It should be noted that the embodiments and features of the embodiments may be combined with each other without conflict. The present invention will be described in detail below with reference to the embodiments with reference to the attached drawings.

Referring to fig. 1, fig. 1 is a flow chart illustrating a method for constructing a peat soil base according to an embodiment of the present invention. As shown in the figure, the construction method of the peat soil foundation comprises the following steps:

the determination step S1 determines a processing area of the peat soil base.

Specifically, referring to fig. 5, site lofting is performed according to a construction drawing, and a treatment area 1 where a peat soil foundation needs to be treated is determined. Then, the temporary sidewalk 2 entering the processing area 1 is paved, the temporary sidewalk 2 is disposed at one side of the processing area 1, and the transport vehicle travels on the temporary sidewalk 2 to construct the processing area 1.

An initial layer filling step S2 fills the processing area with stones having a first predetermined grain size to a first predetermined degree, and rolls and tamps to form an initial layer.

Specifically, the handling area 1 is filled with the rock blocks 4 with the first preset particle size through the transport vehicle, and the rock blocks 4 with the first preset particle size are filled and rolled from the middle to two sides gradually during filling, so that the rock blocks 4 with the first preset particle size are tightly filled, the stability of the initial layer is ensured, and the movement is avoided. In specific implementation, the first preset particle size is not more than 500mm, and a specific value can be determined according to actual conditions, which is not limited in this embodiment.

Referring to fig. 2, the start-layer filling step S2 may further include:

a selecting substep S21 of selecting a construction area with a preset area at any time in the processing area and cleaning the construction area; wherein the processing region includes: a plurality of construction areas.

Specifically, a plurality of construction areas 6 form one processing area 1, and in specific implementation, one construction area 6 with a preset area can be arbitrarily selected according to actual conditions. In specific implementation, the preset area may be determined according to actual conditions, and this embodiment does not limit this. In this embodiment, the predetermined area is 5m × 5 m. Referring specifically to fig. 7, only 4 construction areas 6 are shown, and other construction areas 6 may be selected according to actual situations.

Referring to fig. 6 and 7, a long-arm excavator is adopted to stand at the temporary sidewalk 2, the construction area 6 is cleaned, i.e., weeds, trees and the like on the original ground in the construction area 6 are removed, and then the removed weeds, trees and the like are transported out to a spoil area by an earth moving vehicle. The arrow direction at the temporary access 2 in fig. 7 indicates the vehicle traveling direction, and the arrow direction at the processing area 1 indicates the direction in which the remaining construction area is selected.

And a filling substep S22 of filling rock blocks with a first preset grain size into the construction area to a first preset degree and removing the peat soil extruded during filling.

Specifically, the rock block 4 with the first preset grain size is poured from the middle of the construction area 6 to the two sides, the filled rock block 4 with the first preset grain size is rolled and leveled, and the steps are repeated until the filled rock block 4 with the first preset grain size reaches a first preset degree.

More specifically, referring to fig. 8, the lump stones 4 having the first preset grain size are dumped to any one of the construction areas 6 using an earth moving vehicle. In the construction area 6, the soil blocks slowly topple from the middle part of the construction area 6 to the two sides of the construction area 6 during toppling, the bottom and the peripheral peat soil are squeezed to the edge along with the dead weight of the rock blocks 4 with the first preset grain diameter, and then the peat soil squeezed out of the periphery of the construction area 6 is transported to a soil abandonment site by using a earthwork vehicle. And (3) rolling and flattening the filled rock blocks 4 with the first preset particle size by using an excavator, wherein the rock blocks can settle and diffuse around, and then continuously and intensively filling the rock blocks 4 with the first preset particle size, and rolling and flattening by using the excavator. And repeating the steps of dumping the rock blocks and rolling and flattening until the height of the filled rock blocks 4 with the first preset grain diameter reaches a first preset degree. Wherein, first degree of predetermineeing is 300mm above the water elevation. The position of the ground water level 3 is shown in fig. 5.

And a rolling substep S23 of rolling and tamping the filled rock lumps with the first preset grain size.

Specifically, firstly, the filled rock blocks with a first preset grain size are leveled, and gaps of the rock blocks are densely filled. Then, rolling is performed from the middle of the filled rock block with the first preset grain size to both sides, and the rolling is stopped when a preset rolling degree is reached.

More specifically, the lump stones 4 with the first preset particle size are firstly preliminarily leveled by an excavator, and the gaps of the lump stones are densely filled with the lump stones 4 with the first preset particle size. In specific implementation, the gap is compacted by using the stone blocks with the grain diameter of 40 mm. Then, rolling is performed by a road roller with the grain size not less than 8t, and rolling is performed from the middle of the filled rock 4 with the first preset grain size to two sides gradually.

When the filled rock blocks 4 with the first preset grain size are rolled, at least a preset distance is overlapped by the rolling tracks each time, and the preset rolling degree is that the rock blocks with the first preset grain size slightly move or do not move. In specific implementation, the preset overlapping distance may be determined according to actual conditions, and this embodiment does not limit this. In the present embodiment, the predetermined distance is 300 mm. Specifically, when the roller compaction is carried out by a roller compactor with the weight not less than 8t, the wheel tracks of each roller compaction are overlapped by at least 300mm, and the roller compaction can be stopped until no obvious movement exists.
