Preferably, a non-slip mat 23 is adhered and fixed on the lower surface of the pressing plate 20, and the outer circumferential wall of the non-slip mat 23 and the outer circumferential wall of the pressing plate 20 are arranged in the same vertical plane; when the glass plate is limited, the friction force between the pressing plate 20 and the glass plate is increased through the anti-slip pad 23.

The working principle of the specific embodiment is as follows: when in use, a glass plate is put on the conveying roller 5 from the feeding hole 4 and is abutted against the right inner wall of the protective cover 3, the adjusting motor 7 is started, the adjusting motor 7 drives the screw rod 6 at the front side to rotate, the screw rod 6 at the front side drives the screw rod 6 at the rear side to rotate through the rotating wheel group, the two screw rods 6 respectively drive the moving seat 8 to move through the screw nuts at the upper ends thereof until the cutting wheel 12 reaches a proper position, then the lifting seat 10 is driven to move up and down through the lifting mechanism 9, the cutting wheel 12 is driven to move up and down through the fixing frame 13 until the cutting wheel 12 is abutted against the glass plate, the rotating motor 14 is started, the rotating motor 14 drives the cutting wheel 12 to rotate through the rotating wheel group, the cutting wheel 12 cuts the glass plate in the rotating process, the fixing frame 13 is driven to move through the moving mechanism 11, the fixing frame 13 drives the cutting wheel 12 to move, and then from the past to back to the cutting glass board in proper order, in piece and the dust that produce fell into the guide way 16 in the cutting process, slided to the collecting box 15 in via the guide way 16 again, and then conveniently collect, after the cutting was accomplished, take out glass board from feed inlet 4.

Compared with the prior art, the beneficial effects of the embodiment are as follows:

1. the glass plate is cut in the protective cover 3, and the cut scraps and dust fall into the collection box 15 through the guide groove 16, so that the injury to workers is avoided, and the environment is not polluted;

2. the cutting wheel 12 is connected with the moving mechanism 11 through the fixed frame 13, so that when cutting is carried out, a user does not need to hold a cutting device, the labor amount of workers is reduced, and the effects of saving time and labor are achieved;

3. the height of the lifting seat 10 can be adjusted, and the cutting wheel 12 can be descended downwards after the glass plate is moved to a proper position, so that the cutting effect is improved;

4. the left side and the right side of the cutting wheel 12 are both provided with the pressing plates 20, and the pressing plates 20 are abutted to the glass plate through the abutting springs 22, so that the stability of the glass plate is improved in the cutting process, and the phenomenon that the glass plate slides is avoided.
