1. A prefilming device is characterized by comprising a containing device, an elastic sealing plate and an elastic prefilming plate, wherein,

the elastic sealing plate and the elastic pre-film plate are arranged in a pipeline to be pre-filmed at intervals, the elastic sealing plate and the elastic pre-film plate are in interference fit with the inner wall of the pipeline, and the elastic sealing plate, the elastic pre-film plate and the inner wall of the pipeline between the elastic sealing plate and the elastic pre-film plate form a pre-filming space;

a corrosion inhibitor containing cavity with controlled and variable volume is arranged in the containing device, the corrosion inhibitor containing cavity is connected with a corrosion inhibitor injection pipe and a corrosion inhibitor discharge pipe, and the corrosion inhibitor discharge pipe is communicated with the pre-film space;

the corrosion inhibitor injection pipe is provided with a first valve, and the corrosion inhibitor discharge pipe is provided with a second valve.

2. The prefilmer of claim 1, wherein the prefilmer space is provided with a porous layer, the porous layer conforming to an inner wall of the conduit;

the porous layer includes a plurality of pores communicating to an inner wall of the conduit.

3. The prefilmer of claim 2, wherein the porous layer is a sponge layer.

4. The prefilmer of claim 1, wherein the resilient sealing plate is a straight rubber plate and the resilient prefilmer plate is a first cup.

5. The prefilmer of claim 4, further comprising a second cup, the second cup spaced apart from the first cup.

The prefilmer of claim 1, wherein the containment device comprises a piston cylinder and a piston mounted within the piston cylinder, the piston dividing the piston cylinder into the corrosion inhibitor holding chamber and a gas holding chamber, and the volume of the corrosion inhibitor holding chamber changing as the piston moves.

7. The prefilming machine according to claim 6, characterized in that a piston limiting ring for blocking the piston is arranged in the piston cylinder, and the volume of the corrosion inhibitor containing cavity is minimum when the piston is positioned at the piston limiting ring;

the corrosion inhibitor injection pipe and the corrosion inhibitor discharge pipe are respectively connected with the corrosion inhibitor containing cavity on one side of the piston limiting ring back to the piston.

The prefilmer of claim 1, wherein the second valve is a solenoid valve, the prefilmer further comprising a control circuit, the control circuit comprising the solenoid valve, a power supply, and a normally closed switch, the solenoid valve and the power supply being connected by a wire, the normally closed switch being disposed on the wire;

when the volume of the corrosion inhibitor containing cavity is changed to a first preset value, the normally closed switch is switched off, and the control circuit controls the electromagnetic valve to be closed.

9. A prefilming system comprising at least two prefilming devices according to any one of claims 1 to 8, adjacent two of which are connected by a universal connector.

The prefilming system according to claim 9, wherein the prefilming device on the front side of the universal connector is a front prefilming device, the prefilming device on the rear side of the universal connector is a rear prefilming device, and the second valve of the rear prefilming device is a second solenoid valve;

the postposition prefilming device comprises a linkage circuit, the linkage circuit comprises a second electromagnetic valve, a normally open switch and a second power supply, the second electromagnetic valve is connected with the second power supply through a lead, and the normally open switch is arranged on the lead;

when the volume of the corrosion inhibitor containing cavity of the front prefilmer is changed to a second preset value, the normally open switch is closed, and the linkage circuit controls the second electromagnetic valve to be opened.

11. The prefilming system of claim 10, wherein the linkage circuit further comprises a normally closed switch disposed on the wire;

when the normally open switch is closed and the volume change of the corrosion inhibitor containing cavity of the rear prefilmer is minimized, the normally closed switch is opened, and the linkage circuit controls the second electromagnetic valve to be closed.

Technical Field

The invention relates to the technical field of corrosion prevention of inner walls of pipelines, in particular to a prefilming device and a prefilming system.

