the desk plate comprises a desk plate body and a back desk plate body, wherein the desk plate body comprises a first plate body and a second plate body which are oppositely arranged to define a plate-shaped cavity, the first plate body is positioned above the second plate body when the back desk plate is in the open state, and the first plate body comprises at least one hollow area and at least one lampshade which is arranged in the at least one hollow area in a one-to-one correspondence mode; and

and the light emitting direction of the at least one light supplementing lamp panel corresponds to the at least one lampshade respectively.

2. The back table of claim 1,

the rear table includes: first and second opposing edges, and third and fourth opposing edges, wherein the first edge is adjacent to a back side of the vehicle seat body when the rear table is in the open state;

the at least one lampshade comprises a first spotlight shade adjacent to and extending in the same direction as the third edge and a second spotlight shade adjacent to and extending in the same direction as the fourth edge, and the first spotlight shade and the second spotlight shade are configured to reflect light rays towards the space between the first spotlight shade and the second spotlight shade;

Technical Field

The present disclosure relates to the technical field of vehicle accessories, particularly to the technical field of vehicle seats, and more particularly to a rear table for a vehicle seat and a vehicle seat.

Background

With the increasing pace of life in the modern times, the demands of people for making up, studying and working in vehicles are increasing, and for this reason, some vehicle seats are equipped with a rear table that can be opened and folded for storage. However, when the ambient light in the vehicle is insufficient, the visual fatigue is easily caused when the vehicle is used for learning or working, and the comfort level of the vehicle is reduced due to the dim environment in the vehicle, so that the travel feeling is boring.

The technical means described in this section are not necessarily the technical means that have been previously conceived or adopted. Unless otherwise indicated, it should not be assumed that any of the technical measures described in this section qualify as prior art merely by virtue of their inclusion in this section. Similarly, unless otherwise indicated, the problems mentioned in this section should not be considered as having been acknowledged in any prior art.

Disclosure of Invention

The present disclosure provides a rear table for a vehicle seat and a vehicle seat.

According to an aspect of the present disclosure, there is provided a back table for a vehicle seat, capable of being in a folded-in state of substantially fitting to a back side of a vehicle seat body, and an open state of a set angle to the back side of the vehicle seat body, the back table including: the desk plate comprises a desk plate body and a back desk plate body, wherein the desk plate body comprises a first plate body and a second plate body which are oppositely arranged to define a plate-shaped cavity, the first plate body is positioned above the second plate body when the back desk plate is in the open state, and the first plate body comprises at least one hollow area and at least one lampshade which is arranged in the at least one hollow area in a one-to-one correspondence mode; and at least one light supplementing lamp panel fixed in the plate-shaped cavity, wherein the emitted light of the at least one light supplementing lamp panel is emitted to correspond to the at least one lampshade respectively.

In some embodiments, the back table comprises: first and second opposing edges, and third and fourth opposing edges, wherein the first edge is adjacent to a back side of the vehicle seat body when the rear table is in the open state; the at least one lampshade comprises a first spotlight shade adjacent to and extending in the same direction as the third edge and a second spotlight shade adjacent to and extending in the same direction as the fourth edge, and the first spotlight shade and the second spotlight shade are configured to reflect light rays towards the space between the first spotlight shade and the second spotlight shade; the at least one light supplementing lamp panel comprises a first strip-shaped LED lamp panel and a second strip-shaped LED lamp panel, light emitting direction of the first strip-shaped LED lamp panel is towards the first spotlight cover, and light emitting direction of the second strip-shaped LED lamp panel is towards the second spotlight cover.

In some embodiments, the first spotlight cover and the second spotlight cover each include an arc portion, and a concave surface of the arc portion of the first spotlight cover faces a concave surface of the arc portion of the second spotlight cover.

In some embodiments, the rear desk panel further comprises a switch configured to control the at least one supplementary lighting lamp panel to be turned on and off; and/or, at least one light filling lamp plate configuration is in the back table is in automatic opening during the open mode, and is in the back table is in self-closing during the folding state of accomodating.

