1. A planetary reduction gear, comprising:

the lubricating device comprises a shell, a first oil tank and a second oil tank, wherein an assembly space is defined in the shell, and an oil pool for containing lubricating oil is formed in the assembly space;

the planet wheel assembly is meshed and matched with the gear ring;

Technical Field

The invention relates to the technical field of vehicles, in particular to a planetary reduction gear, a drive axle assembly and a vehicle.

Background

In the related art, a planetary reduction device in a transmission is provided with an oil guide flow path for circulating lubricating oil. However, the oil guide flow path is formed by combining the oil guide holes on a plurality of parts in the planetary reduction gear, so that the arrangement mode of the oil guide flow path becomes more complicated, the assembly difficulty of the planetary reduction gear is increased, the extending path of the oil guide flow path is longer, the lubricating oil in the oil guide flow path has larger flow resistance, and the phenomenon of insufficient lubrication is easy to occur, thereby affecting the normal operation of the planetary reduction gear.

Disclosure of Invention

The present invention is directed to solving at least one of the problems of the prior art. Therefore, an object of the present invention is to provide a planetary reduction gear having advantages of simple structure and good lubrication effect.

The invention also provides a drive axle assembly with the planetary speed reducing device.

The invention further provides a vehicle with the drive axle assembly.

The planetary reduction gear according to the embodiment of the invention includes: the lubricating device comprises a shell, a first oil tank and a second oil tank, wherein an assembly space is defined in the shell, and an oil pool for containing lubricating oil is formed in the assembly space; the gear ring is arranged in the assembling space and fixed on the shell; the planet wheel assembly is meshed and matched with the gear ring; the planetary gear assembly is sleeved on the planetary gear shaft, a bearing is arranged between the planetary gear assembly and the planetary gear shaft, an oil guide flow path is arranged in the planetary gear shaft, and an oil inlet and an oil outlet which are communicated with the oil guide flow path are arranged on the planetary gear shaft; the oil guide member is connected with the planet carrier to be driven by the planet carrier to rotate, a part of the oil guide member is located in the oil pool, the oil guide member is configured to guide lubricating oil in the oil pool to the oil inlet when rotating, and the lubricating oil in the oil guide flow path enters the bearing through the oil outlet.

Detailed Description

Reference will now be made in detail to embodiments of the present invention, examples of which are illustrated in the accompanying drawings, wherein like or similar reference numerals refer to the same or similar elements or elements having the same or similar function throughout. The embodiments described below with reference to the accompanying drawings are illustrative only for the purpose of explaining the present invention, and are not to be construed as limiting the present invention.

Referring to fig. 1-5, a planetary reduction gear set 100 according to an embodiment of the present invention will now be described, the planetary reduction gear set 100 being usable in a drive axle assembly of a vehicle.

The planetary reduction apparatus 100 according to the embodiment of the present invention includes: the planetary gear set comprises a shell, a gear ring 1, a planetary gear assembly 2, a planetary carrier 3, a planetary gear shaft 4 and an oil guide 6.

When the planet wheel component 2 revolves around the sun wheel 8, the planet wheel shaft 4 is arranged on the planet carrier 3, so that the planet carrier 3 can be driven to synchronously rotate, and the rotating speed of the planet carrier 3 is the same as the revolving speed of the planet wheel component 2 around the sun wheel 8.

As shown in fig. 1-2, a bearing 5 may be provided between the planetary gear assembly 2 and the planetary gear shaft 4, so that the engagement between the planetary gear assembly 2 and the planetary gear shaft 4 may be smoother. As shown in fig. 4, an oil guide flow path 41 may be provided in the planetary gear shaft 4, and an oil inlet 41a and an oil outlet 41b that are communicated with the oil guide flow path 41 may be provided on the planetary gear shaft 4. The oil guide 6 may be connected to the carrier 3 to be driven to rotate by the carrier 3, a portion of the oil guide 6 may be located in the oil pool 100a, the oil guide 6 may be configured to guide the lubricating oil in the oil pool 100a to the oil inlet 41a when rotating, and the lubricating oil in the oil guide flow path 41 may enter the bearing 5 through the oil outlet 41 b.

