In the filter press in the prior art, the cake material is firmly attached to the filter plates 21, and can easily and naturally fall off when the filter plate is unloaded instead of being opened along the gap between adjacent filter plates 21, the unloading can be completed only by knocking the filter plates 21 with a blunt tool in a matching manner, and even the stubborn and adhered part of the filter cake can be knocked off only by repeatedly knocking with a large force, based on the defect, the linear grooves 111-a are arranged on the surface of the rail 111 side by side along the length direction of the rail 111, when the filter plate handle 31 travels, the roller 32 repeatedly passes through the grooves 111-a to drive the filter plates 21 to vibrate, so that the filter plates are assisted to fall off quickly, namely, the blunt tool is used for knocking the filter plates 21 to protect the filter plates 21.

Through the matching of the positioning pin 37 and the elongated slot 111-B, firstly, the positioning function of the positioning pin prevents the filter plate 21 from deviating along the left and right directions, namely, the filter plate handle 31 is ensured not to derail, and the function of protecting the filter plate 21 is achieved; and secondly, the filter plate 21 can be always kept perpendicular to the walking direction when walking, so that the condition of angular deflection is avoided, and the damage of other parts is avoided.

Referring again to fig. 2, the pulling plate device includes a transmission mechanism, which is disposed on the main beam 11 and runs in the unloading movement direction of the filter plates 21, and a movable member 41 engaged therewith. With the walking direction of unloading of filter plate 21, first filter plate in the group 2 of unloading, its both sides are provided with the push handle 42 and are used for installing moving part 41, push handle 42 can direct fixed connection in the side of first filter plate, also can fix the filter plate handle 31 at first filter plate, in view of the compactness of structure and the convenience of continuous installation between these several parts, in this implementation case, preferably will push handle 42 fixed connection in the top of filter plate handle 31.

The pushing handle 42 is provided with a driving unit 43, the movable member 41 is a slender member, one end of the movable member is a connecting end and is connected with the output end of the driving unit 43, the other end of the movable member is a free end, the movable member 41 can move under the driving of the driving unit 43, the free end of the movable member can move to a transmission mechanism to be combined with the transmission mechanism, under the operation of the transmission mechanism, the first filter plate drives the rest filter plates 21 in the discharging plate group 2 to move along the discharging direction, and then the gap between the adjacent filter plates 21 is opened to finish discharging. The discharging mode of the invention is as follows: after the filter press performs filter pressing of mud materials, the pressing plate returns to reset, then the discharging plate group 2 closest to the pressing plate is driven by the driving unit 43 to be combined with the transmission mechanism, the moving part 41 of the first filter plate of the discharging plate group 2 is driven by the driving unit 43 to move the rest filter plates 21 of the discharging plate group 2 along the discharging direction, gaps between the adjacent filter plates 21 are opened for discharging, and after the last filter plate 21 of the discharging plate group 2 is pulled, the next discharging plate group 2 performs repeated actions and sequentially reaches the last discharging plate group 2.

Compared with the pull plate trolley or other pull plate modes in the prior art, the pull plate device has the advantages that the movable piece 41 is combined with the transmission structure.

Firstly, the discharging is continuous, the discharging of the current discharging plate group 2 can be started after the last filter plate 21 of the previous discharging plate group 2 is pulled to move for a certain distance, and the time interval between the pulling of the two adjacent discharging plate groups 2 is denoted as t1, the prior art needs to pull the previous discharging plate group 2 and the current discharging plate group 2 for a considerable distance to complete the discharging, the time interval between the pulling and the stopping of the previous discharging plate group 2 is denoted as t2, obviously t1< t2, it should be noted that, after the pulling cart completes the discharging operation of the previous discharging plate group 2, the position of the pulling cart is the same as that of the previous discharging plate group 2, the pulling cart needs to move to the current discharging plate group 2 to perform the discharging operation of the current discharging plate group 2, the time interval between the moving of the pulling cart is denoted as t3, t3 is slightly smaller than t2 but differs a little, so that the time interval between the pulling of the two adjacent discharging plate groups 2 in the prior art is denoted as, far greater than t1, the time taken to unload all N discharge plate groups 2 is far less than that of the prior art, and the plate pulling method of the present invention has an absolute advantage in terms of efficiency.

