Background

Workpieces are fed and discharged by a mechanical arm in the batch processing production process, and the actions of grabbing and placing the workpieces are indispensable. After finish machining or workpieces with fragile materials, the most basic requirement is to lightly hold and slowly release the workpieces to prevent gouges. However, when the manipulator places the workpiece, the clamping jaw cannot be loosened after the workpiece is in zero-distance contact with the placing platform, a certain distance is always kept, the clamping jaw is loosened, and the workpiece has a short-distance free falling process. May result in the risk of gouging or damaging portions of the finished part.

The current conventional damping and buffering method is to use damping materials. Disclosure of Invention

In order to solve the technical problems, the invention provides an automatic adjusting jacking buffer device, which controls the buffer stroke of a buffer by sensing the weight information of a workpiece to be lifted through a control assembly, realizes the automatic adjustment of the descending height of the workpiece on a floating plate, avoids the damage of the workpiece, simultaneously positions the workpiece accurately and ensures the consistent grabbing height of the workpiece every time.