Specifically, when planetary reduction gear set 100 is in operation, the driving motor may drive sun gear 8 to rotate, planet carrier assembly 2 simultaneously engages sun gear 8 and ring gear 1, and planet carrier assembly 2 may rotate about planet carrier shaft 4 while planet carrier assembly 2 may revolve about sun gear 8. Therefore, the planet wheel component 2 can drive the planet carrier 3 to rotate through the planet wheel shaft 4, and the planet carrier 3 can drive the oil guide member 6 to synchronously rotate along with the rotation of the planet carrier 3. Since a part of the oil guide 6 is located in the oil sump 100a, the oil guide 6 can guide the lubricating oil in the oil sump 100a to the oil inlet 41a of the oil guide flow path 41 according to the centrifugal force. After entering the oil guide flow path 41, the lubricating oil can flow through the oil guide flow path 41, and the lubricating oil can enter the bearing 5 through the oil outlet 41b, so that the bearing 5 can be lubricated, the matching structures between the planetary wheel assembly 2 and the planetary wheel shaft 4 and between the planetary wheel shaft 4 and the bearing 5 can run more smoothly, and the friction loss of the planetary reduction gear 100 can be reduced.

Thus, with the above arrangement, the oil guide 6 can directly guide the lubricating oil in the oil sump 100a into the oil guide flow path 41, so that the flow distance of the oil guide flow path 41 can be shortened, and the lubricating oil in the oil guide flow path 41 can be ensured to smoothly flow to the bearing 5, and not only the lubrication efficiency of the planetary reduction gear transmission 100 but also the lubrication effect of the planetary reduction gear transmission 100 can be improved.

In the specific example shown in fig. 4, the oil guide flow path 41 may include a first sub flow path 411 and a second sub flow path 412 that are sequentially connected. The first sub-flow passage 411 extends in the axial direction of the planetary gear shaft 4 (the front-rear direction shown in fig. 4), and an oil inlet 41a is provided at one end of the first sub-flow passage 411 close to the oil guide 6. The second sub-flow passage 412 extends in the radial direction (the up-down direction shown in fig. 4) of the planetary gear shaft 4, one end of the second sub-flow passage 412 communicates with one end of the first sub-flow passage 411 away from the oil guide 6, the other end of the second sub-flow passage 412 is provided with an oil outlet 41b, and the oil outlet 41b is arranged opposite to the bearing 5. Thus, the oil guide passage 41 can be designed more simply by the above arrangement.

Alternatively, an oil guide gap 5a communicating with the oil outlet 41b may be provided in the bearing 5, and the lubricating oil flowing out from the oil outlet 41b may continue to circulate through the oil guide gap 5a, thereby enhancing the lubricating effect of the bearing 5. Further, lead on oil clearance 5a can extend to the periphery wall of bearing 5, lubricating oil can lubricate planet wheel assembly 2 and bearing 5 simultaneously from this, has promoted planetary gear device 100's lubricated effect greatly.

As shown in fig. 2 to 3, according to some embodiments of the present invention, the planetary reduction device 100 may further include a seal ring 7, and the seal ring 7 may be provided between the oil guide 6 and the carrier 3 to sealingly engage the oil guide 6 with the carrier 3. Specifically, the seal ring 7 may be used to seal an assembly gap between the oil guide member 6 and the carrier 3, so that the lubricating oil may be prevented from flowing out through the assembly gap, and the lubricating oil may smoothly flow into the oil inlet 41a, so that the oil inlet efficiency of the oil guide flow path 41 may be improved, and the lubricating efficiency of the planetary reduction gear 100 may be improved.

