As shown in fig. 5, the flow control assembly comprises a square block 18 fixedly sleeved on the distillation tube 5, a square cavity communicated with the distillation tube 5 is arranged in the square block 18, a U-shaped block 19 is arranged at one side of the square block 18, the U-shaped block 19 is connected with the square block 18 in a sliding manner, a strip-shaped opening communicated with the square cavity is arranged on the end surface of the square block 18 close to the U-shaped block 19, a control plate 20 is arranged in the strip-shaped opening in a matching manner, one end of the control plate 20 extends out of the strip-shaped opening and is fixedly connected with the U-shaped block 19, the volume of the control plate 20 inserted into the square cavity can control the throughput, so as to control the flow of the distillation tube 5, the U-shaped block 19 is connected with the square block 18 in a sliding manner, a reset assembly for the U-shaped block 19 is arranged on the square block 18, so as to play a reset role for the control plate 20, a U-shaped rod 21 fixedly, the U-shaped rod 21 is connected to the threaded rod 16 by a transmission assembly.

As shown in fig. 5, the reset assembly includes a first fixing block 22 fixedly disposed on the upper end surface of the square block 18, a second fixing block 23 is fixedly disposed on the upper end surface of the U-shaped block 19, a reset spring 24 is disposed between the first fixing block 22 and the second fixing block 23, two ends of the reset spring 24 are respectively fixedly connected with the first fixing block 22 and the second fixing block 23, and the distance between the second fixing block 23 and the first fixing block 22 can be limited by the elastic force of the reset spring 24, so that the position of the U-shaped block 19 is controlled to have a reset function.

As shown in fig. 6, the transmission assembly includes a pulley 25 disposed on the upper side of the can cover 2, the pulley 25 is rotatably connected with a fixing frame 26, the fixing frame 26 is fixedly connected with the can cover 2, a pull rope 27 is wound on the pulley 25, the threaded rod 16 is coaxially and fixedly connected with a wire reel 28, one end of the pull rope 27 is fixedly connected with the side wall of the wire reel 28, the other end of the pull rope 27 is fixedly connected with the middle section of the U-shaped rod 21, when the threaded rod 16 rotates along with the movement of the piston 14, the wire reel 28 is driven to rotate to wind the pull rope 7, when winding, the U-shaped rod 21 can be pulled through the pull rope 27 to drive the U-shaped block 19 to move.

As shown in fig. 1 and 4, the driving assembly includes a driven gear 29 horizontally disposed on the upper side of the can cover 2, the driven gear 29 is coaxially and fixedly connected with a driving rod, the driving rod penetrates through the can cover 2 and is fixedly connected with the frame-shaped scraping strip 9, the driven gear 29 is engaged with a rack 30, the rack 30 is slidably connected with the can cover 2, one side of the rack 30 away from the driven gear 29 is fixedly provided with a frame 31, a half gear 32 is disposed in the frame 31, a plurality of tooth grooves engaged with the half gear 32 are uniformly distributed on two inner side walls of the frame 31, a driving motor 33 is fixedly mounted on the upper side of the can cover 2, an output end of the driving motor 33 is coaxially and fixedly connected with the half gear 32, the driving motor 33 drives the half gear 32 to rotate when working, because the tooth grooves on the inner wall of the frame 31 are acted by the half gear 32, the frame 31 reciprocates, and further, the effect of scraping or stirring is achieved.

As shown in fig. 2 and 3, the temperature control assembly includes an annular chamber disposed in the wall of the main tank 1, an open water tank 34 is disposed on one side of the main tank 1, circulation pipes 35 are fixedly connected to both sides of the open water tank 34, both circulation pipes 35 penetrate through the main tank 1 and communicate with the annular chamber, a thermal insulation valve 36 is fixedly disposed at the connection position of both circulation pipes 35 and the main tank 1, the thermal insulation valve 36 adopts the prior art, the opening and closing of the circulation pipes 35 are controlled, and a thermal insulation effect is achieved when the circulation pipes are closed, one circulation pipe 35 is fixedly connected with a circulation water pump 37, methyl silicon oil circulates in the open water tank 34, the circulation pipes 35 and the annular chamber by the operation of the circulation water pump 37, the internal temperature of the main tank 1 is led out, a plurality of heat dissipation fins 38 are uniformly and fixedly connected to the side wall of the open water tank 34, heat in the open water tank, the boiling point is higher, and simultaneously specific heat capacity is great, and emergency treatment is effectual.

The use steps of the explosion-proof distillation retort for the chemical equipment are as follows:

a) distilling operation is carried out through the distilling tube 5 and the main tank body 1, a thermometer thread is screwed into the closed cylinder 10 first, then the two limiting bolts 13 are pulled out, the closed cylinder 10 is screwed into the explosion-proof cylinder 7 by rotating the closed cylinder 10 through the reinforcing block 11, the positions of a plurality of communicating openings on the explosion-proof cylinder 7 correspond to the positions of a plurality of strip-shaped openings, and at the moment, the temperature in the main tank body 1 can be measured through the thermometer;

b) when the pressure in the main tank body 1 is too high, the pressure pushes the piston 14 to slide in the short pipe 8, the piston 14 drives the threaded rod 16 to rotate when sliding, the threaded rod 16 is provided with a torsion spring 17 for limiting the rotation of the threaded rod 16, and when the internal pressure is too high, the position of the piston 14 exceeds the positions of a plurality of pressure relief openings in the short pipe 8, so that the pressure is relieved;

c) when the piston 14 moves, the threaded rod 16 rotates to drive the wire spool 28 to rotate, the pull rope 27 is wound, the U-shaped rod 21 is pulled under the guiding effect of the pulley 25, the U-shaped rod 21 moves to drive the U-shaped block 19 to move, the U-shaped block 19 moves to enable the control plate 20 to enter the square block 18 and seal the distillation tube 5, the entering amount of steam is reduced, and therefore the function of regulating and controlling the pressure intensity is achieved;

d) when distillation and cleaning the interior of the main tank body 1 are carried out, the driving motor 33 works, the driving motor 33 drives the half gear 32 to rotate, the frame body 31 is driven to reciprocate by the half gear 32 and the frame body 31, the frame body 31 drives the rack 30 to reciprocate, and then the driven gear 29 is driven to reciprocate, the driven gear 29 drives the frame-shaped scraping strip 9 in the main tank body 1 to rotate through the driving rod, the effects of stirring and scraping the inner wall are achieved, the distillation and cleaning effects are improved, and meanwhile, the frame-shaped scraping strip 9 is provided with an inner concave section, so that the mutual influence between the frame-shaped scraping strip 9 and the explosion-proof cylinder 7 is avoided;

e) when the inside temperature of the main tank body 1 out of control is too high, cut off the steam input, open two simultaneously and separate warm valve 36 and circulating water pump 37, circulating water pump 37 work makes methyl silicon fluid circulate between toroidal cavity, two circulating pipes 35 and uncovered water tank 34, take out main tank body 1 inside heat fast to uncovered water tank 34 and distribute away, set up heat radiation fins 38 and increase the radiating efficiency, because fluid has higher specific heat capacity, can be quick absorb the heat, be adapted to the high temperature condition.
