The hose production line control system according to claim 1, further comprising a monitoring module, the monitoring module being disposed in the production equipment and communicatively connected to the control module, and configured to acquire operation parameters of the production equipment and monitor operation of the production equipment, wherein the monitoring module sends an abnormal signal when monitoring that the operation of the production equipment is abnormal, and the control module changes an operation state of the production equipment when receiving the abnormal signal.

The hose production line control system of claim 1, further comprising a display module coupled to the control module for displaying an operating status and corresponding operating parameters of each production facility, wherein the operating status includes an operating status and/or a fault status of the production facility, and the operating parameters include operating parameters during normal operation of the production facility and/or fault parameters during a fault.

8. The hose line control system of claim 5, wherein the cutting machine includes a pulling portion and a cutting portion, and wherein the cutting machine includes a length gauge for measuring the length of the hose, the length gauge being in communication with the control module.
9. The hose line control system of claim 5, wherein the innerglue extruder comprises a 75 innerglue extruder and/or a 90 innerglue extruder.
10. A rubber tube production control method for controlling a rubber tube production line, the rubber tube production line comprising a plurality of production devices, the method comprising:

Background