As shown in fig. 3, in some embodiments of the present invention, a side wall of the oil guide 6 near the planet carrier 3 may be provided with an assembly groove 6a, a portion of the sealing ring 7 may be embedded in the assembly groove 6a, and the sealing ring 7 may be in sealing fit with the outer peripheral wall of the planet carrier 3, so that the assembly manner of the sealing ring 7 may be simpler, and a good sealing effect may also be achieved. The fixing method of the seal ring 7 is not limited to this. For example, a mounting groove may be provided on the planet carrier 3, a part of the sealing ring 7 may be embedded in the mounting groove, and the sealing ring 7 may be in sealing engagement with a side wall of the oil guide 6 close to the planet carrier 3.

Alternatively, the oil guiding member 6 may be a sheet metal member, and the assembly groove 6a may be machined by mechanical stamping. In some embodiments of the present invention, one of the mounting portion 61 and the planet carrier 3 may be provided with a hook 611, the other of the mounting portion 61 and the planet carrier 3 may be provided with a slot (not shown), and the hook 611 may be hooked on an inner wall of the slot. That is, the hook 611 may be provided on the mounting portion 61, the engaging groove may be provided on the carrier 3, or the engaging groove may be provided on the mounting portion 61, and the hook 611 may be provided on the carrier 3. When the oil guide 6 is assembled with the carrier 3, the hook 611 may be hooked on the inner circumferential wall of the slot to connect the mounting portion 61 and the carrier 3 together. From this, through the aforesaid setting, can make the assembly methods between leading oil spare 6 and planet carrier 3 simpler, not only can promote the assembly efficiency who leads oil spare 6, can also conveniently carry out the dismouting to leading oil spare 6.

The manner of assembling the mounting portion 61 and the carrier 3 is not limited to this. For example, a mounting through hole may be further provided in the mounting portion 61, a threaded hole opposite to the mounting through hole may be provided in the planet carrier 3, and a fixing screw may be used to penetrate through the mounting through hole and be in threaded connection with the threaded hole to fix the oil guide 6 on the planet carrier 3.

In some embodiments of the present invention, the hooks 611 and the slots may be multiple, and the hooks 611 and the slots may be arranged at intervals in the circumferential direction of the mounting portion 61 and are matched in a one-to-one correspondence manner, so that a multi-point connection between the oil guide 6 and the planet carrier 3 may be achieved, and a matching structure between the oil guide 6 and the planet carrier 3 may be firmer.

For example, as shown in fig. 5, the mounting portion 61 may be formed in a substantially circular ring shape, and the mounting portion 61 is provided with a plurality of hooks 611 provided at intervals in a circumferential direction thereof. The mounting portion 61 may be formed as a sheet metal part, and the hook 611 may be machined in a mechanical stamping manner, so that the machining manner of the hook 611 may be simpler, and the machining efficiency of the oil guide member 6 may be improved.

As shown in fig. 5, in some embodiments of the present invention, the oil guide 62 may be formed in a closed ring shape, whereby the oil supply efficiency of the oil guide 6 may be improved. It can be understood that, since the planet carrier 3 can drive the oil guiding member 6 to rotate, the closed-loop oil guiding member 6 can continuously supply oil to the oil inlet 41a under the action of centrifugal force, and the lubrication efficiency of the planetary reduction gear 100 is greatly improved. It is to be understood, of course, that the design of the oil guide 62 is not limited thereto. For example, the oil guide 6 may be formed in a semicircular shape, and the oil guide 6 may be formed in a fan shape.

As shown in fig. 5, in some embodiments of the present invention, in the axial direction of the planetary wheel shaft 4 (the forward and backward direction shown in fig. 2), the oil guide portion 62 may be protruded toward a direction away from the planetary wheel shaft 4 (the forward direction shown in fig. 4), and at least a part of the inner end (the end away from the carrier 3) of the oil guide portion 62 may be bent and extended toward a direction close to the central axis of the oil guide portion 62, whereby the oil guide portion 62 may be formed with an oil guide slope 621 that extends obliquely toward the central axis direction thereof. When the planet carrier 3 drives the oil guiding member 6 to rotate, the oil guiding portion 62 can guide the lubricating oil in the oil pool 100a to the oil inlet 41a by the action of centrifugal force, and the lubricating oil can smoothly flow into the oil inlet 41a along the oil guiding slope 621, so that the oil guiding efficiency of the oil guiding member 6 can be improved.

