4. The cargo box of claim 1, further comprising an upper frame structure comprising a second rectangular frame and risers, wherein the risers correspond to the connectors one-to-one and are fixedly connected to the connectors and the top corners of the second rectangular frame, respectively.

5. The cargo box of claim 4, wherein the second rectangular frame and the risers are formed from an aluminum alloy.

6. A container as claimed in claim 4 wherein the connection of the risers to the connectors is by way of bolts.

The cargo box as defined by claim 1 wherein the box side panels include first and second fasteners and a moveable door disposed between and removably connected to the first and second fasteners, the moveable door being pivotally connected to the floor and the first and second fasteners being fixedly connected to the floor.

8. A container as claimed in claim 7 wherein the moveable door is provided with a handle.

9. A container as claimed in claim 1 wherein the floor is attached to the side panels by welding.

10. A container as claimed in any one of claims 1 to 9 wherein the container is coated with a corrosion resistant layer.

Technical Field

Background

With the development of science and technology and the improvement of the living standard of people, goods transportation becomes an increasingly frequent activity in the aspects of the country, the society and the people's life. Usually, the goods transports through the vehicle, and common mode is for adding on the automobile body and establishes the packing box, and current packing box material adopts steel, and is very heavy, causes serious burden for the automobile body, causes the goods bearing capacity lower.

Disclosure of Invention

The embodiment of the invention aims to provide a container, and solves the problems that the conventional container is made of steel and is very heavy, so that the vehicle body is seriously burdened, and the load bearing capacity of goods is low.

In order to achieve the above purpose, an embodiment of the present invention provides a cargo box, where the cargo box includes a box body formed by enclosing a box bottom and box side plates, the box bottom is adjacent to and fixedly connected with the box side plates, the box bottom includes a support frame and a floor, the support frame is an aluminum alloy support frame, the floor is a honeycomb aluminum sandwich floor, and the honeycomb aluminum sandwich floor includes an aluminum alloy composite plate, a honeycomb aluminum plate and an aluminum alloy composite plate, which are sequentially stacked.

Optionally, the support frame includes a first rectangular frame, a support rod is disposed in the first rectangular frame, and the support rod is fixedly connected to the first rectangular frame.

Optionally, the container is arranged in a cuboid, a connecting piece is arranged between adjacent side plates of the container, the connecting piece is provided with a first fixing groove in a first direction, a second fixing groove is arranged in a second direction, and a part of one side plate of the adjacent side plates of the container is positioned in the first fixing groove and is fixedly connected with the connecting piece; and the part of the other box side plate in the adjacent box side plates is positioned in the second fixing groove and is fixedly connected with the connecting piece.

Optionally, the cargo box further includes an upper frame structure, the upper frame structure includes a second rectangular frame and vertical plates, and the vertical plates correspond to the connecting pieces one to one and are respectively fixedly connected to the connecting pieces and the top corners of the second rectangular frame.

Optionally, the second rectangular frame and the vertical plate are made of aluminum alloy.

Optionally, the connection mode of the vertical plate and the connecting piece is bolt connection.

Optionally, the box side plate comprises a first fixing piece, a second fixing piece and a movable door, the movable door is arranged between the first fixing piece and the second fixing piece and detachably connected with the first fixing piece and the second fixing piece, the movable door is rotatably connected with the floor, and the first fixing piece and the second fixing piece are fixedly connected with the floor.

Detailed Description

The technical solutions in the embodiments of the present invention will be clearly and completely described below with reference to the drawings in the embodiments of the present invention, and it is obvious that the described embodiments are some, not all, embodiments of the present invention. All other embodiments, which can be derived by a person skilled in the art from the embodiments given herein without making any creative effort, shall fall within the protection scope of the present invention.

