1. A dredging vessel, comprising:

reamer device, it includes: a framework; a reamer shaft located within the skeleton; the helical blades are distributed on the reamer shaft, and the edges of the helical blades are fixedly connected with the framework; a plurality of comb teeth distributed on the skeleton; the casing is positioned behind the framework and provided with a protective cover extending above the framework; the motor is positioned in the shell, and a rotating shaft of the motor is coaxially connected with the reamer shaft;

the connecting rod mechanism is connected with the reamer device and the ship body so as to control the angle of the reamer device during movement;

the retraction device is arranged on the ship body and connected with the connecting rod mechanism so as to lift the connecting rod mechanism away from or put the connecting rod mechanism into water;

the sludge discharge device is connected with the reamer device and discharges sludge which is sucked by the reamer device; and

the positioning device comprises a positioning pile and a driving device for driving the positioning pile to rotate and vertically move in a vertical plane.

The dredging ship according to claim 1, wherein the link mechanism comprises a first link, a second link, a third link, a fourth link, a turntable and a push rod, the fourth link is located below the first link, the second link and the third link, the turntable is mounted on the ship body and can horizontally rotate, the first link and the second link are connected through a length adjusting device, one end of the first link, which is far away from the second link, is rotatably arranged on the turntable, one end of the second link, which is far away from the first link, is rotatably connected with the third link, one end of the third link, which is far away from the second link, is fixed on the casing, one end of the fourth link is rotatably arranged on the casing, the other end of the fourth link is rotatably arranged on the turntable, and a mounting seat of the push rod is rotatably connected with the turntable, and the telescopic rod of the push rod is rotatably connected with the first connecting rod or the second connecting rod.

A dredging vessel as claimed in claim 2, wherein the retraction device comprises: a bracket fixed on the hull; the pulley is arranged on the bracket; pulling a rope; the winch controls the stretching and retracting of the pull rope; one end of the pull rope is connected with the winch, and the other end of the pull rope passes through the pulley and then is connected with the first connecting rod or the second connecting rod.

Technical Field

At least one embodiment of the present disclosure relates to a double-reamer symmetric dredging vessel.

Background

Typical dredging vessels today are: grab bucket type dredging ships, common cutter suction type dredging ships and bucket wheel type dredging ships. The grab dredger has poor sensitivity to extremely soft bottom mud, and is easy to generate the condition of digging harder stratum earthwork at the lower part of the riverbed during excavation, thereby leaking a large amount of surface layer bottom mud, particularly floating mud. The ordinary cutter-suction dredger is easy to cause the diffusion of pollutants in bottom mud, and can cause a serious back-silting phenomenon. The bucket-wheel type dredging ship can generate a large amount of pollutant diffusion in the dredging engineering, the dredging and back-dredging conditions are serious, the sludge removal rate is about 50%, the dredging is not thorough enough, and the large-area water body pollution is easily caused. These can greatly affect the efficiency and quality of the sludge cleaning.

Disclosure of Invention

At least one embodiment of the present disclosure provides a double-reamer symmetric dredging ship, which aims to reduce single dredging time, increase dredging area, effectively improve working efficiency of the dredging ship, and improve working limitation thereof.

At least one embodiment of the present disclosure provides a dredging vessel, including:

reamer device, it includes: a framework; a reamer shaft located within the skeleton; the helical blades are distributed on the reamer shaft, and the edges of the helical blades are fixedly connected with the framework; a plurality of comb teeth distributed on the skeleton; the casing is positioned behind the framework and provided with a protective cover extending above the framework; the motor is positioned in the shell, and a rotating shaft of the motor is coaxially connected with the reamer shaft;

the connecting rod mechanism is connected with the reamer device and the ship body so as to control the angle of the reamer device during movement;

the retraction device is arranged on the ship body and connected with the connecting rod mechanism so as to lift the connecting rod mechanism away from or put the connecting rod mechanism into water; the sludge discharge device is connected with the reamer device and discharges sludge which is sucked by the reamer device; and

the positioning device comprises a positioning pile and a driving device for driving the positioning pile to rotate and vertically move in a vertical plane.

In some examples, the linkage includes a first link, a second link, a third link, a fourth link, a turntable, and a push rod, the fourth link is positioned below the first link, the second link, and the third link, the turntable is arranged on the ship body and can horizontally rotate, the first connecting rod is connected with the second connecting rod through a length adjusting device, one end of the first connecting rod, which is far away from the second connecting rod, is rotatably arranged on the rotary table, one end of the second connecting rod, which is far away from the first connecting rod, is rotatably connected with the third connecting rod, one end of the third connecting rod, which is far away from the second connecting rod, is fixed on the machine shell, one end of the fourth connecting rod is rotatably arranged on the machine shell, the other end of the fourth connecting rod is rotatably arranged on the rotary table, the mounting seat of the push rod is rotatably connected with the rotary table, and the telescopic rod of the push rod is rotatably connected with the first connecting rod or the second connecting rod.

In some examples, the retraction device comprises: a bracket fixed on the hull; the pulley is arranged on the bracket; pulling a rope; the winch controls the stretching and retracting of the pull rope; one end of the pull rope is connected with the winch, and the other end of the pull rope passes through the pulley and then is connected with the first connecting rod or the second connecting rod.

In some examples, the reamer device has two.