As shown in fig. 5, in some embodiments of the present invention, a portion of the oil guiding portion 62 may be recessed toward a direction close to a central axis of the oil guiding portion 62 to form an oil collecting portion 622, the oil collecting portion 622 may define a storage space for the lubricating oil, the lubricating oil on the oil guiding portion 62 may flow into the oil collecting portion 622 along the oil guiding inclined plane 621, and the lubricating oil in the oil collecting portion 622 may flow into the oil inlet 41a, so that an amount of the lubricating oil entering the oil guiding flow path 41 per unit time may be ensured, and thus the lubricating efficiency of the planetary reduction gear transmission 100 may be improved.

Alternatively, the number of the planetary gear shafts 4 may be multiple, each of the planetary gear shafts 4 may have the oil guide flow path 41 therein, the number of the oil collecting portions 622 may also be multiple, and the multiple oil collecting portions 622 may correspond to the oil inlets 41a of the multiple oil guide flow paths 41 one to one, so that the lubrication efficiency of the planetary reduction gear device 100 may be improved.

For example, in a specific example of the present invention, the planetary reduction gear device 100 may include three planetary gear assemblies 2, the three planetary gear assemblies 2 are pivotally connected to the planet carrier 3 through corresponding planetary gear shafts 4, and each planetary gear shaft 4 is provided with the oil guiding flow path 41 therein. The oil guide 6 includes a mounting portion 61 and an oil guide portion 62 provided on an inner side (a side away from the carrier 3) of the mounting portion 61, the mounting portion 61 is snap-fitted to the carrier 3, the oil guide portion 62 is formed in a closed ring shape and extends toward the side away from the carrier 3, and at least a part of the oil guide portion 62 extends obliquely in a direction from rear to front toward a direction close to a central axis of the oil guide 6 to form an oil guide slope 621. In the circumferential direction of the oil guide portion 62, three oil gathering portions 622 are arranged on the oil guide portion 62 at intervals, each oil guide portion 62 is recessed toward a direction close to the central axis of the oil guide portion 62 to define a storage space for lubricating oil, and the three oil gathering portions 622 correspond to the oil inlets 41a of the oil guide flow paths 41 in the three planetary shafts 4 one by one.

When the planetary reduction gear 100 is operated, the planet carrier 3 may drive the oil guide 6 to rotate, and a part of the oil guide 6 may be located in the oil sump 100 a. Under the action of centrifugal force, the oil guide portion 62 can lift up the lubricating oil in the oil pool 100a, and the lubricating oil can be collected in the oil collecting portion 622 under the guiding action of the oil guide slope 621. When the oil collecting portion 622 rotates to the corresponding oil inlet 41a, the lubricating oil in the oil collecting portion 622 can smoothly enter the oil inlet 41a and circulate in the oil guiding flow path 41. Thus, with the above arrangement, not only the structural design of the oil guide 6 can be made simpler, but also the lubrication efficiency of the planetary reduction gear 100 can be improved.

It is to be understood, of course, that the design of the oil guide 62 is not limited thereto. For example, the oil guide portion 62 may be formed as a groove that is recessed toward the direction close to the carrier 3, and the oil guide portion 62 is plural and distributed at regular intervals in the circumferential direction of the mounting portion 61. Wherein at least a portion of the oil guide 62 may extend into the oil pool 100a to scoop up the lubricating oil in the oil pool 100 a. When the oil guide portion 62 rotates to the corresponding oil inlet 41a, the lubricating oil in the oil guide portion 62 can be poured into the oil inlet 41a, thereby achieving the purpose of guiding the oil.

