With the improvement of environmental protection requirements, denitration markets in the power industry and the SARS industry are all outbreak. In the face of such a large denitration market, most of domestic denitration catalyst production technologies are imitation products of imported foreign technologies or foreign technologies, the quality is uneven, and few denitration catalyst production lines with independent intellectual property rights in China are available. (1) after uncoiling a stainless steel net coil, leveling the surface of the stainless steel net coil to eliminate the reverse stress of the stainless steel net plate, automatically correcting the position, and then entering a material distribution treatment process;

(2) the material is spirally extruded into particles, and is uniformly arranged on the surface of the stainless steel screen plate, so that the temperature of the surface of the material is rapidly reduced;

(3) after cooling, the material and the stainless steel screen plate enter a first-stage rolling way, and the granular material is formed on the stainless steel screen plate;

then, first-stage heating is carried out to quickly evaporate moisture in the materials; until n-level rolling and n-level heating; further heating and compacting the material of the stainless steel mesh plate;

(4) after n-level rolling and heating, shaping and folding, shearing into required size, drying and roasting to obtain the finished denitration catalyst.

After n-level rolling and heating, the denitration catalyst enters a setting machine, after the denitration catalyst is pleated by a pleating machine, the denitration catalyst is cut into required sizes by a shearing machine, the denitration catalyst enters a drying machine, after the final drying, the boxing is finished by a boxing system, and the denitration catalyst enters a roasting furnace for roasting, so that the denitration catalyst finished product is obtained after the roasting.

Compared with the prior art, the preparation method and the device of the SCR plate-type denitration catalyst have the following beneficial technical effects:

As shown in fig. 1, a preparation apparatus of an SCR plate-type denitration catalyst includes the following devices: the automatic uncoiler 1 is sequentially connected with a leveling machine 2, a stress relieving machine 3, a deviation correcting device 4 and a distributing device 7, and the distributing device 7 comprises a reciprocating distributing machine and a wind knife speed cooler; the material mixing machine 5 and the screw extruder 6 are also arranged on the material distribution device 7; the output end of the distributing device 7 is sequentially connected with a multi-stage rolling and heating system; the outlet end of the heating furnace of the last stage of rolling and heating system is sequentially connected with a forming machine 13, a creasing machine 14, a shearing machine 15, a drying machine 16, a boxing system 17 and a roasting furnace 18.