Background

Pipelines for transporting petroleum are prone to corrosion during operation. In order to prolong the service life of the pipeline and reduce economic loss, before the pipeline is put into operation, a layer of corrosion inhibitor is required to be precoated on the inner part of the pipeline by using a pipeline cleaner as a protective film so as to prevent a medium conveyed in the pipeline from directly contacting the pipeline. The launching system is used for launching a pig. The ball serving system enables the pressure on the rear end of the pipe cleaner to be high and the pressure on the front end of the pipe cleaner to be low through the pressure of gas in the lifting pipeline, and then the pipe cleaner moves along the pipeline under the action of pressure difference at the front end and the rear end. The service system without the pre-filming process cannot pre-film the pipeline, and the service system with the pre-filming process is required to be used during pre-filming.

The existing prefilming system uses two pipe cleaners which are arranged in a pipeline in tandem, and the pipe cleaner positioned behind is used as the prefilming device. Because the periphery of two pig all is provided with respectively with the inner wall interference fit's of pipeline elasticity prefilming plate, consequently the inner space of pipeline is kept apart with the inner space of other position pipeline relatively between two pig. The corrosion inhibitor is injected into the pipeline between the two pipe cleaners, then the internal pressure of the pipeline behind the prefilming device is increased, and the pressure is greater than the pressure applied to the front end of the pipe cleaner in front, so that the pressure difference is generated between the rear end of the prefilming device and the front end of the pipe cleaner in front. Under the action of pressure difference, the rear pipe cleaner, namely the prefilming device, pushes the corrosion inhibitor, the corrosion inhibitor pushes the front pipe cleaner, and the three integrally walk in the pipeline. In the walking process, the corrosion inhibitor infiltrates the inner wall of the pipeline through which the corrosion inhibitor passes. When the elastic pre-film plate of the pre-film device pushes the corrosion inhibitor to run, the corrosion inhibitor cannot be completely scraped, a thin layer of corrosion inhibitor is remained along the inner wall of the pipeline, and the remained layer of corrosion inhibitor is a protective film.

If one section pipeline is preformed and the corrosion inhibitor is not used up, or in the process of pre-filming, when two pipe cleaners are stuck or damaged in the pipeline, the corrosion inhibitor can be remained in the pipeline between the two pipe cleaners, and then when at least one of the two pipe cleaners is taken down, the leakage of the corrosion inhibitor is easily caused.

Disclosure of Invention

The embodiment of the invention provides a prefilming device and a prefilming system, which are used for solving the problem that when at least one of two pipe cleaners is taken down, a corrosion inhibitor is easy to leak.

In order to achieve the above object, the embodiments of the present invention provide the following technical solutions:

a first aspect of an embodiment of the present invention provides a prefilmer, including: the device comprises an accommodating device, an elastic sealing plate and an elastic pre-film plate, wherein the elastic sealing plate and the elastic pre-film plate are arranged in a pipeline to be pre-film at intervals, the elastic sealing plate and the elastic pre-film plate are in interference fit with the inner wall of the pipeline, and the elastic sealing plate, the elastic pre-film plate and the inner wall of the pipeline between the elastic sealing plate and the elastic pre-film plate form a pre-film space; the containing device is internally provided with a corrosion inhibitor containing cavity with controlled and changed volume, the corrosion inhibitor containing cavity is connected with a corrosion inhibitor injection pipe and a corrosion inhibitor discharge pipe, and the corrosion inhibitor discharge pipe is communicated with the pre-film space; the corrosion inhibitor injection pipe is provided with a first valve, and the corrosion inhibitor discharge pipe is provided with a second valve.

Compared with the prior art, the pre-filming device provided by the embodiment of the invention has the following advantages:

the corrosion inhibitor containing cavity of the containing device stores the corrosion inhibitor used by the pre-film, and after the first valve and the second valve are closed, the pre-film device can contain the corrosion inhibitor to be carried at will. During the pre-filming operation, the volume of the corrosion inhibitor containing cavity is controlled to change, and the corrosion inhibitor is stably discharged into the pre-filming space, so that the consumption speed of the corrosion inhibitor is stable. When the pre-filming is finished or the maintenance is carried out midway, the residual corrosion inhibitor is remained in the corrosion inhibitor containing cavity, no waste is remained in the pipeline, and the step of sucking the corrosion inhibitor in the pipeline when the pre-filming device is carried and transferred in the prior art is also avoided.

