Background

Mechanical transmission is one of the most classical core technologies of mechanical engineering subjects, a mechanical transmission system is widely applied in the industrial field, and the mechanical transmission system is almost needed to be used for speed change in all occasions with prime movers, so that speed matching of a working machine is realized, and speed-up torque reduction or speed-down torque increase is completed.

The existing speed reducing mechanism on the coal mining machine has small torque and low transmission ratio, so a novel two-stage transmission planetary speed reducing mechanism needs to be developed.

Disclosure of Invention

The invention aims to overcome the defects in the prior art and provide a two-stage transmission planetary speed reducing mechanism which realizes speed reduction with high transmission ratio in a limited space.

According to the technical scheme provided by the invention: a secondary transmission planetary reduction mechanism comprises an inner gear ring, wherein a cover plate is installed at the left end of the inner gear ring, a primary reduction unit is installed at the left side in the inner gear ring, a secondary reduction unit is installed at the right side in the inner gear ring, and a gland is installed at the right end of the inner gear ring; the first-stage speed reduction unit comprises a first sun gear, a first planet wheel, a first mandrel and a first planet carrier; the secondary speed reduction unit comprises a second sun gear, a second planet gear, a second mandrel and a second planet carrier;

the first sun gear is meshed with the first planet wheel, the first planet wheel is meshed with the inner gear ring, and the first planet wheel is installed in the first planet carrier through the first mandrel; the first planet carrier is connected with a second sun gear through an internal spline, the second sun gear is meshed with a second planet gear, and the second planet gear is meshed with an inner gear ring; the second planet wheel is arranged in the second planet carrier through a second mandrel, and the second planet carrier outputs power through an internal spline.

Further, a first distance pad is arranged between the cover plate and the first planet carrier, and a first wear pad is arranged between the first planet carrier and the second planet carrier.

2. The first sun gear and the second sun gear are in floating connection, and the outer circle of the base is not positioned, so that the traction and speed reduction of the coal mining machine with high torque and high transmission ratio are realized.

The working principle is as follows: this patent realizes the second grade speed reduction in effective space, can improve mechanical system's speed reduction ratio greatly. The driving end is meshed with the planet wheel 21 through the sun wheel 24, the planet wheel 21 is meshed with the inner gear ring 2, and the inner gear ring 2 is fixed and does not rotate. When the sun gear 24 rotates, the planet gears 21 revolve around the axis of the mechanism while rotating, so that the planet carrier 3 is driven to rotate, and primary speed reduction is realized. The planet carrier 3 is connected with the sun gear 19 through an internal spline, so that power transmission is realized. The sun wheel 19 meshes with the planet wheels 6, and the planet wheels 6 mesh with the inner gear ring 2. When the sun wheel 19 rotates, the planet wheel 6 revolves around the axis of the mechanism while rotating, so that the planet carrier 9 is driven to rotate, and secondary speed reduction is realized.
