1. A clutch, comprising:

the inner ring of the clutch driven disc is provided with a first connecting piece used for being connected with the first shaft;

a clutch cover including a diaphragm spring; and

the pressure plate is connected with the clutch cover, and a second coupling piece used for being connected with a second shaft is arranged on the inner ring of the pressure plate;

wherein, when the clutch is assembled, the clutch cover is connected with an engine flywheel, and the clutch driven plate is arranged between the pressure plate and the engine flywheel.

2. The clutch of claim 1, wherein a damper disc is disposed between the pressure plate and the second coupling member.

3. The clutch of claim 2, wherein the pressure plate is connected to the damper disc by a rivet, and the damper disc is connected to the second coupling member by a snap groove.

4. The clutch of claim 2, wherein the second coupling is a splined hub.

5. The clutch of claim 1, wherein a clutch damper disc is disposed between the clutch driven disc and the first coupling member.

6. The clutch of claim 1, wherein the first coupling is a driven disk splined hub.

7. The clutch of claim 1, wherein the pressure plate is connected to the clutch cover by a drive belt and rivets.

8. A clutch system, characterized in that it comprises a clutch according to any one of claims 1-7.

9. The clutched system of claim 8, further comprising:

an engine flywheel;

a gearbox gear input shaft;

the motor input shaft is a hollow shaft and is concentrically arranged on the outer ring of the gear input shaft of the gearbox; and

wherein the clutch cover is connected with an engine flywheel, the first coupling member is connected with the gear input shaft of the gearbox, the second coupling member is connected with the motor input shaft, and the diaphragm spring inner ring is connected with a clutch actuator.

10. A vehicle, characterized in that it comprises a clutch system according to claim 8 or 9.

Technical Field

The present invention relates to the field of vehicle power transmission devices, and more particularly, to a clutch particularly suitable for a hybrid vehicle, and a clutch system and a vehicle having the same.

Background

Compared with the traditional automobile, the hybrid automobile has two power sources of an engine and a motor, so the driving mode is also multiple: the driving mode of the pure engine, the driving mode of the pure electric machine and the hybrid driving mode of the engine and the motor. The hybrid vehicle has a function of starting the engine by the motor and a function of charging the battery by the motor, in addition to a function of driving the vehicle by transmitting power to the transmission through the motor. The functions of the engine and the gearbox need to be realized, and the engine and the motor need to be connected. And the traditional single-plate clutch only has one power transmission route, and the engine cannot transmit power to the gearbox and the motor at the same time only through the clutch of the type.

Disclosure of Invention

It is an object of the present invention to solve or at least alleviate problems in the prior art.

According to some aspects, there is provided a clutch comprising:

a driven plate of the clutch is arranged on the front end of the clutch,

the inner ring of the clutch driven disc is provided with a first connecting piece used for being connected with a first shaft; a clutch cover including a diaphragm spring; the inner ring of the pressure plate is provided with a second coupling piece used for being connected with a second shaft;

wherein, when the clutch is assembled, the clutch cover is connected with an engine flywheel, and the clutch driven plate is arranged between the pressure plate and the engine flywheel.

Optionally, in the clutch, a damper disc is provided between the pressure plate and the second coupling member.

Optionally, in the clutch, the pressure plate is connected to the damper plate by a rivet.

Optionally, in the clutch, the damper disc is connected to the second coupling member through a snap groove.

Optionally, in the clutch, the second shaft coupling is a splined hub.

Optionally, in the clutch, a clutch damper disc is provided between the clutch driven disc and the first coupling member.

Optionally, in the clutch, the first coupling is a driven plate splined hub.

Optionally, in the clutch, the pressure plate is connected to the clutch cover by a belt and rivets.

In another aspect, a clutch system is provided, comprising a clutch according to various embodiments of the present invention.

Optionally, in the clutch system, the clutch system further includes:

an engine flywheel;

a gearbox gear input shaft;

the motor input shaft is a hollow shaft and is concentrically arranged on the outer ring of the gear input shaft of the gearbox; and

wherein the clutch cover is connected with an engine flywheel, the first coupling member is connected with the gear input shaft of the gearbox, the second coupling member is connected with the motor input shaft, and the diaphragm spring inner ring is connected with a clutch actuator.

There is also provided a vehicle comprising a clutching system as claimed in claim 8 or 9.

The clutch can realize a single-plate normally closed clutch with double power transmission.

Detailed Description

It is easily understood that according to the technical solution of the present invention, a person skilled in the art can propose various alternative structures and implementation ways without changing the spirit of the present invention. Therefore, the following detailed description and the accompanying drawings are merely illustrative of the technical aspects of the present invention, and should not be construed as all of the present invention or as limitations or limitations on the technical aspects of the present invention.

