All degrees of freedom of possible motion of the wheels 7 are realized by the rollers and the universal wheels, so that the friction force is reduced, and the operation is light and labor-saving.

The invention can realize the turnover transportation of the wheels on the flat ground, and the moving mode is simple and labor-saving. During the wheel assembling process, the wheel can rotate along the axis and move along the axial direction easily. To facilitate alignment of the assembly holes while avoiding interference of the tool with the vehicle structure.