In some embodiments, the back table further comprises: the light-transmitting end plate is arranged along at least one part of the edge of the rear desk plate and is fixedly arranged between the first plate body and the second plate body; and the lamp strip component is positioned in the plate-shaped cavity and arranged along at least one part of the edge, and light is emitted to the light-transmitting end plate.

In some embodiments, the light strip assembly comprises: the LED lamp comprises a fixing piece, an LED lamp strip, a semitransparent piece and a brightening piece, wherein the fixing piece, the LED lamp strip, the semitransparent piece and the brightening piece are sequentially arranged in the direction close to the light-transmitting end plate, the brightening piece is fixed on the light-transmitting end plate, and a plurality of first clamping parts are arranged on one side of the brightening piece, which faces away from the light-transmitting end plate; one side of the fixing piece facing the light-transmitting end plate is provided with a plurality of second clamping portions, and the second clamping portions can be clamped with the first clamping portions in a one-to-one correspondence mode so as to fix the LED lamp strip and the semitransparent piece between the fixing piece and the brightening piece.

In some embodiments, the light strip assembly is configured to turn on or off simultaneously with the mood light system of the vehicle.

In some embodiments, a side of the first plate facing the second plate has a plurality of third engaging portions, a side of the second plate facing the first plate has a plurality of fourth engaging portions capable of engaging with the plurality of third engaging portions in a one-to-one correspondence, and the first plate and the second plate are fixedly connected by a plurality of threaded fasteners.

In some embodiments, one side of the light-transmitting end plate, which is close to the first plate body, is connected with a first positioning plate in an integrally bent manner, and one side of the light-transmitting end plate, which is close to the second plate body, is connected with a second positioning plate in an integrally bent manner; the first positioning plate is provided with at least one first positioning hole, and each first positioning hole can be penetrated by a third clamping part; and/or the second positioning plate is provided with at least one second positioning hole, and each second positioning hole can be penetrated by one fourth clamping part.

According to another aspect of the present disclosure, there is provided a vehicle seat including: a vehicle seat body having a receiving groove and a latch at an edge of the receiving groove on a back side thereof; the rear table plate is arranged on the back side of the vehicle seat body; wherein the storage slot is configured to receive the rear table in a folded storage state, and the latch is configured to lock the rear table in the folded storage state.

According to one or more embodiments of the present disclosure, the following technical effects can be obtained: when the car internal environment light is not enough, open the light filling lamp plate on the back table and be the car internal environment light filling, not only can satisfy the light demand of study, work, slow down asthenopia, can promote the sensation of riding by bus through building the interior light atmosphere of car in addition, improve the dry sensation of journey. Detailed Description

In the following, only certain exemplary embodiments are briefly described. As those skilled in the art can appreciate, the described embodiments can be modified in various different ways, without departing from the spirit or scope of the present disclosure. Accordingly, the drawings and description are to be regarded as illustrative in nature, and not as restrictive.

In the related art, some vehicle seats are equipped with a rear table that can be unfolded and folded for storage. However, when the ambient light in the vehicle is insufficient, the visual fatigue is easily caused when the vehicle is used for learning or working in the process of riding. In addition, the comfort level of riding is also reduced by the dim environment in the vehicle, resulting in a dry travel experience.

Based on this, the embodiment of the disclosure provides a rear table plate for a vehicle seat and the vehicle seat, so as to meet the light demand in the vehicle and improve the riding experience. Vehicle seats include, but are not limited to, car seats, high-speed rail seats, aircraft seats, bus seats, and the like. When the vehicle seat is an automobile seat, the vehicle seat can be a main driving seat, and can also be a secondary driving seat or a rear seat.

As shown in fig. 1, 2 and 3, some embodiments of the present disclosure provide a rear table 150 for a vehicle seat 100, which can be in a folded storage state substantially conforming to a back side of a vehicle seat body 110, and an unfolded state (an unfolded state is a state shown in the figures) at a set angle to the back side of the vehicle seat body.

