1. A quick renovating method for a mixed plastic track is characterized by comprising the following steps:

(1) selecting a plastic track: selecting a mixed plastic track, wherein all layers below the surface layer of the plastic track are in good states;

(2) polishing and cleaning: cleaning the surface layer of the original plastic track, polishing the cleaned plastic track after the cleaning is finished, keeping the surface layer of the original plastic track in a uniform and flat state, and cleaning the polished plastic track again;

(3) opening a hole: manually forming a hole in the cleaned plastic track through a hole forming tool, wherein the diameter of the lower part of the hole is larger than that of the upper part of the hole;

(4) and (3) preparing a mixed material on the surface layer: proportioning according to the formula of the surface layer of the original plastic track to prepare a surface layer mixture;

(5) paving a surface layer mixture: and manually filling a surface layer mixture into the hole to be flush with the surface of the polished plastic track, and paving the surface layer by using a paver when the mixture in the hole is in a solidified state.

2. The method for quickly retreading a hybrid plastic track as claimed in claim 1, wherein in the step (2), the surface layer is polished so that the thickness of the polished surface layer is the same value.

3. The method for quickly renovating a hybrid plastic track as claimed in claim 1, wherein in the step (2), the ground plastic track is cleaned by a plastic track cleaning machine.

4. The method for quickly renovating a hybrid plastic track as claimed in claim 1, wherein in the step (3), the bottom of the hole is contacted with the ground, and the hole is opened by a wallpaper knife or a hand-held drilling machine.

5. The method for quickly renovating a hybrid plastic track as claimed in claim 1, wherein the number of the holes opened in the step (3) is 3-9 holes per square meter.

Technical Field

The invention relates to the technical field of plastic track renovation, in particular to a quick renovation method for a mixed type plastic track.

Background

The plastic track is also named as all-weather track for track and field sports and consists of polyurethane prepolymer, mixed polyether, waste tyre rubber, EPDM rubber grain or PU grain, pigment, assistant and stuffing. The plastic track has the characteristics of good flatness, high compressive strength, proper hardness and elasticity and stable physical performance, is beneficial to the exertion of the speed and the technology of athletes, effectively improves the sports performance and reduces the tumble injury rate. The plastic track is made of materials such as polyurethane rubber, has certain elasticity and color, has certain ultraviolet resistance and aging resistance, and is the best all-weather outdoor sports ground floor material internationally recognized.

When the whole mixed type plastic track is renovated, the base layer is generally required to be cleaned and repaired, when the base layer and the like of the plastic track are in good states, the base layer and the like in the good states are cleaned in order to complete the renovation of the plastic track, so that the resource waste is easily caused, the renovation cost is increased to a certain degree, and the renovation period is long.

Disclosure of Invention

The invention aims to provide a quick renovating method for a mixed type plastic track, which can be used for quickly renovating the original mixed type plastic track, reduces the renovating cost, improves the renovating efficiency, shortens the renovating period, and has good combination degree and stability of a newly laid surface layer and the original plastic track.

The technical purpose of the invention is realized by the following technical scheme:

a quick renovating method for a mixed plastic track comprises the following steps:

(1) selecting a plastic track: selecting a mixed plastic track, wherein all layers below the surface layer of the plastic track are in good states;

(2) polishing and cleaning: cleaning the surface layer of the original plastic track, polishing the cleaned plastic track after the cleaning is finished, keeping the surface layer of the original plastic track in a uniform and flat state, and cleaning the polished plastic track again;

(3) opening a hole: manually forming a hole in the cleaned plastic track through a hole forming tool, wherein the diameter of the lower part of the hole is larger than that of the upper part of the hole;

Preferably, in the step (2), when the surface layer is polished, the surface of the polished surface layer is in the same plane.

Preferably, in the step (2), the polished plastic track is cleaned by a plastic track cleaning machine.

Preferably, in the step (3), the bottom of the hole is contacted with the ground, and the hole is formed by a wallpaper cutter or a handheld drilling machine.

Preferably, the number of the holes opened in the step (3) is 3-9 holes per square meter.

The invention has the beneficial effects that: the surface layer is renovated on the basis of the original mixed plastic track in a good state, so that the renovation efficiency is improved; meanwhile, through the design of the holes with the wide lower part and the narrow upper part, the combination degree of the surface layer added later and the original plastic track is increased, and the firmness is better.

(2) polishing and cleaning: cleaning the surface layer of the original plastic track by a plastic track cleaning machine, polishing the cleaned plastic track after cleaning is finished, enabling the surface of the surface layer of the polished plastic track to be in the same plane, and cleaning the polished plastic track again;

(3) opening a hole: manually forming holes on the cleaned plastic track through a wallpaper cutter or a handheld drilling machine, wherein the number of the holes is maintained to be 6 holes per square meter, the diameter below the holes is larger than that above the holes, and the bottoms of the holes are in contact with the ground;

(4) and (3) preparing a mixed material on the surface layer: proportioning according to the formula of the surface layer of the original plastic track to prepare a surface layer mixture;

(5) paving a surface layer mixture: and manually filling a surface layer mixture into the hole to be flush with the surface of the polished plastic track, and paving the surface layer by using a paver when the mixture in the hole is in a solidified state.

The plastic track renovated by the method not only improves the renovation efficiency, but also has high combination degree of the newly laid surface layer and the original plastic track and high adhesion degree with the original plastic track, the lower end surface of the newly laid surface layer is also combined with the surface layer mixture filled in the holes, and the holes are designed to be wide at the bottom and narrow at the top, so that the combination degree of the surface layer and the original plastic track is further improved, and the stability of the newly laid surface layer is increased.