As shown in fig. 1-2, according to some embodiments of the present invention, the planetary wheel assembly 2 may include a first planetary wheel 21 and a second planetary wheel 22 that rotate coaxially, the first planetary wheel 21 and the second planetary wheel 22 may be respectively sleeved on the planetary wheel shaft 4, and one of the first planetary wheel 21 and the second planetary wheel 22 may be engaged with the ring gear 1, so that not only the structural design of the planetary wheel assembly 2 may be simpler, but also the transmission ratio of the planetary reduction gear 100 may be increased, thereby not only improving the transmission efficiency of the planetary reduction gear 100, but also shortening the transmission chain of the drive axle assembly, and making the overall structure of the drive axle assembly more compact.

As shown in fig. 2, in some embodiments of the present invention, the bearing 5 may be one, the bearing 5 may be a rolling bearing, and the first planet wheel 21 and the second planet wheel 22 may be simultaneously and rotatably engaged with the rolling bearing, so that the structure of the planet wheel assembly 2 may be simplified, and the assembly efficiency of the planetary reduction gear apparatus 100 may be improved. Alternatively, the first planet wheel 21 and the second planet wheel 22 may be integrally formed pieces, and when the planet wheel assembly 2 is assembled, the integrally formed first planet wheel 21 and second planet wheel 22 can be sleeved on the rolling bearing at the same time, so that the assembly efficiency of the planet wheel assembly 2 can be improved.

As shown in fig. 4, in some embodiments of the present invention, the oil outlet 41b may be located between the first planetary gear 21 and the second planetary gear 22, so that the lubricating oil flowing out from the oil outlet 41b may be uniformly distributed on the outer peripheral wall of the rolling bearing, and the lubricating effect of the planetary reduction gear 100 may be improved. Alternatively, the oil guide flow path 41 may include a main flow path and a plurality of branch flow paths, one end of the main flow path is provided with an oil inlet 41a, the other end of the main flow path is respectively communicated with the plurality of branch flow paths, each branch flow path is provided with an oil outlet 41b, and the plurality of oil outlets 41b are arranged at intervals in the axial direction of the planetary wheel shaft 4. From this, through above-mentioned setting, can promote the distribution homogeneity of lubricating oil, and then can promote planetary reduction gear 100's lubrication efficiency and lubricated effect.

According to some embodiments of the invention, the rolling bearing may be a needle bearing. It can be understood that the needle roller bearing is provided with the slender rollers, so that the radial structure of the rolling bearing can be more compact, the capability of the needle roller bearing for bearing radial load can be enhanced, and the use requirement of a user can be met. Moreover, a flow gap of lubricating oil can be defined between adjacent two rollers of the needle roller bearing, the lubricating oil flowing out through the oil outlet 41b can be uniformly lubricated in the needle roller bearing through the flow gap, and the lubricating oil can also flow to the outer surface of the needle roller bearing to lubricate the planetary wheel assembly 2.

The planetary reduction gear transmission 100 according to the present invention will be described in detail in one embodiment with reference to the accompanying drawings, and the planetary reduction gear transmission 100 may be used in a transaxle assembly in a vehicle. It is to be understood that the following description is only exemplary, and not restrictive of the invention.

The planetary reduction apparatus 100 according to the embodiment of the present invention includes: the planetary gear set comprises a shell, a gear ring 1, a sun gear 8, a driving motor, a planetary gear component 2, a planetary carrier 3, a planetary gear shaft 4 and an oil guide member 6.

Wherein, can inject assembly space in the casing, can be equipped with the oil bath 100a that holds lubricating oil in the assembly space, ring gear 1 can be established in assembly space and ring gear 1 can be fixed with the casing and link to each other. The driving motor is arranged in the assembling space, and a motor shaft of the driving motor is connected with the sun gear 8 to drive the sun gear 8 to rotate. The planetary gear assembly 2 comprises a first planetary gear 21 and a second planetary gear 22 which are integrally formed, a planetary gear shaft 4 can be arranged on the planetary carrier 3, the first planetary gear 21 and the second planetary gear 22 are simultaneously sleeved on the planetary gear shaft 4, needle bearings are arranged between the first planetary gear 21 and the planetary gear shaft 4 and between the second planetary gear 22 and the planetary gear shaft 4, and one of the first planetary gear 21 and the second planetary gear 22 is meshed with the sun gear 8 and the gear ring 1 at the same time.