As shown in fig. 1, an embodiment of the present invention provides a cargo box, where the cargo box includes a box body formed by enclosing a box bottom 10 and box side plates 20, the box bottom 10 is disposed adjacent to and fixedly connected to the box side plates 20, the box bottom 10 includes a support frame 102 and a floor 101, the support frame 102 is an aluminum alloy support frame, the floor 101 is a honeycomb aluminum sandwich floor, and the honeycomb aluminum sandwich floor includes an aluminum alloy composite plate, a honeycomb aluminum plate, and an aluminum alloy composite plate, which are sequentially stacked.

The floor 101 is fixedly connected with the supporting frame 102, the supporting frame 102 is fixedly connected with the vehicle frame, and the supporting frame 102 is located below the floor 101 and used for supporting and fixing the floor. The floor is located the bottom of box for place the goods, and above-mentioned case curb plate 20 is located the lateral part of box, can set up to four, and four case curb plates 20 end to end and mutually perpendicular, case curb plate 20 is perpendicular to the floor. The box bottom 10 and the box side plates 20 are enclosed to form a box body with an open top, a cover plate can be arranged at the top of the box body to seal the box body, and a top cover also can be omitted and can be directly used, so that goods can be loaded and unloaded conveniently.

Specifically, the support frame 102 is fixedly connected to the vehicle frame, and the fixing connection manner of the support frame 102 to the vehicle frame may be any one of the following manners:

the support frame 102 is provided with bolt holes, and the support frame is bolted with the frame through bolts;

the support frame 102 is welded to the vehicle frame;

the support frame 102 is riveted to the vehicle frame.

The floor 101 is fixedly connected with the supporting frame 102, and the connection mode can be any one of the following modes:

the supporting frame 102 is provided with bolt holes, and the supporting frame 102 is bolted with the floor 101 through bolts;

the supporting frame 102 is welded with the floor 101;

the support frame 102 is riveted to the floor 101.

In the embodiment of the invention, the aluminum alloy supporting frame 102 and the honeycomb aluminum sandwich floor 101 are adopted, the honeycomb aluminum sandwich floor 101 comprises the aluminum alloy composite plate, the honeycomb aluminum plate and the aluminum alloy composite plate which are sequentially stacked, and the aluminum alloy and the honeycomb aluminum are lower in density than steel materials adopted by a common box body, so that the weight of the box body is reduced by adopting the aluminum alloy supporting frame and the honeycomb aluminum sandwich floor, the burden of a vehicle body is reduced, and the cargo carrying capacity is improved.

Further, the floor panel 101 and the box side panel 20 may be connected by welding.

Compared with riveting and bolts, welding has the advantages of simplicity in operation, good connection performance, lower cost and the like, and in the embodiment of the invention, the floor and the box side plate 20 are welded, so that the floor and the box side plate are connected more firmly.

Optionally, the support frame includes a first rectangular frame, a support rod is disposed in the first rectangular frame, and the support rod is fixedly connected to the first rectangular frame.

Specifically, the quantity of bracing piece can set up according to actual bearing demand, the both ends of bracing piece weld in the first rectangular frame. It should be understood that the connecting member 30 includes a first connecting block disposed along a first direction and a second connecting block disposed along a second direction, the first direction is perpendicular to the second direction, the first connecting block is connected with the second connecting block in an integrated manner, the first connecting block disposed along the first direction is away from the one end of the second connecting block disposed along the second direction is inwardly recessed to form the first fixing groove 301, the second connecting block disposed along the second direction is away from the one end of the first connecting block disposed along the first direction is inwardly recessed to form the second fixing groove 302.

By adopting the connecting member 30 having the fixing groove structure, the box side plate 20 is partially received in the fixing groove of the connecting member 30, so that the connection is more secure, and the reliability of the connection is improved.

Further, the connecting member 30 is provided with a hollow structure 303, and the hollow structure 303 is located at a vertical intersection of the first connecting block and the second connecting block. The holes 303 can reduce the weight of the connecting piece 30, so that the weight of a container is reduced, the burden of a vehicle body is reduced, and the load bearing capacity of goods is improved.

