Background

An electromagnetic compatibility (EMC) test of the new energy automobile is used as a test which influences the driving safety and reliability of the whole automobile, and is a key point of research and development, detection and authentication and industrial development of new energy automobile products. At present, electronic and electric parts and electric control parts mounted on automobiles must meet the radiation and conduction test requirements of automobile electronic electromagnetic compatibility tests including disturbance tests (EMI) and immunity tests (EMS). The electromagnetic compatibility test of the traditional automobile is mature at present in China, and the EMC test of new energy automobiles, particularly safety parts such as motors and batteries, is to be improved step by step.

The new energy automobile motor is required to be subjected to electromagnetic compatibility test in an on-load mode more and more, but the condition for carrying out the on-load test on the motor is lacked in a general EMC test anechoic chamber, and the existing method needs to modify the anechoic chamber.

Detailed Description

In order to make the invention more comprehensible, preferred embodiments are described in detail below with reference to the accompanying drawings.

As shown in fig. 1, the EMC test loading system for the motor of the present invention includes an analog loading device, a torque sensor 200, a transmission mechanism 300, a power supply system 401, a control system 402, a monitoring system 201, and a rack case 500, in this embodiment, the analog loading device is an eddy current brake 400 with a cooling device, and the cooling device of the eddy current brake 400 includes one or more of an air cooling device, a water cooling device, and an oil cooling device, and is used for cooling the eddy current brake.

The eddy current brake 400 is respectively connected with a power supply system 401 and a control system 402, the power supply system 401 is connected with the motor 100 to be tested and the torque sensor 200 to supply power to the motor 100 to be tested, the torque sensor 200 and the eddy current brake 400, and the control system 402 is used for controlling the braking force of the eddy current brake 400, so that the working state required by the actual loading of the motor 100 to be tested is simulated. The eddy current brake 400 is connected with the motor 100 to be tested through the transmission mechanism 300 and is used for applying a load to the motor 100 to be tested; the transmission mechanism 300 is a belt wheel transmission mechanism and comprises a large belt wheel 301, a small belt wheel 302 and a transmission belt 303, the large belt wheel 301 is connected with the eddy current brake 400, the small belt wheel 302 is connected with the torque sensor 200, the large belt wheel 301 and the small belt wheel 302 are connected through the transmission belt 303, and the large belt wheel 301 provides torque for the small belt wheel 302 through the transmission belt 303. The large belt wheel 301, the small belt wheel 302 and the transmission belt 303 can be freely replaced in size according to actual needs so as to meet the requirements of transmission rotating speed and torque. The transmission shafts at the two ends of the torque sensor 200 are respectively connected with the small belt pulley 302 and the motor 100 to be detected through the first coupler 203 and the second coupler 202, the transmission shafts are used for acquiring the rotating speed and torque data information of the motor 100 to be detected and transmitting the rotating speed and torque data information to the monitoring system 201, the monitoring system 201 is respectively connected with the output end of the torque sensor 200 and the input end of the control system 402, and the received rotating speed and torque data information is transmitted to the control system 402, so that the working state of the motor 100 to be detected is ensured to meet the requirements.

The eddy current brake 400, the large pulley 301 and the driving belt 303 of the driving mechanism 300 are installed in the gantry housing 500, and the torque sensor 200 and the small pulley 302 are installed outside the gantry housing 500. Wave-absorbing materials are pasted on one side of the front face of the rack box body 500, a fixing device 501 is arranged on the upper surface of the rack box body and used for mounting the torque sensor 200 and the motor 100 to be tested, the fixing device 501 can be one of a T-shaped groove or a sliding rail device, and a roller 502 with a positioning lock is mounted at the bottom of the rack box body 500.

When the EMC test is carried out, the motor 100 to be tested, the torque sensor 200, the rack box 500, the transmission mechanism 300 and the eddy current brake 400 are all arranged in the anechoic chamber 600, and the power supply system 401, the control system 402 and the monitoring system 201 are positioned outside the anechoic chamber 600; the control system 402 and the monitoring system 201 both use shielded wires as signal transmission lines and are connected into the anechoic chamber 600 through a wall interface board AP or a ground interface board CP of the anechoic chamber 600.

When the motor 100 to be tested needs to be subjected to a loading test, a control instruction is input to the eddy current brake 400 with cooling through the control system 402, so that the eddy current brake 400 with cooling outputs a specified braking torque, and the torque is transmitted to the torque sensor 202 and the motor 100 to be tested through the transmission mechanism 300, so that the requirement of the loading test is met; when the rotating speed of the motor 100 to be tested needs to be changed, the real-time rotating speed and torque information is fed back to the monitoring system 201 through the torque sensor 202, data are provided for experimenters, meanwhile, the monitoring system 201 sends the information to the control system 402, the output torque of the eddy current brake 400 is changed in real time, closed-loop control is formed, and therefore the load change requirement in the testing process is met.