As shown in fig. 4, an oil guide flow path 41 may be provided in the planetary gear shaft 4, and an oil inlet 41a and an oil outlet 41b communicating with the oil guide flow path 41 may be provided on the planetary gear shaft 4. The oil guide 6 may be connected to the carrier 3 to be driven to rotate by the carrier 3, a portion of the oil guide 6 may be located in the oil pool 100a, the oil guide 6 may be configured to guide the lubricating oil in the oil pool 100a to the oil inlet 41a when rotating, and the lubricating oil in the oil guide flow path 41 may enter the needle bearing through the oil outlet 41 b.

Wherein the oil guide flow path 41 may include a first sub flow path 411 and a second sub flow path 412 that are sequentially connected. The first sub-flow passage 411 extends in the axial direction of the planet wheel shaft 4, and an oil inlet 41a is formed at one end of the first sub-flow passage 411 close to the oil guide 6. The second sub-flow passage 412 extends in the radial direction of the planetary gear shaft 4, one end of the second sub-flow passage 412 communicates with one end of the first sub-flow passage 411 away from the oil guide 6, and the other end of the second sub-flow passage 412 is provided with an oil outlet 41b and extends into the needle bearing.

As shown in fig. 5, the oil guide 6 includes a mounting portion 61 and an oil guide portion 62 provided inside (a side away from the carrier 3) the mounting portion 61. The mounting portion 61 may be formed in a substantially circular ring shape, and the mounting portion 61 is provided with a plurality of hooks 611 provided at intervals in a circumferential direction thereof. The mounting portion 61 may be formed as a sheet metal part, and the hook 611 may be machined by mechanical punching. The planet carrier 3 is provided with a plurality of clamping grooves corresponding to the plurality of clamping hooks 611 one to one, and each clamping hook 611 can be hooked on the inner peripheral wall of the corresponding clamping groove to connect the mounting portion 61 and the planet carrier 3 together.

As shown in fig. 3, a side wall of the oil guide 6 close to the carrier 3 may be provided with a fitting groove 6a, a portion of the seal ring 7 may be embedded in the fitting groove 6a, and the seal ring 7 is in sealing engagement with the side wall of the oil guide 6 close to the carrier 3. Therefore, the assembly mode of the sealing ring 7 is simpler, and a good sealing effect can be achieved.

As shown in fig. 5, the oil guide 62 is formed in a closed ring shape and extends toward a side away from the carrier 3, and at least a part of the oil guide 62 extends obliquely in a rear-to-front direction toward a direction close to the center axis of the oil guide 6 to form an oil guide slope 621. In the circumferential direction of the oil guide 62, a part of the oil guide 62 may be recessed toward a direction close to the central axis of the oil guide 62 to form an oil collecting portion 622, the oil collecting portion 622 may define a storage space for the lubricating oil, the lubricating oil on the oil guide 62 may flow into the oil collecting portion 622 along the oil guide slope 621, and the lubricating oil in the oil collecting portion 622 may flow into the oil inlet 41 a.

Specifically, when planetary reduction gear set 100 is in operation, the driving motor may drive sun gear 8 to rotate, planet carrier assembly 2 simultaneously engages sun gear 8 and ring gear 1, and planet carrier assembly 2 may rotate about planet carrier shaft 4 while planet carrier assembly 2 may revolve about sun gear 8. Therefore, the planet wheel component 2 can drive the planet carrier 3 to rotate through the planet wheel shaft 4, and the planet carrier 3 can drive the oil guide member 6 to synchronously rotate along with the rotation of the planet carrier 3.

Since a part of the oil guiding member 6 is located in the oil pool 100a, the oil guiding portion 62 can lift up the lubricating oil in the oil pool 100a under the action of centrifugal force, and the lubricating oil can be collected in the oil collecting portion 622 under the guiding action of the oil guiding slope 621. When the oil collecting portion 622 rotates to the corresponding oil inlet 41a, the lubricating oil in the oil collecting portion 622 can smoothly enter the oil inlet 41 a. After entering the oil guide flow path 41, the lubricating oil can flow through the oil guide flow path 41, and the lubricating oil can enter the needle roller bearings through the oil outlets 41b, so that the needle roller bearings can be lubricated, the matching structures between the planetary wheel assembly 2 and the planetary wheel shaft 4 and between the planetary wheel shaft 4 and the needle roller bearings can run smoothly, and the friction loss of the planetary reduction gear 100 can be reduced.