Optionally, as shown in fig. 3, the container further includes an upper frame structure 40, where the upper frame structure 40 includes a second rectangular frame 401 and vertical plates 402, and the vertical plates 402 correspond to the connectors 30 one by one and are respectively and fixedly connected to the top corners of the connectors 30 and the second rectangular frame 401.

It should be understood that the vertical plate 402 includes four vertical plates, which correspond to and are fixedly connected to the four top corners of the second rectangular frame 401, the vertical plate 402 includes a first sub-plate and a second sub-plate, which are perpendicular to each other and integrally formed, the first sub-plate is fixedly connected to the first connecting block, and the second sub-plate is fixedly connected to the second connecting block.

It should be understood that the second rectangular frame 401 includes four cross beams, and the cross beams include a first sub cross beam and a second sub cross beam, which are perpendicular to each other and integrally connected. The first sub-beams of the two adjacent beams are fixedly connected, and the second sub-beams of the two adjacent beams are respectively and fixedly connected with the first sub-plate and the second sub-plate of the vertical plate 402.

Specifically, the length of the vertical plate 402 may be set according to an actual load-bearing requirement, the vertical plate 402 is respectively fixedly connected to the connecting member 30 and the top corner of the second rectangular frame 401, and the fixed connection may be any one of the following manners:

the connecting piece 30 is provided with a bolt hole, and the vertical plate 402 is bolted with the connecting piece 30 through a bolt;

the connecting piece 30 is welded with the vertical plate 402;

the connecting piece 30 is riveted with the vertical plate 402.

In the embodiment of the invention, the storage space of the container is enlarged by arranging the upper frame structure 40.

Optionally, the second rectangular frame 401 and the vertical plate 402 are made of aluminum alloy.

Because the density of the aluminum alloy is less than that of steel adopted by the common box body, the weight of the box body is reduced by adopting the aluminum alloy second rectangular frame 401 and the aluminum alloy vertical plate 402, so that the burden of a vehicle body is reduced, and the load bearing capacity of goods is improved.

Optionally, as shown in fig. 1, the box side plate 20 includes a first fixing member 201, a second fixing member 202, and a movable door 203, the movable door 203 is disposed between the first fixing member 201 and the second fixing member 202, and is detachably connected to the first fixing member 201 and the second fixing member 202, the movable door 203 is rotatably connected to the floor, and the first fixing member 201 and the second fixing member 202 are fixedly connected to the floor.

It should be understood that the number of the tank side panels 20 provided with the first fixed member 201, the second fixed member 202 and the movable door 203 may be 1, 2, 3 or 4, and it is preferable that the first fixed member 201, the second fixed member 202 and the movable door 203 are provided on the tank side panel 20 located at the rear of the vehicle body.

Specifically, the movable door 203 and the floor may be rotatably connected by a hinge. Fixing grooves are formed in the first fixing member 201 and the second fixing member 202, inserting members which can be inserted into the fixing grooves are formed in the movable door 203, when the movable door 203 is in a closed state, the inserting members are inserted into the fixing grooves, and when the movable door 203 is in an open state, the inserting members are separated from the fixing grooves. It should be understood that the first fixing member 201 and the second fixing member 202 each have a fixing groove, and the movable door 203 has an insertion member corresponding to the fixing groove one by one.

The first fixed member 201, the second fixed member 202 and the movable door 203 are provided on the box side panel 20 at the rear of the vehicle body, so that the cargo can be conveniently loaded and unloaded. Further, a handle is arranged on the movable door 203 to facilitate opening and closing the movable door 203

Furthermore, the container is coated with an anticorrosive coating, and the anticorrosive coating adopts fluorocarbon or electrostatic powder. The chlorinated polyether has outstanding anticorrosion property, and the service life of the metal can be greatly prolonged by spraying or dip-coating the chlorinated polyether on the surface of the metal, so that the service life of the container is prolonged.
