The grinding trolley is an actuating mechanism for grinding operation and is a key composition structure of the steel rail grinding wagon. The grinding trolley frame is used as a key structure for installing the grinding unit, and has important influence on the accuracy, reliability and safety of the grinding trolley operation.

(1) according to the steel rail grinding trolley frame, the wheel track of the walking wheels is designed in an adjustable mode, and compared with a structure that the walking wheels of a traditional steel rail grinding trolley are relatively fixed, the wheel track of the walking wheels can be adjusted to meet the grinding requirements of different line track gauges (a standard gauge, a wide rail and a narrow rail);

(2) the steel rail grinding trolley frame adopts the installation frame structure with the left side and the right side which are independently symmetrical, and is provided with the grinding device lifting mechanism, so that the left frame and the right frame can be independently lifted relative to the grinding trolley, the grinding states of the frames at the two sides are not influenced mutually, when a single-side rail grinding head needs to be lifted in an obstacle avoidance manner in the operation process, only the frame at the corresponding side needs to be lifted, and the influence on the grinding efficiency caused by the frequent lifting and falling of the whole grinding trolley in the operation process is avoided;

(3) according to the rail grinding trolley frame, the distance between the mounting seats of the grinding units of the left and right side frames is adjustable, and rail grinding trolleys with different grinding head numbers can be obtained by adjusting the mounting distance between the grinding units, so that the diversified requirements of customers can be met;

(4) according to the rail grinding trolley frame, an independent symmetrical frame structure is adopted, the grinding unit mounting frame is positioned at the top of the trolley, the middle and lower spaces of the trolley are both in an open structure, and a modular structure is adopted, so that when a problem occurs in a single-side frame or a grinding unit, a specific module can be detached and maintained in a targeted manner, the detachment, installation and maintenance can be more convenient, the maintenance cost is obviously reduced, and great convenience is provided for the subsequent maintenance of the grinding trolley and the grinding unit.

The two wheel track adjusting guide columns 7 are fixedly connected to the front end and the rear end of the middle beam 3 along the operation direction of the polishing trolley 200 through bolts respectively, and wheel track adjusting guide sleeves 8 are sleeved at the two ends of the wheel track adjusting guide columns 7 along the length direction (the direction is W in the attached drawing 1). The unit installation frame 2 that polishes welds on first unit installation frame 1 and the second unit installation frame 4 that polishes, and the unit 300 that polishes is fixed on the unit installation frame 2 through bolted connection, and the relative position through the adjustment unit installation frame 2 that polishes changes the installation quantity of the unit 300 that polishes, and 2 ~ 8 and relatively independent unit 300 that polishes are installed to first unit installation frame 1 or the second unit installation frame 4 that polishes. The sharpening unit mounts 2 are opposite to each other two by two and symmetrically welded to the first sharpening unit mounting frame 1 and the second sharpening unit mounting frame 4. The first polishing unit mounting frame 1 and the second polishing unit mounting frame 4 are respectively welded with polishing unit mounting seats 2, the polishing units 200 are fixed on the corresponding polishing unit mounting frames through bolt connection, the number of the polishing units 20 which can be mounted can be changed by adjusting the relative positions of the polishing unit mounting seats 2 during manufacturing, and 2-8 polishing units 20 which are relatively independent can be mounted on each side frame. Therefore, the number of the grinding heads of the steel rail grinding wagon can be flexibly adjusted according to actual engineering requirements, and the diversified requirements of customers can be met compared with the structural design of the grinding heads of the grinding wagon in the prior art, wherein the number of the grinding heads of the grinding wagon is fixed. According to the rail grinding trolley frame described in the specific embodiment of the invention, an independent symmetrical grinding unit mounting frame structure is adopted, when a problem occurs in a single-side mounting frame or grinding unit 20, a specific module can be detached and maintained in a targeted manner, the rail grinding trolley frame can be detached, installed and maintained more conveniently, and the maintenance cost is reduced remarkably. Meanwhile, the polishing trolley frame in the prior art adopts an integral frame closed structure, and the side part and the middle part of the trolley are provided with rectangular cross beams, so that the structure can cause great difficulty in maintenance of the polishing trolley. According to the rail grinding trolley frame described in the specific embodiment of the invention, the grinding unit mounting frame is positioned at the top of the trolley, the middle and lower spaces of the trolley are both in an open structure and adopt a modular structure, when a problem occurs in a single-side frame or a grinding unit, a specific module can be detached and maintained in a targeted manner, the detachment, installation and maintenance can be more convenient, the maintenance cost is obviously reduced, and great convenience is provided for the maintenance of the subsequent grinding trolley and the grinding unit.

