The invention has the beneficial effects that: according to the silencing blower, the electric wire enters the silencer from the inlet roller and penetrates into the threading hole through the blowing nozzle, the electric wire penetrates through the water blowers, the electric wire exits the silencer from the outlet roller after penetrating through the two water blowers, the air blowing cylinder is arranged between the two water blowers to effectively improve the effect of drying the electric wire, the air outlet quantity of the blowing nozzle can be effectively adjusted by adjusting the distance between the adjusting rotating shaft and the inner wall of the blowing nozzle, the air outlet quantity of the water blowers can be controlled, and noise reduction is facilitated; meanwhile, the inlet roller, the outlet roller, the water blower and the air blowing cylinder are arranged in the silencer, and the silencer is used for absorbing the noise of air blowing, so that the noise is effectively reduced.