As shown in fig. 2 and 3, the rear table 150 includes: the table body 1500 includes a first plate 151 and a second plate 152 oppositely disposed to define a plate-shaped cavity 153; and at least one supplementary light lamp panel 155 fixed in the plate-shaped cavity 153. The first plate 151 is located above the second plate 152 when the rear table 150 is in an open state (i.e., the state shown in fig. 1). The first plate 151 includes at least one hollow area (located below the lamp shade 154, not shown by reference numerals in the drawings) and at least one lamp shade 154 disposed in the at least one hollow area in a one-to-one correspondence manner, and the emitted light of the at least one light supplement lamp panel 155 emits light toward the at least one lamp shade 154 respectively.

In some embodiments, the at least one light supplement lamp panel 155 is configured to be automatically turned on when the rear desk 150 is in the open state, and automatically turned off when the rear desk 150 is in the folded storage state, so that the light supplement function of the rear desk 150 is more intelligent, and the riding comfort can be further improved.

In addition, the rear desk board 150 may further include a switch (not shown) located on an outer surface of the first board 151 or an outer surface of the second board 152, and configured to control the at least one fill-in lamp panel 155 to be turned on or off. Like this, when back table 150 is in the open mode, the user can decide whether need to open light filling lamp plate 155 according to the interior light condition of car, and the using-way is more nimble. The switch is, for example, a touch switch or a mechanical button switch. In addition, the switch may be a wireless remote control switch that is structurally independent of the back table 150.

In some embodiments of the present disclosure, as shown in fig. 2 and 3, the back table 150 further comprises a light-transmissive end plate 157 disposed along at least a portion of an edge of the back table 150, and a light strip assembly disposed within the plate-shaped cavity 153 and also disposed along the at least a portion of the edge. The light-transmitting end plate 157 is fixedly disposed between the first board 151 and the second board 152, and light emitted from the light strip assembly is emitted to the light-transmitting end plate 157.

In this embodiment, the transparent end plate 157 is integrally bent and connected to a first positioning plate 1570a and integrally bent and connected to a second positioning plate 1570b, so that the cross-sectional shape is substantially U-shaped. The first positioning plate 1570a and the second positioning plate 1570b can realize the positioning and fixing of the light-transmitting end plate 157 between the first plate 151 and the second plate 152. In other embodiments of the present disclosure, the light-transmitting end plate may also be adhesively fixed between the first plate body and the second plate body, which is not specifically limited by the present disclosure.

As shown in fig. 1, the back side of the vehicle seat body 110 has a receiving groove 111 and a latch 112 at an edge of the receiving groove 111. The specific type of latch 112 is not limited. For example, the rear table 150 may be locked in the folded and stored state by an elastic clip shown in the figure, which is engaged with a catch 1505 provided in the rear table 150. When the elastic clip is pressed, the elastic clip is disengaged from the engaging groove 1505, and the back desk 150 is released and can be switched to the open state. When the back table 150 is switched from the opened state to the folded state, the elastic buckle can slide into the slot 1505 by external force, so as to be engaged with the slot 1505, and lock the back table 150 in the folded state.

In some embodiments, the latch may also be a rotary latch. When the rear table 150 is in the folded storage state and the rotary latch is rotated to enter the area where the storage groove 111 is located, the rear table 150 can be restricted in the storage groove 111, so that the rear table 150 is locked in the folded storage state. When the rotary latch is rotated to be away from the area where the receiving groove 111 is located, the locking of the rear table 150 is released, and the rear table 150 can be switched to the open state.

The shape of the rear table 150 is not particularly limited in the embodiments of the present disclosure. As shown in fig. 1, the rear table 150 includes: first and second opposing edges 1501, 1502, and third and fourth opposing edges 1503, 1504, wherein the first edge 1501 is adjacent to the back side of the vehicle seat body 110 when the rear table 150 is in the open state.

The second edge 1502 may be curved as shown to enhance the comfort of the back table 150 during use and to provide a smoother and more aesthetically pleasing profile. In this embodiment, aforementioned translucent end plate 157 and lamp strip subassembly set up along second edge 1502, no matter back table 150 is in the open mode, still fold and accomodate the state, and lamp strip subassembly is when opening, and the profile sense of back table 150 all can be outstanding, plays the effect of the interior atmosphere of drying and holding in the palm the car.

