The folding trailer of claim 1, wherein said first frame body is provided with a mounting seat, said second frame body is rotatably provided on said mounting seat, said mounting seat is provided with a first latch hole, and said second frame body is provided with a second latch hole; a latch is inserted in the first latch hole and the second latch hole when the folding trailer is in an unfolded state.

6. The folding trailer of claim 1, wherein the first frame body comprises a first main rod and a first telescopic rod, the first main rod is a hollow structure, and the first telescopic rod is inserted in the first main rod and can slide telescopically relative to the first main rod.

7. The folding trailer of claim 1, wherein the second frame body comprises a second main rod and a second telescopic rod, the second main rod is hollow, and the second telescopic rod is inserted in the second main rod and can slide telescopically relative to the second main rod.

Technical Field

The invention relates to the technical field of vehicles, in particular to a folding trailer.

Background

At present, an automobile is a common transportation tool in daily life of people, and with the improvement of living standard, more and more families around the world select outdoor vacation after work, which accelerates the development of domestic and foreign trailer industry. Conventional trailers are generally welded by steel frames, and articles such as boats, motorcycles or luggage can be placed on the trailers according to requirements. However, the conventional trailer has too large volume to meet the requirement of portable transportation when not in use. Therefore, how to design a trailer technology which is convenient to carry is a technical problem to be solved by the invention.

Disclosure of Invention

The invention provides a folding trailer, which realizes the folding design of the trailer so as to improve the portability of the trailer and further improve the user experience.

The invention provides a folding trailer which comprises a first frame body, a second frame body and two third frame bodies; rotating seats are arranged on two sides of the first frame body, one end part of the third frame body is rotatably arranged on the rotating seat on the corresponding side, wheels are arranged on the other end part of the third frame body, a first connecting shaft is further arranged on the second frame body, one end part of the second frame body is rotatably arranged on the first frame body, and second connecting shafts are respectively arranged on two sides of the second frame body; a connecting rod is arranged between the first connecting shaft and the second connecting shaft on the corresponding side; the first support body is provided with a cross beam, the middle of the cross beam is fixedly connected to the first support body, and the length direction of the cross beam is perpendicular to that of the first support body.

According to the folding trailer provided by the invention, by adopting the second frame body and the third frame body which are designed to be folded, when the folding trailer is used, the second frame body is stretched and drives the third frame body to be opened at the same time, so that wheels at two sides are separated to support, and the first frame body can be loaded with articles to be transported according to the requirement; and under the user state not, the second support body rotates foldingly to make the third support body of both sides and lean on the both sides at first support body, the whole volume of trailer under fold condition is less, is convenient for place the transportation on the car, and then the portability of effectual promotion trailer, in order to improve user experience nature.

Detailed Description

In order to make the objects, technical solutions and advantages of the embodiments of the present invention clearer, the technical solutions in the embodiments of the present invention will be clearly and completely described below with reference to the drawings in the embodiments of the present invention, and it is obvious that the described embodiments are some, but not all, embodiments of the present invention. All other embodiments, which can be derived by a person skilled in the art from the embodiments given herein without making any creative effort, shall fall within the protection scope of the present invention.

As shown in fig. 1 to 7, the foldable trailer of the present embodiment includes a first frame 1, a second frame 2 and two third frames 3; the two sides of the first frame body 1 are provided with rotating seats 11, one end part of the third frame body 3 is rotatably arranged on the rotating seat 11 on the corresponding side, the other end part of the third frame body 3 is provided with wheels 31, the third frame body 3 is also provided with a first connecting shaft 32, one end part of the second frame body 2 is rotatably arranged on the first frame body 1, and the two sides of the second frame body 2 are respectively provided with a second connecting shaft 21; a connecting rod 4 is arranged between the first connecting shaft 32 and the second connecting shaft 21 on the corresponding side.

When in actual use, when needing to consign goods through the folding trailer, then can expand the use with the folding trailer, specific process is as follows: the second frame body 2 is rotated to be opened with respect to the first frame body 1, and the third frame bodies 3 at both sides are pulled to be unfolded by the connecting rod 4 while the second frame body 2 is opened, so that the wheels 31 at both sides are relatively separated. Thus, the folding trailer is completely unfolded and supported by the wheels 31 at the two sides, and a user can place the articles to be consigned on the trailer; the front end of the trailer is connected with a power vehicle (automobile) through the second frame body 2, so that the trailer can be dragged to travel outside through the power vehicle.

And under the user state of not using, the user can be with second support body 2 for first support body 1 antiport, second support body 2 will be folded and paste with first support body 1 and lean on together, and meanwhile, connecting rod 4 will drive the third support body 3 rotation of both sides in step to make third support body 3 lean on at first support body 1. Like this, be in the trailer under fold condition, whole volume is less, and then can deposit on the car to make things convenient for the user to go out to carry the use.

