Preferably, the grinding bracket 53 is further provided with an arc-shaped sliding chute 531, and the cutting bracket 32 is further provided with a limiting rod penetrating through the sliding chute 531, so that the rotation range of the grinding bracket relative to the cutting bracket can be limited, and the fixed grinding bracket can reliably rotate relative to the cutting bracket; the adjustment lever 532 may be used to adjust the grinding feed of the second grinding wheel 52.