Secondly, the setting reliability of the discharging operation mechanism is better, the transmission mechanism continuously operates at a constant speed, after the operation speed of the transmission mechanism is set, the time interval between the movable part 41 of the adjacent discharging plate group 2 and the transmission mechanism can be set according to the number of the filter plates 21 in the discharging plate group 2 and the distance for pulling the adjacent discharging plate group 2 to discharge, and the mechanism is logically simpler and is not easy to cause the problem of execution error. In the prior art, the setting of the discharging operation is realized by the reciprocating movement of the pulling trolley between two adjacent discharging plate groups 2, the pulling trolley pulls the previous discharging plate group 2 to move for discharging, and when the previous discharging plate group 2 is pulled to be incapable of moving continuously (the previous discharging plate group 2 blocks the current discharging plate group 2 to move continuously), the frequency converter of the pulling trolley detects that the current of the motor exceeds a threshold value, at the moment, the motor reversely rotates to drive the pulling trolley to move to the current discharging plate group 2, and the discharging operation of the current discharging plate group 2 is performed by steering again according to the same steering mechanism, compared with the mechanism, the mechanism is more complicated logically, the steering of the pulling trolley depends on the feedback of the blocked force during moving, the stress condition of the pulling trolley in the discharging process is fluctuant and is easily influenced by other factors to generate an uncertain condition, for example, the filter plate 21 is stuck during moving and discharging, so that the problem that the pulling plate trolley is easy to turn in the non-set position is caused, and the reliability and the stability of the operation are easy to be problematic.

Considering that the accuracy of the moving member 41 during moving determines the stability of combining with the transmission mechanism and even the success or failure, therefore, the pushing handle 42 is fixed with the guiding portion 44, the guiding portion 44 is a block structure and has a certain thickness along the moving direction of the moving member 41, the guiding portion 44 has a through hole which allows the moving member 41 to pass through and is in sliding fit, which plays a role in guiding the moving of the moving member 41, and avoids the situation that the moving stability is affected by deflection or shaking of the moving member 41, and in addition, the connecting end of the moving member 41 is in rotational connection with the output end of the driving unit 43, so as to avoid the influence of deviation of the output guide of the driving unit 43 on the moving member 41.

Referring to fig. 4 in combination with fig. 2, the transmission mechanism includes a closed loop-shaped flexible member 51 and two transmission wheels 52, the flexible member 51 is in transmission connection with the two transmission wheels 52, one of the transmission wheels 52 is installed on the front side of the main beam 11, the other one of the transmission wheels is installed on the rear side of the main beam 11, one of the two transmission wheels is a driving wheel, a driving motor 53 is installed on the installation base 12 close to the transmission wheel, an installation plate 54 is respectively and fixedly installed on the installation base 12 corresponding to the two main beams 11, a through rotating shaft 55 is installed between the two installation plates 54, the transmission wheels serving as driving wheels are sleeved and fixed on two ends of the rotating shaft 55, and the rotating shaft 55 is in transmission connection with the driving motor 53, preferably in a gear and chain.

The flexible member 51 is provided with a plurality of driving structures along the length direction thereof, the driving structures can be in clamping fit with the movable member 41 or in rigid contact along the discharging direction, the driving structures are arranged at equal intervals in general, and the movable member 41 is driven by the driving unit 43 to be combined with the driving connecting structure which runs to the corresponding position, so that the corresponding first filter plate can be driven to move.