Preferably, the pre-filming space is provided with a porous layer, and the porous layer is attached to the inner wall of the pipeline; the porous layer includes a plurality of pores communicating to an inner wall of the conduit.

Further, the porous layer is a sponge layer.

Preferably, the elastic sealing plate is a rubber straight plate, and the elastic pre-film plate is a first leather cup.

Further, the pre-filming device also comprises a second leather cup, and the second leather cup and the first leather cup are arranged at intervals.

Preferably, the containing device comprises a piston cylinder and a piston arranged in the piston cylinder, the piston divides the piston cylinder into a corrosion inhibitor containing cavity and a gas containing cavity, and the volume of the corrosion inhibitor containing cavity changes when the piston moves.

Furthermore, a piston limiting ring for blocking the piston is arranged in the piston cylinder, and the volume of the corrosion inhibitor accommodating cavity is minimum when the piston is positioned at the piston limiting ring; the corrosion inhibitor injection pipe and the corrosion inhibitor discharge pipe are respectively connected with the corrosion inhibitor containing cavity on one side of the piston limiting ring back to the piston.

Preferably, the second valve is an electromagnetic valve, the prefilming device further comprises a control circuit, and the control circuit comprises an electromagnetic valve, a power supply and a normally closed switch; the electromagnetic valve is connected with a power supply through a lead, and the normally closed switch is arranged on the lead; when the volume of the corrosion inhibitor containing cavity is changed to a first preset value, the normally closed switch is switched off, and the control circuit controls the electromagnetic valve to be closed.

A second aspect of an embodiment of the present invention provides a prefilming system comprising at least two prefilming devices according to the first aspect, adjacent two prefilming devices being connected by a universal connector.

The pre-filming system provided by the embodiment of the invention has the following advantages:

because the pre-filming system provided by the embodiment of the invention uses the pre-filming device, the pre-filming system provided by the embodiment of the invention naturally has the beneficial effect of the pre-filming device. In addition, by connecting a plurality of prefilmers, more corrosion inhibitors can be carried synchronously, and controlled use of the corrosion inhibitors ensures that the prefilmer operation of the whole pipeline is finished at one time, and the residual corrosion inhibitors can be easily stored if the prefilmer is not used up, or can be conveniently replaced to other pipelines for continuous use.

Preferably, the prefilmer positioned on one side in front of the universal connector is a front prefilmer, the prefilmer positioned on one side behind the universal connector is a rear prefilmer, and a second valve of the rear prefilmer is a second electromagnetic valve; the post-prefilming device comprises a linkage circuit, the linkage circuit comprises a second electromagnetic valve, a normally open switch and a second power supply, the second electromagnetic valve is connected with the second power supply through a lead, and the normally open switch is arranged on the lead; when the volume of the corrosion inhibitor containing cavity of the front prefilmer is changed to a second preset value, the normally open switch is closed, and the linkage circuit controls the second electromagnetic valve to be opened.

Furthermore, the linkage circuit also comprises a normally closed switch which is arranged on the lead; when the normally open switch is closed and the volume change of the corrosion inhibitor containing cavity of the rear prefilmer is minimized, the normally closed switch is opened, and the linkage circuit controls the second electromagnetic valve to be closed.

In addition to the technical problems solved by the embodiments of the present invention, the technical features constituting the technical solutions, and the advantages brought by the technical features of the technical solutions, other technical problems solved by the prefilmer and prefilmer system provided by the embodiments of the present invention, other technical features included in the technical solutions, and advantages brought by the technical features will be further described in detail in the detailed description.

The front end of the prefilming device or the prefilming system can be provided with a pipe cleaning device for cleaning and washing pipelines; of course, the pre-film may be directly formed after the separate cleaning without providing the pre-film.
