first end cover 10 and the second end cover 11 are both provided with hole bodies penetrating through the flexible wires, and the cylinder body is fixed between the first end cover 10 and the second end cover 11 through the hole bodies.

A rigid connection column should be provided between the first end cap 10 and the second end cap 11 to realize the rotation of the charging barrel 2 as a whole. The rigid connecting column can be made of metal materials, and the cross section of the rigid connecting column can be polygonal.

The first end cover 10 is provided with a gear ring 12, the first driver 8 comprises a gear 13 meshed with the gear ring 12, the first end cover 10 and the second end cover 11 are both polygonal, the gear ring 12 is fixed on the first end cover 10 through a bolt, the second end cover 11 is provided with a shaft body, and the shaft body is rotatably connected to the rack 1.

The second driver 9 comprises an output shaft which drives the sweeping brush 4 to rotate through a coupler.

The first driver 8 and the second driver 9 may each be a motor.

In some possible embodiments, a material guide 14 is disposed between the scraper 6 and the collecting box 7, the material guide 14 is in a bell mouth shape, and the material guide 14 is fixed on the frame 1.

In this embodiment, the scraper plate 6 may be fixed to the frame 1 by bolts.

In this embodiment, the material guider 14 may be fixed on the frame 1 by a bracket, the material guider 14 may be fixed on the bracket by a screw, and the bracket may be fixed on the frame 1 by a screw.

In some possible embodiments, the grape stalk removing device further comprises a cleaner 15, the cleaner 15 comprises a liquid tank 16, a liquid supply pump 17 and a spray head 18, the liquid supply pump 17 supplies the liquid in the liquid tank 16 to the spray head 18, and the spray head 18 sprays the liquid supplied by the liquid supply pump 17 to the material placing barrel 2. The liquid supply pump 17 may be connected to the spray head 18 through a pipe.

The stirrer comprises a rotating shaft 20, a blade 21 is arranged on the rotating shaft 20, the blade 21 is welded on the rotating shaft 20, at least one end of the rotating shaft 20 extends out of the collecting box 7, a third driver 22 is arranged on the collecting box 7, and the third driver 22 drives the rotating shaft 20 to rotate.

In this embodiment, the third driver 22 may be a motor. The rotary shaft 20 and the collecting chamber 7 should have a sealing capability.

The collecting tank 7 is also provided with a discharge valve for discharging liquid in the collecting tank 7.