Referring to fig. 5 in conjunction with fig. 2, for the snap-fit, in an embodiment, the driving structure includes two driving coupling portions 5-a1 connected to two side edges of the flexible component 51 and extending outward from the two sides, the two driving coupling portions 5-a1 are mirror images of each other and have a lug shape, a portion of the driving coupling portion 5-a1 facing the movable element 41 or a portion coupled to the movable element 41 is provided with a slot S1, a free end of the movable element 41 is provided with two movable coupling portions 4-a1 engaged with the slot S1 and a tongue S2 engaged with the slot S1, and the slot S1 and the tongue S2 can be interchanged in position. In addition, an elastic part can be adhered to the inside of the clamping groove S1 or the clamping tongue S2 wraps the elastic part, such as a rubber layer, so that certain buffering effect is achieved when the movable piece 41 is in clamping fit with the driving structure, and therefore hardware damage is reduced. The clamping matching can improve the combination degree of the movable piece 41 and the driving structure, but the implementation mode has higher requirement on accuracy, and if the operation condition, particularly the operation speed, of the flexible piece 51 fluctuates, the clamping failure of the driving combination part 5-a1 and the movable combination part 4-a1 is easy to occur. Referring to fig. 6 in combination with fig. 2, in another embodiment, the driving mechanism includes at least one driving engagement portion 5-a1 connected to the surface of the flexible member 51 and having a locking slot S1, and the free end of the movable member 41 has at least one movable engagement portion 4-a1 having a locking tongue S2 cooperating with the locking slot S1. In a third embodiment, the first two embodiments are combined.

Referring to fig. 7 in conjunction with fig. 2, for rigid contact, in an embodiment, the actuating structure includes two actuating joints 5-a2 connected to and extending outward from two sides of the flexible member 51, the two actuating joints 5-a2 are mirror images of each other and have a lug shape, the free end of the movable member 41 has two movable joints 4-a2 having a fork shape, the two movable joints 4-a2 at the free end of the movable member 41 move to the passing line of the actuating joints 5-a2 in advance under the driving of the driving unit 43, and the movable joints 4-a2 are in rigid contact with the corresponding actuating joints 5-a2 under the operation of the flexible member 51, so that the movable member 41 and the first filter plate move along the unloading direction along with the flexible member 51. This type of coupling, while somewhat less than a snap fit, has a much lower requirement for accuracy. Referring to fig. 8 in combination with fig. 2, in another embodiment, the entraining mechanism includes at least one entraining joint 5-a2 connected to the surface of the flexible member 51, and the free end of the movable member 41 has at least one movable joint 4-a2 rigidly coupled to the entraining joint 5-a 2. In a third embodiment, the first two embodiments are combined.

In any case, i.e. in the case where the movable element 41 is in snap-fit or rigid contact with the driving mechanism, the flexible element 51 may be a transmission chain, a transmission belt, etc., and a transmission chain is preferred in the present invention.

Referring to fig. 4 again, the main beam 11 is fixed with two protection covers 6 respectively corresponding to the flexible member 51 going upward and downward, the protection cover 6 is a hollow rectangular structure, two ports at the front and the rear of the protection cover 6 are provided with extending portions 61, the extending portions 61 are horn-shaped structures, that is, the size of openings at two ends is increased to avoid the flexible member 51 contacting the protection cover 6.

In addition, no matter the movable member 41 is in clamping fit or rigid contact with the driving mechanism, corresponding to the embodiment that the two sides of the flexible member 51 are connected with the driving joint portions, the width between the driving joint portions at the two sides is equal to or slightly less than the width between the left side and the right side of the protection cover 6, that is, the protection cover 6 has a guiding function of correcting the direction of the flexible member 51, so that the condition that the movable member 41 cannot be combined with the flexible member 51 due to left-right deviation or dislocation of the movable member is avoided.

Finally, it should be noted that: the above embodiments are only used to illustrate the technical solution of the present invention, and not to limit the same; although the present invention has been described in detail with reference to the foregoing embodiments, those skilled in the art will understand that: the technical solutions described in the foregoing embodiments can be modified, or some technical features can be equivalently replaced; and the modifications or the substitutions do not make the essence of the corresponding technical solutions depart from the scope of the technical solutions of the embodiments of the present invention.