As shown in fig. 5 to 8, in an embodiment of a rail grinding wagon according to an embodiment of the present invention, a grinding wagon 200 is installed at a lower portion of a grinding wagon 100, and includes: frame 300, fire and dust prevention device 400, draw gear 500, hoisting device 600, grinding unit 20 and locking device 24. The carriage 300 includes a center sill 3, and a first polishing unit mounting frame 1 and a second polishing unit mounting frame 4 which are arranged at left and right sides of the center sill 3 in a symmetrical structure and can be independently lifted. The traction device 500 is of a vertical traction structure and is arranged at the front end and the rear end of the working direction of the polishing trolley 200, and the traction device 500 is installed at the bottom of the polishing trolley 100 and is connected with the middle beam 3 and used for transmitting the traction force of the polishing trolley 100 to the frame 300. The fireproof and dustproof device 400 is installed on the carriage 300, and the sanding unit 20 is installed on the first and second sanding unit mounting frames 1 and 4 and is disposed inside the fireproof and dustproof device 400. The lifting device 600 has one end connected to the bottom of the sanding vehicle 100 and the other end connected to the frame 300, and the sanding carriage 200 can be fixed to the bottom of the sanding vehicle 100 by the locking device 24.

The towing attachment 500 further includes a tow bar mount 14, a tow bar 15, and a tow bar guide 16. The traction rod mounting seat 14 is fixed at the bottom of the sanding vehicle 100, the top end of the traction rod 15 is connected to the traction rod mounting seat 14, the traction rod guide sleeve 16 is sleeved on the traction rod 15, and the traction rod guide sleeve 16 is connected with the middle beam 3 through a traction connecting plate 27. The traction force of the sanding vehicle 100 is transmitted to the frame 300 through the traction rod mounting seat 14, the traction rod 15, the traction rod guide 16 and the traction connecting plate 27, thereby driving the sanding trolley 200 to work.

The lifting device 600 further comprises a sanding trolley lifting mechanism 19, an upper mounting 25 and a lower mounting 26. One end of the sanding trolley lifting mechanism 19 is secured to the bottom of the sanding vehicle 100 by an upper mounting bracket 25 and the other end is secured to the road wheel mounting bracket 17 by a lower mounting bracket 26. The overall raising and lowering of the sanding trolley 200 is controlled by the sanding trolley lifting mechanism 19.

As shown in fig. 9, a rail device 21 is further provided between two adjacent sanding units 20 of the first and/or second sanding unit mounting frames 1, 4. The relative variation of the initial position of the rail leaning device 21 and the movement position after the rail leaning device is calculated, and the transverse movement amount of the transverse movement mechanism 28 of the grinding unit 20 is combined with the initial position of the transverse movement mechanism 28, so that the side surface of the steel rail 30 is pressed.

In the embodiment of the present invention, the wheel track adjusting mechanism 10, the grinding device lifting mechanism 11 and the grinding trolley lifting mechanism 19 may be in the form of an oil cylinder, an air cylinder, an electric cylinder, etc. The grinding device lifting guide pillar 5 and the grinding device lifting guide sleeve 6, and the wheel track adjusting guide pillar 7 and the wheel track adjusting guide sleeve 8 can be combined by adopting guide rails and sliders, and can realize the function of moving pairs by adopting alternative structures such as gear and rack combination besides the combination of the guide pillars and the guide sleeves.

By implementing the technical scheme of the steel rail grinding trolley frame described in the specific embodiment of the invention, the following technical effects can be achieved:

(1) according to the steel rail grinding trolley frame described in the specific embodiment of the invention, the wheel track of the walking wheels is designed in an adjustable manner, and compared with a structure that the walking wheels of a traditional steel rail grinding trolley are relatively fixed, the wheel track of the walking wheels can be adjusted to meet the grinding requirements of different line track gauges (a standard gauge, a wide rail and a narrow rail);

(2) the steel rail grinding trolley frame described in the specific embodiment of the invention adopts the installation frame structure with the independent and symmetrical left and right sides and the grinding device lifting mechanism, so that the independent lifting of the left and right frames relative to the grinding trolley can be realized, the grinding states of the frames at the two sides are not influenced mutually, when a single-side rail grinding head needs to avoid obstacles to be lifted in the operation process, only the frame at the corresponding side needs to be lifted, and the influence on the grinding efficiency caused by the frequent lifting and falling of the whole grinding trolley in the operation process is avoided;

(3) according to the steel rail grinding trolley frame described in the specific embodiment of the invention, the distance between the mounting seats of the grinding units of the left and right side frames is adjustable, and steel rail grinding trolleys with different grinding head numbers can be obtained by adjusting the mounting distance between the grinding units so as to meet the diversified requirements of customers;

(4) according to the steel rail polishing trolley frame described in the specific embodiment of the invention, an independent symmetrical frame structure is adopted, the polishing unit mounting frame is positioned at the top of the trolley, the middle and lower spaces of the trolley are both in an open structure, and a modular structure is adopted, so that when a problem occurs in a single-side frame or a polishing unit, a specific module can be detached and maintained in a targeted manner, the detachment, installation and maintenance can be more convenient, the maintenance cost is obviously reduced, and great convenience is provided for the subsequent maintenance of the polishing trolley and the polishing unit.

The embodiments are described in a progressive manner in the specification, each embodiment focuses on differences from other embodiments, and the same and similar parts among the embodiments are referred to each other.