As shown in the drawing, each of the first condenser lamp cover 1541 and the second condenser lamp cover 1542 includes an arc portion, and concave surfaces of the two arc portions are disposed to face each other. The brightness enhancement member 1584 is fixed to the light-transmitting end plate 157, and a plurality of first engaging portions 1584a are provided on a side of the brightness enhancement member 1584 opposite to the light-transmitting end plate 157. The side of the fixing member 1581 facing the light-transmitting end plate 157 is provided with a plurality of second clamping portions 1581a, and the plurality of second clamping portions 1581a can be clamped with the plurality of first clamping portions 1584a in a one-to-one correspondence manner, so that the LED light strip 1582 and the translucent member 1583 are fixed between the fixing member 1581 and the brightness enhancement member 1584.

The specific structural forms of the first engagement portion 1584a and the second engagement portion 1581a are not limited, and are, for example, a hook and a slot, respectively. The function of the translucent member 1583 is to improve the uniformity of the light emission, so that the light is soft and not dazzling. The brightness enhancing member 1584 functions to enhance the brightness of the light output. In the disclosed embodiment, the specific structural design and materials used for the translucent member 1583 and the brightness enhancing member 1584 to perform their functions are not limited.

As shown in fig. 2 and 3, in the embodiment of the present disclosure, a side of the first plate 151 facing the second plate 152 has a plurality of third engaging portions 151a, a side of the second plate 152 facing the first plate 151 has a plurality of fourth engaging portions 152a capable of engaging with the plurality of third engaging portions 151a in a one-to-one correspondence manner, and the first plate 151 and the second plate 152 are fixedly connected by a plurality of threaded fasteners 159.

In some embodiments, a side of the light-transmitting end plate 157 close to the first plate 151 is integrally connected to a first positioning plate 1570a in a bending manner, and a side of the light-transmitting end plate 157 close to the second plate 152 is integrally connected to a second positioning plate 1570b in a bending manner, wherein the first positioning plate 1570a has at least one first positioning hole 1571a (two are shown), and each first positioning hole 1571a is capable of allowing one third engaging portion 151a to pass through. Based on this structure, the second positioning plate 1570b may also have at least one second positioning hole (not shown), each of which is capable of passing through one of the fourth engaging portions 152 a. In some embodiments, only the second positioning plate 1570b may be provided with the second positioning holes, and the first positioning plate 1570a is not provided with a similar positioning hole structure.

By adopting the design of the embodiments, when the first plate 151 and the second plate 152 are clamped, the light-transmitting end plate 157 can be fixed between the first plate 151 and the second plate 152 in a limited manner without fasteners such as screws, and the assembly and disassembly are very convenient.

Referring to fig. 1, an embodiment of the present disclosure also provides a vehicle seat 100 including: a vehicle seat body 110, and a rear table 150 of any of the foregoing embodiments provided on a back side of the vehicle seat body 110. The back side of the vehicle seat body 110 has a receiving groove 111 and a latch 112 at an edge of the receiving groove 111, the receiving groove 111 is configured to receive the rear table 150 in the folded and retracted state, and the latch 112 is configured to lock the rear table 150 in the folded and retracted state.

In the disclosed embodiment, the connecting structure of the rear table and the vehicle seat body is not limited, and as shown in fig. 1, the rear table 150 may be connected to the vehicle seat body 110 by a pair of hinge links 156. In other embodiments of the present disclosure, the rear table and the vehicle seat body may be directly hinged, or may be detachably clamped, etc.

The lateral wall that accomodates groove 111 and lamp area subassembly relative, like the roof side wall of accomodating groove 111 shown in the figure, can present the indent of certain radian, when back table 150 was in the folding state of accomodating, the light-emitting of lamp area subassembly was comparatively gathered together, can further strengthen the atmosphere aesthetic feeling.
