inserting a support spring from the upper end of the plastic pipe to be processed and connecting the upper end of the plastic pipe to be processed with an inlet of a fluid process system;

inputting hot fluid to the plastic pipe fitting to be processed through a fluid supply system to soften the plastic pipe fitting, and attaching the softened plastic pipe fitting to the deformation groove;

fixing the softened plastic pipe fitting in the deformation groove;

and after the softened plastic pipe fitting is completely attached to the deformation groove, inputting cold fluid or normal-temperature fluid to the plastic pipe fitting through the fluid supply system, and cooling and shaping the plastic pipe fitting.

Background

In order to meet the use requirement, the pipeline is often required to be bent, but due to the characteristics of the plastic pipeline and the rubber pipeline, a bent piece is not easy to manufacture. At present, plastic bent pipes are generally manufactured by adopting integrated forming equipment, such as an injection molding machine, a compressor, an extruder, a die casting machine and the like, particularly, in the forming process of a plastic bent part, plastic raw materials are required to be heated into a molten state firstly and then injected into a mold for forming, the process is complex and is only suitable for large-scale production, and the plastic bent pipe is not suitable for bending formed plastic pipelines according to specific requirements.

Disclosure of Invention

Aiming at the technical problem that the existing processing equipment is difficult to bend the formed plastic pipeline, the invention provides the plastic pipe bending device and the processing method, which can bend the formed plastic pipeline and have the characteristics of simple structure, simple operation and high efficiency.

The invention is realized by the following technical scheme:

a plastic pipe fitting bending device comprises an arc-shaped die, wherein a deformation groove for accommodating a plastic pipe fitting is formed in the upper end of the arc-shaped die, and the deformation groove is bent into an arc shape along the length direction of the arc-shaped die; the notch of the deformation groove is provided with a plurality of fixing components for fixing the plastic pipe fittings, and the fixing components are distributed at intervals along the length direction of the deformation groove; the plastic pipe fitting is characterized by further comprising a first connector and a second connector which are connected with a fluid supply system, wherein the first connector and the second connector are used for connecting two ends of the plastic pipe fitting, and the fluid supply system is used for inputting hot fluid or cold fluid to the plastic pipe fitting.

When the pipe bending machine is used for pipe bending, one end of the plastic pipe is fixed at one end of the deformation groove through the fixing component, and hot fluid is input into the plastic pipe through the fluid supply system to heat and soften the plastic pipe, so that the plastic pipe is gradually attached to the deformation groove under the actions of the self weight of the plastic pipe, the gravity of the hot fluid and/or the assistance of external force; and then fixing the plastic pipe fitting by using the fixing assembly until the plastic pipe fitting is completely attached in the deformation groove. At the moment, normal temperature fluid is introduced into the bent plastic pipe through the switching pipeline to be cooled and shaped, and the bent plastic pipe fitting is detached after complete shaping and cooling. The deformation groove can be made into grooves with different radiuses and arc lengths according to the requirement so as to process bent pipes with different radiuses and arc lengths and meet the customized requirement.

Furthermore, the plastic pipe bending device further comprises a supporting spring which is used in a matched mode, wherein the supporting spring is used for supporting the inner wall of the plastic pipe, namely when the plastic pipe is bent, the supporting spring with the outer diameter matched with the plastic pipe to be processed is inserted into the supporting spring, so that the supporting spring can provide support for the plastic pipe when the plastic pipe is bent and deformed, and then the phenomenon that the surface of the plastic pipe is sunken and wrinkled in the bending process to influence the effect and the quality of the bent pipe is avoided.

As a specific embodiment of the fluid supply system, the fluid supply system comprises a hot fluid tank and a cold fluid tank; outlets of the hot fluid tank and the cold fluid tank are connected with a liquid inlet reversing valve, and inlets of the hot fluid tank and the cold fluid tank are connected with a second joint through a liquid return reversing valve; the reversing valve is connected with the first joint, and a circulating pump is arranged between the first joint and the reversing valve so as to control the circulating pump to circulate hot fluid or cold fluid through reversing of the reversing valve.

Furthermore, a heating module is arranged in the hot fluid box to heat and preserve heat of the fluid.

As specific implementation modes of the first joint and the second joint, the first joint and the second joint respectively comprise a sleeve joint cylinder, one end of the sleeve joint cylinder is open, the other end of the sleeve joint cylinder is provided with a connecting part, a sealing ring is arranged in the sleeve joint cylinder, and the sealing ring is used for sealing a gap between the sleeve joint cylinder and the plastic pipe fitting. When the plastic pipe fitting sealing device is used, the plastic pipe fitting is directly inserted into the sleeve joint cylinder, the sealing ring has certain elasticity, and the sealing effect can be still achieved after the plastic pipe fitting deforms.

Preferably, the material of the sealing ring is polytetrafluoroethylene rubber, so that the friction between the sealing ring and the plastic pipe fitting is reduced by utilizing the self-lubricating property of polytetrafluoroethylene, and the sufficient service life of the sealing ring can be ensured while the surface quality of the end part of the plastic pipe fitting is ensured.

Preferably, the open end of the sleeve joint barrel is provided with a guide taper section so that the end part of the plastic pipe fitting can be conveniently inserted into the sleeve joint barrel.

Specifically, the cross section of the deformation groove is semicircular to ensure that the plastic pipe fitting can be completely attached to the deformation groove after being deformed.

As a specific embodiment of the fixing assembly, the fixing assembly is an arc-shaped buckle assembly to realize rapid fixing and detachment of the plastic pipe fitting.

The invention also provides a plastic pipe bending method, which comprises the following steps:

connecting the lower end of the plastic pipe fitting to be processed with an outlet of a fluid supply system, and fixing one end of the plastic pipe fitting to be processed at one end of the deformation groove;

inserting a support spring from the upper end of the plastic pipe to be processed and connecting the upper end of the plastic pipe to be processed with an inlet of a fluid process system;

inputting hot fluid to the plastic pipe fitting to be processed through a fluid supply system to soften the plastic pipe fitting, and attaching the softened plastic pipe fitting to the deformation groove;

fixing the softened plastic pipe fitting in the deformation groove;

after the softened plastic pipe fitting is completely attached to the deformation groove, inputting cold fluid or normal-temperature fluid to the plastic pipe fitting through a fluid supply system, and cooling and shaping the plastic pipe fitting;

and taking the plastic pipe fitting out of the deformation groove, and bending the completely shaped plastic pipe fitting.

The invention has the beneficial effects that:

1. inputting hot fluid into the plastic pipe fitting through a fluid supply system to heat and soften the plastic pipe fitting, so that the plastic pipe fitting is gradually attached to the deformation groove under the actions of the self weight of the plastic pipe fitting, the gravity of the hot fluid and/or the assistance of external force; then fixing the plastic pipe fitting by using the fixing component until the plastic pipe fitting is completely attached in the deformation groove; at the moment, normal temperature fluid is introduced into the bent plastic pipe through the switching pipeline to be cooled and shaped, and the bent plastic pipe fitting is detached after complete shaping and cooling.

2. The deformation groove can be made into grooves with different radiuses and arc lengths according to the requirements so as to process bent pipes with different radiuses and arc lengths and meet the customized requirements.