Two reamer devices are symmetrically arranged on the ship body, so that the single dredging time can be reduced, the dredging area is increased, and the dredging efficiency is improved. The reamer device is a composite reamer, and a relatively closed environment is arranged at a silt inlet, so that silt is prevented from being diffused to a certain degree. In addition, the angle and the depth of the reamer device during working are ensured by adopting the rod mechanism.

Detailed Description

The dredging ship comprises a reamer device, a connecting rod mechanism, a retracting device, a mud discharging device and a positioning device. The reamer device is used for adsorbing and cleaning sludge. The connecting rod mechanism is used for connecting the reamer device and the ship body and controlling the angle of the reamer device during movement. The retraction device is used for controlling retraction of the link mechanism. And the sludge discharge device is used for transporting the sludge after the reamer device is used for reaming and sucking and discharging the sludge. The positioning device is used for fixing the ship body when the reamer device works.

In order to reduce the time of single desilting, increase the area of desilting, improve desilting efficiency, can set up two reamer device. Fig. 2a is a schematic structural view of the reamer device, and fig. 2b is a schematic structural view of the reamer device when mounted on a ship body. As shown in fig. 2a and 2b, the reamer device includes a frame 1, a reamer shaft 2, a helical blade 3, a housing 4, and a motor. The framework 1 comprises a large circular ring 5, a small circular ring 6 and a plurality of connecting ribs 7 for connecting the large circular ring 5 and the small circular ring 6, wherein the connecting ribs 7 are provided with a plurality of comb teeth 8. The reamer shaft 2 is positioned in the framework 1. The helical blade 3 is distributed on the reamer shaft 2, and the edge of the helical blade 3 is fixedly connected with the connecting rib 7 of the framework 1. The casing 4 is located behind the framework 1, and the casing 4 is provided with a protective cover 9 extending above the framework 1. The motor is located casing 4, the pivot and the reamer axle 2 coaxial coupling of motor, the motor makes skeleton 1, reamer axle 2 be rotary motion and carries out the desilting. Wherein, skeleton 1, helical blade 3, protection casing 9 can build a relatively confined environment, reduce silt fall-back rate.

Fig. 3 is a schematic view of the link mechanism structure. As shown in fig. 3, the link mechanism includes a first link 10, a second link 11, and a third link 12, the ship comprises a fourth connecting rod 13, a rotary table 14 and a push rod 15, wherein the fourth connecting rod 13 is positioned below the first connecting rod 10, the second connecting rod 11 and the third connecting rod 12, the rotary table 14 is installed on a ship body and can horizontally rotate, the first connecting rod 10 is connected with the second connecting rod 11 through a length adjusting device 16, one end, far away from the second connecting rod 11, of the first connecting rod 10 is rotatably arranged on the rotary table 14, one end, far away from the first connecting rod 10, of the second connecting rod 11 is rotatably connected with the third connecting rod 12, one end, far away from the second connecting rod 11, of the third connecting rod 12 is fixed on the machine shell 4, one end of the fourth connecting rod 13 is rotatably arranged on the machine shell 4, the other end of the fourth connecting rod 13 is rotatably arranged on the rotary table 14, a mounting seat of the push rod 15 is rotatably connected with the rotary table 14, and a telescopic. The push rod 15 may be a hydraulic push rod to provide a driving force for the movement of the link mechanism. The length adjustment means 16 may be a nut and the first and second links 10 and 11 have a matching pair of threads thereon. Fig. 4 is a linkage retraction device. As shown in fig. 4, the link mechanism retraction device comprises a support 17, a pulley 18, a pull rope 19 and a control pull rope 19 for retracting a winch 20, wherein the support 17 is mounted on the ship body, the pulley 18 is arranged on the support 17, one end of the pull rope 19 is connected with the winch 20, and the other end of the pull rope 19 is connected with the first link 10 or the second link 11 after passing through the pulley 18. When the reamer device does not work, the winch 20 retracts the pull rope 19 to lift the reamer device off the water surface; when the reamer device works, the winch 20 puts down the pull rope 19 to put the reamer device under water.

Fig. 5 is a schematic structural view of the sludge discharge device. As shown in fig. 5, the mud discharging device comprises a mud suction pipe 21, a mud discharging pipe 22 and a mud pump arranged on the hull, wherein one end of the mud suction pipe 21 is connected with an opening at one end of the casing 4 far away from the framework 1, the other end of the mud suction pipe 21 is connected with a suction inlet of the mud pump, a discharge outlet of the mud pump is connected with the mud discharging pipe 22, and the mud discharging pipe 22 can extend to the stern. The mud pump can pump out the mud crushed by the reamer device, and the pumped mud is discharged by the mud discharge pipe 22.

FIG. 6 is a schematic view of the positioning device. As shown in fig. 6, includes a spud 23, and a driving device 24 for driving the spud 23 to rotate and vertically move in a vertical plane. When the ship works, the driving device 24 drives the positioning pile 23 to rotate to the vertical state, and then the positioning pile moves downwards to extend into the mud, so that the positioning work of the ship is completed. The spuds 23 of the two positioning devices can be alternately inserted into the water, so that the ship is slowly advanced and continuously dredged.

The push rod 15, the winch 20, the motor and the dredge pump are connected with a control system on the ship body, and the control system controls the working state of each part.