Wherein, because the trailer needs to be pulled at the car afterbody, then be provided with crossbeam 10 on first support body 1, the middle part fixed connection of crossbeam 10 is on first support body 1, the length direction of crossbeam 10 and the length direction mutually perpendicular of first support body 1. Preferably, the rotating seat 11 is arranged obliquely downward. In addition, after the trailer is folded, the overall thickness of the trailer in the folded state is effectively reduced (for example, the folded thickness of the trailer is the size of the wheels 31 can be controlled), so that the overall volume of the trailer in the folded state is reduced to the maximum extent. Further, in order to increase the rotation angle of the third frame 3, the second connecting shaft 21 is arranged obliquely with respect to the third frame 3. Specifically, when the trailer is in the folded state, the second connecting shaft 21 is inclined toward the rotating seat 11, and when the trailer is in the unfolded state, the second connecting shaft 21 is inclined away from the rotating seat 11. Like this, during user operation, the in-process of rotating second support body 2, the second connecting axle 21 that utilizes the slope to arrange can the effectual rotation angle who increases third support body 3, and then satisfies the compact structure's when folding designing requirement, simultaneously, satisfies the high requirement of first support body 1 under the expansion state. In actual processing, the rotating base 11 may be formed by assembling two metal plates disposed up and down oppositely, the metal plates are fixed on the first frame body 1, and two end portions of the metal plates are inclined downward to realize the inclined installation of the second frame body 2, and the specific structural form of the rotating base 11 is not limited herein.

Further, the third frame body 3 comprises two support rods 33 and a wheel seat 34, the two support rods 33 are parallel to each other and hinged between the wheel seat 34 and the rotating seat 11 on the corresponding side, a four-bar linkage is formed among the rotating seat 11, the two support rods 33 and the wheel seat, and the wheel 31 is arranged on the wheel seat 34. Specifically, in the process of rotating the second frame body 2 to drive the third frame body 3 to rotate through the connecting rod 4, the supporting rods 33 support the wheel seat 34 to move, and the two supporting rods 33 are parallel to each other to form a four-bar mechanism with a double-rocker structure, so that the stable movement of the wheel seat 34 can be ensured, and the horizontal posture of the wheel seat 34 can be kept stable.

In order to facilitate installation of the second frame body 2, an installation base 12 may be arranged on the first frame body 1, the second frame body 2 may be rotatably arranged on the installation base 12, a first pin hole (not marked) is arranged on the installation base 12, and a second pin hole (not marked) is arranged on the second frame body 2; in the unfolded state of the folding trailer, the latch 121 is inserted in the first latch hole and the second latch hole. Specifically, after the trailer is unfolded, the first and second latch holes are aligned, and then the latch 121 is inserted into the first and second latch holes, so that the second frame body 2 cannot rotate relative to the first frame body 1, thereby achieving the purpose of locking the trailer.

When in use, in order to meet the consignment requirements of articles with different length and size, the first frame body 1 comprises a first main rod 13 and a first telescopic rod 14, the first main rod 13 is of a hollow structure, and the first telescopic rod 14 is inserted into the first main rod 13 and can slide telescopically relative to the first main rod 13. Specifically, the first telescopic rod 14 is adjusted to move relative to the first main rod 13 so as to adjust the overall length of the first frame body 1, and then the consignment requirements of objects with different length and size are met. And, as for the first main lever 13, the rotating holder 11 and the mounting holder 12 are disposed thereon. Similarly, the second frame body 2 may also be of a telescopic structure, that is, the second frame body 2 includes a second main rod 22 and a second telescopic rod 23, the second main rod 22 is of a hollow structure, and the second telescopic rod 23 is inserted into the second main rod 22 and can slide telescopically relative to the second main rod 22. The rotatable installation of second mobile jib 22 is on first support body 1, through adjusting second telescopic link 23 for the removal of second mobile jib 22 to adjust the overall length of second support body 2, and then satisfy the consignment requirement of different length size article.

Furthermore, in order to meet the transportation requirements of different articles, as shown in fig. 8, a detachable carrying seat 5 may be provided on the first frame body 1 and/or the second frame body 2. Specifically, the carrying seat 5 is designed correspondingly according to the structure of the object to be shipped, and the carrying seat 5 is generally installed on the first frame body 1 and/or the second frame body 2 in a bolt fastening manner. On transporting different article through the trailer, then corresponding installation goes up the bearing seat 5 that corresponds the structure, and then improves the commonality of trailer. For example: as shown in fig. 8, the carrying seat 5 is used for carrying the motorcycle; as shown in fig. 9, the carrier base 5 is then used for shipping an inflatable boat. The specific structure of the carrier 5 is not limited here.