The terms of orientation of up, down, left, right, front, back, top, bottom, and the like referred to or may be referred to in this specification are defined relative to the configuration shown in the drawings, and are relative terms, and thus may be changed correspondingly according to the position and the use state of the device. A clutch and a clutch system according to an embodiment of the present invention will be described with reference to fig. 1 to 3. The clutch system includes: the clutch comprises an engine flywheel 1, a gearbox gear input shaft 3, a motor input shaft 4 and a clutch according to the embodiment of the invention, wherein the motor input shaft 4 is a hollow shaft and is concentrically arranged on the outer ring of the gearbox gear input shaft 3. As shown, the inboard gearbox range input shaft 3 extends beyond the motor input shaft 4 and includes an exposed portion for engagement with a first coupling member 27 of the inner race of the clutch driven plate, and the outboard motor input shaft 4 engages with a second coupling member 26 of the inner race of the pressure plate.

A clutch according to an embodiment of the present invention includes: a clutch disk 29, the inner ring of which 29 is provided with a first coupling 27 for connection with the first shaft. In some embodiments, the clutch driven plate 29 may be connected to the first coupling member 27 by a driven plate damper plate 28 to provide damping, noise reduction, etc. The driven disc damper disc 28 may include an elastic member such as a spring or the like having a damping function. The first coupling member 27 may be any coupling member suitable for connecting to a shaft and transmitting torque, such as a driven disk splined hub.

The clutch further comprises a clutch cover 2 with a diaphragm spring 21 and a pressure plate 24 connected to the clutch cover 2, the inner ring of the pressure plate 24 being provided with a second coupling member 26 for connection to a second shaft. In some embodiments, pressure plate 24 is connected to second coupling 26 by a dampening plate 25 to provide shock and noise dampening, among other functions. The damper disk 25 may have an elastic member such as a spring or the like having a damping function. The second coupling 26 may be any suitable device for connecting to a shaft and transmitting torque, such as a splined hub.

As shown in fig. 1, when the clutch is assembled, the clutch cover 2 is connected to the engine flywheel 1, and the clutch disk 29 is disposed between the pressure plate 24 and the engine flywheel 1. Furthermore, a clutch disk 29 and a pressure plate 24 are arranged on the gearbox gear input shaft 3 and the motor input shaft 4, respectively. More specifically, the first coupling member 27 may be arranged on and connected to the gearbox gear input shaft 3 and the second coupling member 26 on and connected to the motor input shaft 4. The inner ring of the diaphragm spring 21 is connected to the clutch actuator 6 via the release bearing 5.

As shown in fig. 3, in some embodiments, pressure plate 24 is connected to dampening plate 25 by rivets or any other suitable means. The damping disc 25 is connected to the second coupling member 26 by a snap groove or any other suitable means. In some embodiments, the clutch cover 2 is assembled first, and the clutch cover 2 may include a housing 20, a diaphragm spring 21, and a support ring 23, which are assembled together by the support rivets 9. Subsequently, the pressure plate 24 is connected to the assembled clutch cover 2 by the drive belt and the rivets 22. As shown in fig. 2, the assembled assembly is installed into a clutch system with the clutch disc 29 such that the clutch disc 29 is disposed between the pressure plate 24 and the engine flywheel 1.

The assembled clutch has two transmission paths:

the first approach is through the engagement of the splined hub of the clutch disc with the transmission gear input shaft 3, and when the clutch is closed, the diaphragm spring 21 exerts a pressure on the pressure plate 24, and the pressure plate 24 presses the clutch disc 29 against the engine flywheel 1 to rotate with the engine flywheel, which rotation is transmitted to the transmission gear input shaft 3 through the disc splined hub 27 of the inner race of the clutch disc 29, thereby transmitting power to the vehicle. The simplified route is: engine flywheel → clutch driven plate → splined hub → gearbox gear input shaft. The device can be arranged as a normally closed clutch, i.e. the coupling between the engine flywheel 1 and the gear input shaft of the gearbox is maintained without operating the clutch actuator 6, and the pressure of the diaphragm spring can be removed after operating the clutch actuator 6, so that the engine flywheel is used for decoupling from the clutch driven plate.

The second approach is to couple the engine power 1 and the motor input shaft 4 by the engagement of the splined hub 26 of the inner race of the pressure plate 24 of the clutch with the motor input shaft 4. The power transmission route is as follows: the engine flywheel → the clutch cover → the diaphragm spring → the pressure plate → the spline hub → the hollow motor input shaft, and the route can realize the continuous transmission of the power output by the engine to the motor or the reverse transmission, thereby realizing the function of charging the battery by driving the motor by the engine and the function of starting the engine by the motor. It should be appreciated that in this clutching system, the engine flywheel and the motor input shaft may remain coupled at all times.

Based on the above, the clutch according to the invention can realize a single-plate normally closed clutch with double power transmission.

In another aspect, a vehicle is also provided, which includes the clutch system according to various embodiments of the present invention.
