Technical Field

The invention relates to a vehicle, in particular to a table for a vehicle.

Background

At present, a table suitable for vehicles in the market generally comprises a support connected to a seat back, a table top connected to the support and a support rod supported between the support and the table top, wherein the frame and the support rod ensure that the table top cannot swing due to external force so as to provide office and living storage functions for passengers in the back row.

The existing desk suitable for the vehicle has potential safety hazards, when the vehicle has a collision accident, the head and the body of a passenger move downwards and forwards, and the head and the body of the passenger are easily damaged after the head and the body of the passenger touch a desktop because the existing desk suitable for the vehicle is difficult to buffer and protect the passenger.

Disclosure of Invention

The invention aims to provide a table for a vehicle, which can reduce or even eliminate the damage to passengers due to the contact with the table for the vehicle in the collision process of the vehicle.

The table for the vehicle comprises a support, a table top and an air bag arranged between the support and the table top, wherein the table top is connected with the support in a rotatable mode, the table top is supported on the air bag, the air bag is supported on the support, and a tearing line is arranged on the air bag.

The invention will be further explained with reference to the drawings.

As shown in fig. 1, the table for the vehicle comprises a support 1, a table top 2 and an air bag 3 arranged between the support 1 and the table top 2, wherein the table top 2 is rotatably connected with the support 1, the table top 2 is supported on the air bag 3, the air bag 3 is supported on the support 1, and a tearing line 5 is arranged on the air bag 3.

In this embodiment, the table top 2 is made of a soft material, which may be a soft plastic.

In this embodiment, the airbag 3 is provided with an inflation port 4. The table top 2 can be folded by deflating through the inflation port 4, and the air bag 3 can be inflated by the inflator.

In the embodiment, the top of the bracket 1 is provided with a connecting plate 6 extending forwards, and the connecting plate 6 is provided with a connecting hole 7 for matching with a headrest rod of the automobile seat. In this embodiment, as shown in fig. 2, the bracket 1 and the bracket are separable, and the bracket 1 is connected to the seat back by engaging the connecting hole 7 with the headrest rod in use. In other embodiments, the bracket 1 may also be a structure integrally connected with the seat back, for example, the bracket 1 is a framework of the seat back.

In the present embodiment, the stent 1 is a plate-like member, and the airbag 3 protrudes rearward from the stent 1.

In this embodiment, the air bag 3 is a hollow prism structure, the air bag 3 is enclosed by a first side wall, a second side wall, a third side wall and two end walls, the first side wall faces upward, the second side wall faces forward, the table top 2 is supported on the first side wall, and the second side wall is supported on the support 1, so that the air bag 3 with the structure is convenient to arrange, and can provide good support for the table top 2. As a preference, the tear line 5 is provided on the end wall.

In this embodiment, the table top 2 is rotatably connected to the stand 1 by a hinge structure, which may be, but is not limited to, a hinge.

As shown in fig. 2, when in use, the table for a vehicle is connected to a seat back of a front seat 8, the air bag 3 is positioned between the bracket 1 and the rotatable table top 2, when collision occurs, the head and the chest of a rear passenger 9 are in contact with the table top 2, when the gas pressure in the air bag 3 reaches a threshold value, the air bag 3 is torn along the tearing line 5 to form an air vent, and at the moment, the gas pressure in the air bag 3 and the collision acting force are mutually acting force and reacting force, so that the head and chest injury action of the rear passenger 9 is buffered and reduced; during a collision of the vehicle, in some cases, the leg portions of the rear passenger 9 move forward and upward, and the airbag 3 cushions and retards the upward and upward movement of the leg portions of the rear passenger. The tabletop 2 is made of soft materials, so that the tabletop 2 is prevented from directly injuring the head and the chest of a passenger 9 in the back row; meanwhile, the soft table top 2 and the air bag 3 are not easy to break into sharp fragments, so that secondary injury to passengers on the back row caused by the table for the vehicle can be prevented.
