s4, forming a detection image according to the received echo, and judging whether the track in the area to be detected is compact or not according to the detection image; and if the judgment result is that the defect exists, judging the depth and the size of the defect according to the detection image.

s2: carrying out phase control on the phase-controlled single crystal probes, combining and superposing the phase-controlled single crystal probes according to a preset program to generate a matrix synthesis sound beam for carrying out ultrasonic scanning on the racetrack in the region to be detected;

s3: receiving echo waves reflected by the matrix synthesis sound beams in the track of the area to be detected according to the frequency of the matrix synthesis sound beams generated by the phase control single crystal probe;

s4, forming a detection image according to the received echo, and judging whether the jet of the track in the area to be detected is compact or not according to the detection image; if the judgment result is that the defect exists, the depth and the size of the defect are judged according to the detection image.
