if so, judging whether the sum of the electricity utilization information of each phase of electricity is smaller than a preset first electricity utilization information threshold value, and if so, determining that the user to which the electric energy meter belongs has abnormal electricity utilization behavior; if not, determining that the user to which the electric energy meter belongs does not have abnormal electricity utilization behavior.

3. The method of claim 1, wherein after determining that the abnormal electricity consumption behavior exists for the user to which the electric energy meter belongs, the method further comprises:

Background

When users use electric energy, behaviors such as electricity stealing behaviors, which do not regulate electricity utilization, often occur. Thereby affecting the benefits of the utility company.

Currently, when checking whether a user has an irregular power consumption behavior, a worker of a power company generally performs spot check to determine whether the user has the irregular power consumption behavior by checking whether a wiring of an electric energy meter is normal. The existing method consumes large manpower and material resources and has low checking efficiency.

The automatic inspection of workers is not needed, the manpower and material resources are consumed little, and the inspection efficiency is high.
