The clutch and the speed reduction part used by the existing small-sized general gasoline engine (diesel engine), the mini-tiller of agricultural machinery or the field management machine have relatively large structural volumes, occupy large space volume and are not suitable for being used in working environments with small volume and working space requirements. The existing clutch is controlled by the speed centrifugal action of a machine, and is greatly influenced by the speed and the working condition, so that the machine is easy to stop and cause safety accidents.

Disclosure of Invention

The invention aims to provide a controllable integrated overrunning reduction clutch with a brand-new structure, and the speed reduction of the controllable integrated overrunning reduction clutch adopts the principle of a planetary reduction mechanism. The overrunning clutch mechanism consists of a roller, a reset spring, a control panel and an outward extending rocker arm rod, the swinging of the rocker arm rod realizes that the overrunning clutch mechanism controls the rotation of the planetary gear ring, and the braking and releasing degrees of freedom realize the clutch; and power is output through the rotation of the planet carrier.

As shown in the attached drawing, the controllable integrated overrunning retarding clutch comprises a flange shell 1 connected with a small-sized general gasoline engine (diesel engine), an input sun gear 2 connected with the engine, a planetary gear 3, a planet carrier assembly 4 and a planetary gear ring 5. As shown in the attached drawings, the controllable overrunning clutch mechanism comprises; roller 6, return spring 7, steering wheel assembly 8, and overhanging rocker arm rod 9.

Compared with the existing clutch and reducer, the controllable overrunning reducer clutch has the main difference that the clutch and the reducer are integrated and combined, the structure volume of the controllable overrunning reducer clutch is reduced after the controllable overrunning reducer clutch is integrated and combined, different speed reduction ratio requirements can be correspondingly changed for different speed reduction requirements, the speed reduction ratio with standard requirements from 2.4 to 13 and the like can be realized, and the controllable overrunning reducer clutch is applied to different speed reduction effect requirements.