The drive axle assembly according to the embodiment of the present invention includes the planetary reduction device 100 according to the above-described embodiment of the present invention.

According to the drive axle assembly of the embodiment of the invention, by arranging the planetary reduction gear 100, the planet carrier 3 can drive the oil guide member 6 to rotate so as to guide the lubricating oil in the oil pool 100a to the oil inlet 41a, so that the circulation distance of the oil guide flow path 41 can be shortened, the lubricating oil in the oil guide flow path 41 can be ensured to smoothly circulate to the bearing 5, the lubricating efficiency of the planetary reduction gear 100 can be improved, the lubricating effect of the drive axle assembly can be improved, and the operation of the drive axle assembly can be more stable.

In one specific example of the present invention, the drive axle assembly includes a planetary reduction device 100 and a differential 200, wherein the planetary reduction device 100 includes: the planetary gear set comprises a shell, a gear ring 1, a sun gear 8, a driving motor, a planetary gear component 2, a planetary carrier 3, a planetary gear shaft 4 and an oil guide member 6. Gear ring 1 can establish in the casing and gear ring 1 can be fixed with the casing and link to each other, and driving motor establishes in the assembly space, and driving motor's motor shaft links to each other with sun gear 8 and rotates with drive sun gear 8. The planetary gear assembly 2 comprises a first planetary gear 21 and a second planetary gear 22 which are integrally formed, a planetary gear shaft 4 can be arranged on the planetary carrier 3, the first planetary gear 21 and the second planetary gear 22 are simultaneously sleeved on the planetary gear shaft 4, needle bearings are arranged between the first planetary gear 21 and the planetary gear shaft 4 and between the second planetary gear 22 and the planetary gear shaft 4, and the first planetary gear 21 is respectively meshed with the sun gear 8 and the gear ring 1.

As shown in fig. 1, the differential 200 includes: a differential case 201, a differential gear shaft 203, two differential gears 204, and two side gears 202. The differential case 201 and the planet carrier 3 in the planetary reduction gear 100 are integrally formed, the planetary reduction gear 100 can transmit power to the differential case 201 through the planet carrier 3, and the differential gear shaft 203 is connected with the differential case 201 to be driven by the differential case 201 to rotate. The two differential gears 204 are inserted into the differential gear shaft 203, and the two differential gears 204 are horizontally disposed and spaced in the vertical direction. Two side gears 202 are disposed vertically, and each side gear 202 is engaged with two differential gears 204, respectively.

When the vehicle is traveling straight, the differential gear shaft 203 may drive the two differential gears 204 to revolve, and the two side gears 202 cooperate with the two differential gears 204 to transmit power through the wheel-end half shafts to the corresponding wheel hub assemblies. When the vehicle turns, the hub assemblies on the two sides of the vehicle body generate two additional forces in opposite directions due to different resistance, and the additional forces can be transmitted to the corresponding side gears 202 through the wheel-end half shafts, so that the two differential gears 204 can be forced to rotate around the differential gear shaft 203, the rotating speed of the side gear 202 corresponding to the hub assembly on the inner side of the vehicle body is reduced, the rotating speed of the side gear 202 corresponding to the hub assembly on the outer side of the vehicle body is increased, and the rotating speeds of the hub assemblies on the two sides of the vehicle body are different.

A vehicle according to an embodiment of the invention includes a drive axle assembly according to the above-described embodiment of the invention.

According to the vehicle provided by the embodiment of the invention, by arranging the drive axle assembly, the overall structure of the vehicle is more compact, the vehicle can run more stably, and the practicability of the vehicle is greatly improved.
