thirdly, controlling the printing viscosity of the silver ink within 21-23 s and the temperature of 80 ℃ during printing; the printing viscosity of the varnish is 22-25 s, the temperature is 110 ℃, the printing viscosity of the transparent yellow is controlled to be 16s, and the temperature is 110 ℃. The three printing ink printing solvents are ethanol and water, so that the problem that the VOC of the printed finished product exceeds the standard is well solved.

The printing process for printing the silver imitation gold and silver card paper on the white card paper is well realized.

The white cardboard manufactured by the process of the invention imitates gold (silver) cardboard: compared with the transfer of aluminum foil gold and silver card paper, the process is simple, only one-time printing is needed, the power consumption is reduced, and the waste gas emission is reduced; production cost of the company is reduced, and the benefit of the company is increased. Fourthly, the method can be used for copying gold and silver card paper with different hues, and has wide application range.
